Stunning views!!!!!
We just returned from a week's vacation at Villa Bliss in Anguilla. The views from this home are exceptional! The home was nice- nothing fancy. The cleaning lady- she sort of does what she wants - when she wants (despite them saying she is there to work whatever hours you decide). Overall- worth the price and the constant breeze was wonderful at keeping any bugs away.
It was most relaxing vacation I have every had - Stargate was perfect
Stargate was excellent - the only thing I was add would be bicycles, kayaks, fly swatters and maybe screens for the windows.
Beautiful house and location
It's a house and with it comes some maintenance problems....but, it has a very attentive caretaker who did her best to address what didn't work and needed to be fixed in an immediate fashion. The hot tub had some heating issues. One heating coil had been replaced prior to our arrival. After our arrival, the second one needed to be replaced since the tub didn't heat up. Then a cover plate was replaced and the timer switch would get stuck, and the tub became overheated. It took several days, but eventually all got sorted out. The stove and oven didn't work properly. The exhaust hood for the Viking stove was installed backwards. Could not be remedied while we were there. The oven did not function properly as a conventional oven, but it worked better as a convection oven. It could not be remedied during stay. It did present a challenge for the chef prepared meal on Christmas day. The TV sound was not connected properly through the Bose system. That was corrected within the day.

A staffed villa is the perfect choice for a family vacation!
Fortlands Point is a magnificent villa on a spectacular piece of land. We thought it was the nicest property on Discovery Bay. The open air sitting area with bar was our favorite place to gather. The staff couldn't have been more wonderful. It was terrific to be able to relax and enjoy each other without having to think about meals or cleaning or laundry. This was our first experience with a staffed villa, and we loved it! The water is lovely and beautifully clear. The only negative I can think of has to do with location. Because the villa is between major tourist cities, it is quite a long drive to get to various activities that our group was interested in pursuing: Mystic Mountain, Dunns River Falls, tubing rivers, Dolphin Encounter, really good golf, etc. In all, however, we were extremely satisfied with our choice of Fortlands Point, and we had a terrific vacation!

Stack-Haan Holiday getaway
We were in Allure and Casa Plantation for our holiday family reunion. It was wonderful to have to houses next door. And we enjoyed our time immensely. We ended up doing most of our activities at Allure, but the accommodations at Casa were very nice. There were a couple of issues - the pool was not usable and the showers had very low water pressure.
Incredible Stay at Allure
Our stay at Allure (and Casa Plantation) was wonderful. We were able to gather with family - a group of 17 - and enjoy each others company while having plenty of room to spread out. Gilbert was a wonderful host and created so many delicious meals. It was fantastic to be able to eat in every night. Allure is a stunning property. The design is gorgeous - simply one of the most beautiful homes we've ever been in. The amenities were state of the art. This ended up being an issue in some cases as the operation of everything from TVs to showers to the jacuzzi sometimes proved challenging.
Overall, it was an incredible vacation in an stunning home in a gorgeous location!

Allure
It was a very nice experience
The vacation was great. The house was as we expected, I would have two things that may have been better. One was that the air condition in the living room was not working, when we asked the maid about it, she told us that the owner didn't want to turn it on. The second was precisely the maid, she didn't take any care of cleaning dishes and kitchen, we did it ourselves , but I learned that in the other houses that my family rented the maids took care of everything.
A fantastic and relaxing way to wrap up and year and welcome a new one
My husband and I and our 5 sons had the most lovely trip to St. Croix! Sugar Bay House was the perfect spot for us to convene and enjoy the majestic ocean views and the weather could not have been beaten. It was spectacular every day. We enjoyed a day trip to Buck Island, snorkeling at Cane Bay, trips to the rain forest and the Domino Club to feed the pigs and regular trips to Christiansted. Truly an unforgettable experience.

exceeded expectations
overall excelletn experience, typically with 4 couples traveling, the challenge is getting all couples satisfied with their quarters. In this case, the accomodations were all fantastic and everyone felt they had the most suitable quarters for them. everything was great, the home was certainly over the top. Exactly what we were looking for.
This was our best vacation ever!
The house, staff, beach were all beyond expectations. Really first class living. It was actually the first vacation I ever took that I didn't have to lift a finger! The staff was completely accommodating for ever wish.

