First of all - the pictures on your website doesn't do this villa justice, we were so pleasantly surprised when arrived. Amazing staff, the kindest and most helpful ever. Fantastic food.

Private Paradise
What an amazing experience. The villa it self is so beautiful and tastefully appointed. The location simply stunning. Most importantly the staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult and the food was amazing.

The villa was beautiful and well maintained. But I must say the furnishing were a bit tacky. A refurbishment would make the villa even more amazing. The food that the chef made us everyday was great. Would have been nice if the staff were a bit more friendly.

Paradise Retreat by the Andaman Sea
The Baan Saleah is a beautiful, luxurious home that is architecturally stunning and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are wonderfully comfortable and the choice of a bath or indoor or outdoor rain showers is a nice treat. Enjoy swimming in the infinity pool and relax on the deck with gorgeous view of the Andaman Sea. The staff is kind and attentive and the thai meals prepared by the chef is outstanding. You may choose to dine formally indoors or informally outdoors on the deck. Located within walking distance to the beaches of Kata and Kata-noi, there is lots to explore. We would definitely visit again.

the villa was perfect; spacious, comfortable and with amazing views. the staff were welcoming and obliging and the beach was awesome, we never saw another soul! thank you for purchasing the bbq for us and arranging everything so smoothly, we had a wonderful time.

great family vacation
staff were very helpful and effective, though the attention paid to detail fell as we stayed longer. For example, in the living area, all four lamps were turned on, by the 3rd day, two were turned on and the next day, all the lamps were switched off. the second last night, the mosquito coils were not lighted and a few things needed fixing but only could be fixed after we left.eg. the a/c in our villa (last one on the left with your back facing the sea) was extremely noisy but it could be fixed only after we left. i also feel the floor needed some renovation.

Amazing Experience!
Loved the villa. Nice location, beautiful views! The staff - Khun Noi, Daun, Da and Pierre took great care of us and pampered us with never ending flow of juices and snacks. Food is yummy and economical considering we pay only for ingredients. Would wholeheartedly recommend the place. Just a few limitations,
- Menu is a bit limited. We stuck to Thai food mostly which was great, but pasta was strictly OK
- We missed a Jaccuzi badly! Due to rains, the pool water was freezing 2 out of 4 days we were there. A Jaccuzi or a heated pool would have been nice, especially to go night swimming
- They were a bit unaccommodating about providing even one extra airport transfer for free. If your group has people flying in-out at different times the transport can be expensive.
But overall, definitely an experience of a lifetime!
Exceptional, relaxing vacation that lived up to our expectations
Baan Saleah is a perfect villa - location, quality, peace and service. It's rare for a villa to be as good as it appears in the promotional materials, but Baan Saleah matched expectations perfectly. The chef was excellent, the service exceptional amd all the arrangements were first class.

The house surpassed expectations (the pool could have been bigger) and the view was just breath taking. There were some problems like the WIFI was not consid=stently on. The touch controls were a bit moody but when we asked for them to be fixed, people were over within 30 minutes ro fix it. Unfortuantely there was a leak in the lower level of the house and 2 buckets had to be put there to collect the water which i didn't find acceptable at all considering waht we paid.
Vacationing in Villa JIA is an experience of a lifetime.
Villa JIA is undoubtedly a hidden GEM.
Situated at a spectacular beachfront location, the entire property is beautifully constructed and decorated. Ground is superbly maintained and the service is simply impeccable. Our Villa Manager, Khun Pui and his team are extremely efficient and helpful. We can not thank you them enough for making our families’ vacation such a remarkable experience and we can not wait to go back for more.

Greatest Week
The Villa, the Staff, and the meals were unreal. I have already recommended this Villa to many friends. The attention from the staff, the amenities in each room, the beauty of the property and the preparation and quality of the food were unparalleled. I hold this vacation and the service that came with it to be the new standard.
Our Getaway Family Holiday
We were looking for a family reunion holiday away from everyone. The villa was beautiful and very spacious. We were looked after extremely well by the staff and the food was amazing. Unfortunately, we had no access to the beach as stated because of construction being undertaken at the time so we went to Patong beach which was crowded and not to our liking. There are more local beaches but nothing within walking distance. Worth hiring a car if you are staying at Fah Sai because you have so much more independence to get around. I personally thought the massages were overpriced - 800 baht for one hour compared to 250baht outside. On top of that, the amount was added to the bill and you were charged a ++ fee. Not sure why we had to pay the bill in two lots which incurred two delivery charges. Seemed like a money making exercise to me?
Other than those few annoying things, we had a wonderful time in Phuket.