The villa is beautiful, clean and well kept. I was very impressed how smoothly everything went from booking the vacation until our week was over. The villa could use some updating, our microwave almost exploded. Otherwise, our entire party was very happy with the experience and would return to the island again and rent a villa.

Flawless vacation in the Turks
Thanks to all at LR for arranging the perfect vacation for my dads surprise 60th birthday. Bajacu was quite impressive and the staff were very warm and friendly. Bernardo has serious talent in the kitchen and we were begging him to come home with us. We will return very soon.

What a beautiful place, location and staff who are so welcoming.
West Shore is in an absolutely perfect spot, right on the beach, so you can see the ever changing ocean and beautiful sunsets. The house is thoughtfully decorated and very sympathetic to Barbados, with all the amenities we can't seem to live without these days (wire Internet, flat screen TV's). The staff is very welcoming and the cooking is excellent! I will definately recommend this house to others and we plan to rent it again in the future.
It could not be better
Turks and Caicos is a beautiful place. The Villa is absolutely amazing, wonderful beach, calm water and the sand is like powder. The villa housed 17 people with room to spare, it is set up that everyone could be together or private if they wished so. There is nothing like sitting on your own 150 foot long covered porch overlooking the ocean.
We had an excellent time and loved our stay and the villa.
Nothing to add, was excellent all around. Everyone was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Everything worked and was as advertised. Thank you all for a great holiday.

Wonderful and relaxing stay at Unicorn in St. John. We'll be back!
The house was really perfect for us. The view was incredible and the house was really well stocked with most of the amenities that you would get from a hotel stay. We are already planning on our next trip back to St. John and the Unicorn. VIva! Villas on site at St. John were great too! Very helpful.
Heaven on Earth!
We had a large group with kids and adults ranging in all ages and L'Oasis was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, friendly and hard working staff. Everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped of the plane. It was wonderful!

the Villa was great location, it would have been helpfull to know the size of the pool as the photo was somewhat disceiving but overall we were able to accomodate eight people. The Villa does require some maintenance as the windows would not open for the breeze which flowed and screens would have been helpful to contain the bugs.

Beautiful scenery and wonderful, polite people.
All tours that we booked through Margurite were great and the staff that ran them were very professional.
Angelea our housekeeper was a treasure, I wished I could bring her home with me.
Great value and excellent location
We loved Sundown House. Not the most luxurious of the houses, but by far the best value and right across from the beach. We would swim in the ocean while Sonya made breakfast. The beach bar was a plus and saved us driving.

The villa is beautiful and nicely situated and allowed for a very private experience.
We did notice that there was some construction going on next door so it would be helpful to keep your future guests informed.
We were delighted to be met by Jeffrey at the airport but surprised that there was a charge since we were not informed in advance and we had our own rental car.
Villa was awesome and in a great location.
Villa was well maintained and a fun place to stay.

As close to paradise as we could get.
The house was beautiful, the view was spectacular and, because it was low season, we felt like we had a private beach. It was exactly what we needed. My husband said it was the best vacation we have ever had.
Memories for a lifetime
Went for my 40th Bday with 4 galpals to get away and relax on a girls only trip. Stargate was like two different houses. One side of the house had breezes all the time and ocean waves, the other side was hot with bayviews and sealife. House was perfect for our needs and just the right amount of privacy. Saw shooting stars, enjoyed late night dips in the pool & listened to music through the outdoor spkrs. Online pictures dont serve this property justice. Spectacular! Gorgeous home and perfect spot on the island. Driveway was perilous and after 2 days of trying to navigate it we parked at the bottom and got our workout! A few maintenence issues that were resolved on site. AC in the ocean bdrm not cool enough. (Circuit Brkr) Section of town lost power and generator turned on. Diesel smoke poured into house. Generator is in the garage and we were never told the garage code. Got code to open and was fine. Upper livngrm track light was not working but we made due.
Had a wonderful time, very relaxing.
The villa was amazing , the maid was very accomidating my only complaint was that they were late when we arrived to pick us up from airport. Otherwise everything and everyone were very helpful.
Rockworks is a beautiful cozy villa with great views.
St. Thomas is a lovely island with more than enough activities and site to keep you busy for an entire week. It is also slow and quiet enough to spend as much time as you like just relaxing. The beaches are truly wonderful and the shopping can't be beat, we will be back.

St Barts was a fantastic place with stunning natural beauty. The West Indies villa set's on the point over looking Flamands and has everything you need to make a gourmet dinner or just dance on the deck.

I stayed at Lilac Mist Villa in Negril, Jamaica. I was treated extremely well and the staff went above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend this vacation to anyone looking for peaceful relaxation mixed with a little adventure

Tranquility Personified - Anniversary House
Anniversary House is just magical - a beautiful contemporary home, well appointed in terms of furnishings, kitchen goods, pantry etc., spacious and well laid out with four sepaate master bedrooms/baths, and beautiful views from the top of the hill overlooking Leverick Bay. As nice as it is to be on the beach, we've stayed twice at Anniverary House now (away from the beach) because the views are breathtaking, we get a beautiful little breeze up on the hill, and it is just a gorgeous modern property. Great infinity pool too.
Enjoyable, Relaxing, Everything I thought it would be
I was very please to see the villa was excactly the same as presented in the photos on the web site. The accommodations were excellent, the view amazing and would highly recommend. In addition this experience has given me the confidence to book again with Luxury Retreats.

Fabulous views, central location, friendly people to work with!
The villa has amazing views, almost total privacy and a wonderful infinity pool overlooking the harbor. We would definitely stay again if the mattresses were changed. (very very firm). Everyone we dealt with concerning our stay in the villa went above and beyond. Exceptional service. The availability of the car was a big plus as we used it every day. We also loved the location. We were right in the center of everything.

I am pleased with the location of the villa at Royal Westmooreland. The reason that I always would book as best as I can with Luxury Retreats is due to the professionalism and promptness of Ms Katrina Kouris. She was exceptional and once I can work with her I will book with her. She also have a knowledge of my likings and any difficulty that I encountered she was there. She made me fell safe and treated me like a VIP. Thanks a lot and you would hear from me next year again to book either in the Caibbean or Europe.

The villa was incredible
The pool was excellent, the beach was just down the path from the villa. My family thoroughly enjoyed the tennis court. Plenty of beach towels and linens to use. Rooms were very comfortable. I still can't get used to showing in the open air, but that was OK too.
W had the most amazing experience of our lives!
Everything was seamless and easy. The villa we rented was exactly the way it was represented by Luxury Retreats. The pictures were accurate and so were the descriptions. The concierge services on the island and in Canada were phenomenal.

Bleu Paradise
Our stay at Bleu Passion was wonderful. Upon entering the villa for the 1st time, we were awestruck at the beautiful and spacious interior, amazing pool and the spectacular view overlooking the Carribean Sea. The bedrooms were spacious and confortable and the attached baths were large and beautifully tiled. It looked like the pictures on your website. The staff were helpful and prompt with requests or concerns. The biggest issue that we had were the tarantulas that came out at night on a few occasions. Overall, Bleu Passion was amazing!
Best family vacation ever
Great house. Three separate common areas, one adjacent to the pool. Bedrooms all private and separate from each other. Easy kitchen to work in. Five minute walk down to small beautiful private beach with great snorkeling. There were ten of us in the house and we were all happy. We ate half our meals at home, half out. Fifteen drive to town and the restaurants of St John are way underrated. Very good food and service. Cruz Bay is a cool little town with every thing you need and excellent shopping. Thanks to Neil and Chuck the caretaking duo, we always had what we needed. We want to go back soon.
A Birthday to remember!
First, I would like to thank Kirsten and Marianne for make this trip possible. They made everything so easy for me, all the way up to the trip. The Villa was everything that the pictures on your website showed. Was not disappointed one bit about anything on the trip. I've been to St. Thomas several times before on cruises and thats why I chose to go there. Thank you so much again for making this a memorable trip.
Relaxing
We couldn't have had a better view of the ocean and the sky was clear every evening. The villa was in the perfect location for us -- away from the main resorts and private, yet everything was still within a reasonable diving distance.

Super location, not 60 seconds to the water. Super privacy. Super friendly house for a large family or group of friends / family with a perfect LARGE kitchen and 12 person dining area in the same space.
Our stay at Seagrass cottage was amazing!
Fell in love with the location and "charm" of Seagrass Cottage. Amazing views! The pool was large enough for all 3 kids and grandparents to swim at the same time. This is the 3rd home we have rented on St. John. It did not have the posh of "granite counter tops or cherry cabinets" however that is what made it special-it was a "cottage charm" with every amenity you could need.
Living the Sybaritic Life!
We are three sometimes difficult to please Latina NYC professional women who got lucky when we chose Sol é Luna. With so many terrific rental options, we narrowed the field down to must have 3-BRs, 3-baths, fantastic outdoor space, BBQ and inviting pool. Most importantly, it had to be priced right.
Sol é Luna met all of our expectations and then some. The villa was is spacious, well-maintained and appointed.
The kitchen was fully-equipped (we did cook a few meals) and all 3 bedrooms were large and comfortable. Did I mention the bathrooms were to die for!
Villas have BBQs, however, Sol é Luna takes it to the next level with a complete outdoor kitchen including sinks with running water, refrigerator, bar/counter space, outdoor Bose speakers, etc. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the requisite Weber grill. This villa's outdoor space was clearly designed for fabulous parties around the incredible crystal clear pool.

Seabright Villa Review
Seabright Villa was all and more than the internet pictures showed. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the willa and the way it was stocked as far as towels, kitchen utensils etc go.
Beautiful home with magnificent views!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Azure. We spent most of our time out on the back porch or in the pool taking in the amazing view of the water. You couldn't get tired of looking out over the water. The house was comfortable and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. We weren't used to not having air conditioning in the whole house but we had nice breezes blowing through to cool us off.
FANTASTIC LOCATION AND PERFECT VIEW LIKE NEVER SEEN BEFORE
The Villa is on a absolut fantastic location, the view in all directions is super fantastic. The pool, the living room, the kitchen is fantastic. We did not like the master bed room, it was too small and to "unnice" looking, too "easy" looking. And the biggest problem was the age of the villa and/or the cleaning. 1) It had a bad smell everywhere, it smelled like "old" or like "not cleaned so exactly". 2) Cleaning was really not OK. I send to Patrick some pictures from window frames. It was terrible !!!
When we forget about this 2 points, overall the Villa was FANTASTIC.
And the service yround us (concierge, greeter, caretaker) was really perfect !!!

Everything went as planned. No glitches or issues. Very predictable, as I like my vacation plans. The villa was clean and ready to receive us. This was our 4th time renting this villa and things just got better. Upgraded appliances (SS and commercial BBQ) and superb AC units. Everything was just perfect!
Comfortable villa. Magnificent (!!) view and very good vacation!
Overall a very good holiday. From my point of view should be more pay attention to:
1) mosquito protection instructions. Sometimes too much.
2) maybe to have agreement with the "La Samanna" hotel ( or other) to enjoy their beach and other facilities (fitness, business center, etc.). For those villas, which have no direct access to the beach.
3) for those who are first time on the island, arrange a tour to get acquainted with the objects of the island (beaches, shopping, cities, etc.)
Excellent
Marine Terrace had outstanding views, second to none. The 2 downstairs bathrooms were more dated than the rest and the kitchen could use some updating but the home overall was excellent. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were Excellent
Stargate's split personality was quite endearing to me.
We really enjoyed our island vacation on St. Thomas and Stargate was certainly a large part of the reason. There were some issues that came up that I eventually came to learn were simply part of the island experience. For example, the first morning we had no water. The water hose on the back deck had apparently been allowed to stay on after cleaning and had drained the water tank. We also had air conditioning problems when the generator kicked on after a power outage and both of these problems were handled promptly and efficiently by Jim McManus. Though, they were still inconvenient, they were dealt with as well as could be expected by him. I think the dual personality of Stargate would have to be my favorite characteristic of that particular house. One side had the Atlantic's rocky shore with crashing waves and the other the mostly calm waters of Magen's Bay. I honestly don't think the location could be improved upon.

The stunning photos on your web site do not do this house justice. I am not normally at a loss for words , but it exceeded my expectations and hopes significantly, .
The service from the moment we arrived in Provo to the moment we left was exemplary, car rental organised and the house provisioned.
Maid service was quiet and efficient and effective!
Some of my visitors fully plan to rent this property in the future.

Comfortably relaxing on a spectacular beach
Love Turks and Caicos. This was the third trip in the past 5 years. The villa was wonderful on the quiet and beautiful Grace Bay beach. The villa was clean and my onnly complaint was that there was not enough comfortable sitting spaces on the first floor. If a group of watching TV and you do not want to do that then there is no real good spot to go inside. This is important if it is raining or really buggy outside after the rain.
It was a beautiful experience!
On the evening of our first day at Scotch on the Rocks, my family commented how pleased we were with the villa, the food, and the service provided by the staff. Bryan, the waiter, smiled and said, "It gets better." And he was so right. We had a wonderful time at Scotchie and wished we could have stayed longer. When we arrived, we were greeted with the warm smiles of Pauline, Elvis, Bryan, Cherry, and Henry. They took great care of us and treated us like family. The villa had everything that made our stay enjoyable. The meals were the most delicious we ever tasted. Every dish was a treat! We spend our days swimming in the pool, snorkling in the ocean below, and kayaking. When my husband mentioned that he’d like to do some fishing, the staff arranged a fishing trip and he caught a huge tuna, which Cherry grilled for us the next evening. Our stay had many other memorable moments, all made possible by the kind and considerate staff. We loved Scotchie cannot wait to visit again next year
Beautiful Island, beautiful villa
Traveling with my wife, my 16 month old son and my in-laws in their 80's, I was looking for a beautiful location with a view, a place to relax, read and swim. I'm not sure I could have done better because Villa Patricia was a lovely, open floor plan villa and the location was amazing. The pool temperature was perfect and I could have spent all day in the Caribbean waters. At low tide, there's a fantastic little sand beach at your private dock (really fine, soft grain sand). My wife and I took the kayak out several times and a 5 minute walk away is Taylor beach, which is one of the best beaches I've had the pleasure to visit. There's an incredible shallow bay,, shin high at low tide, which is perfect for small children. Even more surprising was that we had this beach almost to ourselves, never more than a few other people.
The villa was everthing we had hoped for, absolutely amazing.
Our whole family went and everyone enjoyed our time at Eden. Whether we were relaxing in the cabana at the pool or playing on the beach it was total paradise! The staff at the villa were wonderful as well. I have highly recommend villa Eden to my friends so that they too can enjoy a bit of paradise and make lifetime memories with their families!

Barbados Coral Cove
Awesome place. Barbados has perfect surf and sand. Coral Cove was as our concierge and sales rep described. Beach recommendatio to fit our requests was perfect.
We loved Bird of Paradise.
The location of Bird of Paradise was incredible. We loved the views, the openness of the floorplan and the proximity to the beach. The house is beautifully maintained. It was a perfect family vacation.

I've got several pros and cons for the villa.They are listed below:
Pros: Lovely view, great pool, clean
Cons: A lot of bugs, villa itself needs updating. There is a villa being built below this villa and the workers start very early. If you're planning on spending a lot of time in the villa it may be a problem.
A most relaxing, comfortable stay on a beautiful Island.
The villa was gorgeous, set atop a mountainside with views of the Atlantic on one side and Carribean on the other. Ito overlooked the Pigeon National Forest. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and our housekeeper and driver were so kind. We highly recommend staying at Villa Acacia. Our only complaint was that there was no air cond. in the main areas of the villa and it was a hot time of year.

All in all I loved Villa Monaco and Casa de Campo and found this villa to meet every expectation, we will stay here again!!

Very nice and relaxing.
The vacation itself was wonderful. The house was almost as expected, except it could use some cleaning/touching up. The one thing in the house on which I would definitely like to comment is the lack of A/C in the great room. The way the bedrooms are situated, the great room/kitchen is the one common area where we would all congregate. The lack of A/C made it quite unbearable, even with all of the doors and windows opened. I am sure 9 months of the year there is no need for A/C, but at the prices we paid it would have been nice to have....otherwise maybe discount the house in the summer.

Great staff...great villa....a very enjoyable vacation.....the few minor problems with transportation were quickly voercome....pre-stocking was excellent....meals were great and sitting with chef after arrival made meal planning easy....

The home was PERFECT, the staff was wonderful, everything was truly fabulous, it was an amazing island, the home exceeded my expectations! We especially loved our critter friends, a bird who was waiting for her eggs to hatch at La Bastide, our pet crab, greeted us when we opened the front door the second day, who had an unfortunate death a couple days later, and our friendly dog that visited every afternoon, we loved them all!! I honestly never wanted to leave our home in the evenings, in fact we only ate dinner out one night because we enjoyed the villa so much :)
Exceeded Expectations
It is a rare thing at my age not to be disappointed by an eagerly anticipated event, but I am happy to say this was one of those occasions. I could not be happier with the whole experience. The pictures of the villa, although beautiful, do not do it justice: it's absolutely lovely. I don't know how much the housekeepers are paid, but whatever it is it's not enough...everything was immaculate. It looked brand new when we walked in on our first day. The greeter was courteous and highly informative and even drove us to the supermarket to get supplies before taking us to the car rental company. The view of Coral Bay from the balconies of the villa is spectacular...what a way to start every morning. Cell phone reception and internet signal were both excellent.This was my first vacation in four years, but it was worth the wait!

The most peaceful and relaxing place
Our visit to St. Maarten was wonderful! Our stay at Les Palmiers was great, we would go back anytime. The staff was so friendly, they even cut down fresh coconuts for us and we used it to make drinks! The villa was exactly as the website said-a luxury retreat. Jeremie and Jordie , concierge from luxury retreats, were so helpful, from the first time we called inquiring about the villa until the time we left to come back home, they were there to help us with anything we needed. My husband and I have recommended luxury retreats to our family and friends, everyone seemed impressed. Thank you luxury retreats for making our 10th anniversary absolutely amazing-we will be looking forward to this every year!

Lovely base for enjoying the whole island of St Martin
The house was beautiful and had many enjoyable features. The AC in the bedrooms made sleeping comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was lovely. We felt very spoiled and everyone had plenty of both room and privacy. We really loved the variety of beaches and restaurants close-by. The almost-deserted Plum Bay felt like our own private beach. We all said, "Wow," when we walked into the house!
We had a wonderful time, can't wait to come back.

Wonderful family vacation
The villa worled very well for our group. The villa staff was very accomodating for our group including special food needs for a member of our group. The exceeded all of our expectations.
Is this what they call a paradise?
Everything was better than how we had imagined. The villa was more beautiful than the way we had envisioned it looking at the pictures on the Internet. We can't wait to go back. We felt si much at home in terms of comfort but it was also so much like a dream in the way everything was so well thought out and designed. It was hard to come back to real life. The villa was designed and decorated tastefully with a breathtaking view, it was kept cleaned and well-maintained with nice plants and everything functioning properly.
My villa experience was everything I wanted it to be.
We had a wonderful experiance. This was our 8th time to St. John.
The house was beautiful and well maintained. When you pay a premium you should expect the best. The best change we made this time, at your recommendation, was getting our vehicle on St. Thomas and taking the barge over. This really works out well. Especially for larger groups. We had 7 adults and an infant. The switchback to the home needs work. I understand this is planned for July of 2011.
Beautiful location truly far away from it all.
Lan Y Mor is a perfect villa for a romantic, peaceful vacation. It is totally private and secluded. There are few distractions here since the home is without telephone, internet or television services. The house and grounds lend themselves to the overall calm feeling you get as soon as you arrive at the top of the long, steep driveway and are immediately surrounded by beauty. The view of the ocean and islands is magnificent, changing throughout the day as the sun plays upon the water and brief rain storms come and go.
Virgin Gorda itself is a heavenly place filled with lush, wonderfully scented vegetation which frames incredible ocean vistas at every turn. Snorkeling here is excellent with warm, still waters, gorgeous corals and many different types of sea creatures. Long Bay is only a few minutes from Lan Y Mor and is literally like swimming in an aquarium. The Baths is a definite experience not to be missed, especially the hike to The Cave and Devil's Bay.

It was an amazing holiday with fabulous recommendations, very helpful staff members and just an overall wonderful experience. All the staff members especially Andreea were extremely prompt and helpful, the restaurants were all superb and the villa was exactly what we had hoped it to be. We would definitely use Luxury Retreats again in the future and also spread the word to all of our friends.

Lovely vacation
Everything went as planned. The villa looked just like the pictures - very impressive! The whole process with Luxury Retreats went very well. I was really impressed and will use them again if we decide on another villa rental vacation. The only problem we might have, is that my husband and I prefer to travel alone and not in a group and most of the villas are for more than 2 people.

Perfection
Everything about the villa was just perfect. Everything we needed was right there and everything was very well organized. There wasn't one thing that we could think of that was missing. The design and set up of the villa was simple, elegant, modern and sophisticated, yet had a laid back, peaceful feeling. We were able to enjoy all areas of the villa and got a lot of use out of things. The outdoor shower was heaven, the master bedroom has a stunning view and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for two! The pool and living area are stunning and the view takes your breathe away each time you return to the villa and enter through the front door. Before we left we were already talking about our next visit and are looking forward to staying in the same villa!
Rain and bugs
The villa was really nice however we had five straight days of heavy rains and lots of mosquitoes.
No one in our party of 8 wanted to come home...simply fabulous!

Everything worked out perfect with the villa. The St Martin area was a little to difficult to navigate and unsafe after hours to travel. We had a better experience in St Bart area.

Peaceful and Relaxing
We truly enjoyed our villa and the relaxation it afforded us. The beauty of the area rejuvenated our spirit and allowed us the tranquility to mend oursevles. The sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night and greeted us every morning, I'm sure life doesn't get better than that.
The housekeeper Cicely and groundskeeper, Sylvester were very helpful and knowledgeable with area sites and shopping.
A very relaxing getaway
We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Shambhala. The location was superb. Unfortunately, we had pouring down rain every day, but usually did manage to enjoy some sunshine every day. The views are lovely and the beach was easily accessed. We loved the kayaks and conch hunting! Thousands of conch everywhere! It was also great the the water stays shallow so far out. The villa is very well-equipped and beautiful. The fact that the bedrooms were detached was scary for the girls at night, but other than that, it was terrific!

Vacation was with my parents, wife, one yea rold child, brother and his girlfriend. Interlude was a fantastic place to stay an St Martin a great isalnd.
A great week spent in St. Thomas...
We enjoyed our villa very much and it proved to also be convenient to several activities we had planned. The villa itself was lovely and well cared for. It was also nice to have the daily maid/towel service. We also really enjoyed the service at The Ritz and the ability to be picked up on location for a few of our boating excursions. Super easy to catch the ferry to St John as well.

We had a wonderful stay, thank you! The house was so comfortable and we had such a nice time. I must thank you for how clean the villa was as I'm sure that's not easy, especially with all the outdoor space and furniture! My only comment is that it might have been nice to have the living room and kitchen air conditioned but I realize that would be very costly. Every thing we could have needed was provided in the house and we hope to be able to visit again! And I'm so glad you let people rent by the bedroom as with the four of us, we wouldn't have been able to afford the villa at the full rate and we would have been so sad to miss out! Thanks for everything!

Really, this was the first time in my experience that a villa/hotel/resort was even better than the internet pictures and reviews. The Bliss villa was very well appointed, very comfortable, great views, great pool, very comfortable beds. We had a great vacation staying on St Thomas. The Bliss villa was a big part of making our vacation.

Bliss
La Croisette is paradise on earth
Our whole group had a fantastic time in St. Martin. We really enjoyed La Croisette and everyone was very impressed by how the pictures on the Luxury Retreats website really were an accurate representation of the house. The dog on the property, Max, was a very pleasant surprise. We went in late May/early June. If we go again we will definitely go earlier in the year. A lot of the shops on the island were closed and the weather was much hotter than expected. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, so make sure you pack plenty of bug spray!
We had a fantastic time
Sweet Spot was truly "sweet". The house is amazing and great for multiple families. The staff was incredibly attentive -- we would love to come back!
Stargate
We had a wonderful time and the villa was outstanding and so was the service. We did lose a couple of days trying to get in to St. Thomas but it was worth it.
Our trip was a once in a lifetime experience!
The home and service by far exceeded our expectations! We had such a great time and the location was amazing. Our housekeeper Sherma made us terrific meals and was a pleasure to be around. Plus the location of St Lucia was absolutely beautiful.
Great beach, charming villa
This was our 3rd annual trip to StMartin. The long bay beach is just perfect! Lots of sand, mostly sandy entrance into the sea (except when the storm came).
The villa's common areas are nicely layed out. The kitchen has newer appliances; the gazebo and adjacent grill are very convenient. The pool is nice and have a diving board that ours kids enjoyed.
One issue we had with the bedrooms is that they have wooden shutters instead of glass windows, which means the humidity does get in despite all the efforts made by the A/Cs. It is not too humid to be unfomfortable, but it does mean the A/Cs can get overloaded (we had this happen in a couple of rooms where A/C leaked water; the A/C was repaired within couple of hours), and you can smell the sea/moisture in the rooms, and towel remain wet/can get smelly.
Too many mosquitoes this year: could be seasonal, could be due to the humidity in the rooms and in the villa area in general.
The Villa Encore was like a resort that fulfilled all our needs
Very spacious and luxurious. Beds very comfortable and rooms very private.
Service was extremely quick to our needs.
We had music playing all week and love the fact that there were speakers everywhere in and out.
Really loved our stay. The only downfall was that there were a lot of mosquitos. We were later informed that May is a bad season for Mosquitos and that the following week they were going to spray the resort. I would suggest that you have that done more often or atleast before you send your customers. It reduced the amount of time that we would have liked to spend outside.
Otherwise great holiday. Absolutely loved our day excursion to St-Barts with the luxury boat Beauty III. Very nice hosts.

Home was beautiful. Home had the highest quality provided. The home was clean and everything was accessable. We felt like the contact person next door was not available when we called and had questions. Their dog was barking early mornings and was intrusive to the pool area by jumping the small front gate and ending up in the pool area. Lost TV cable, phone and iternet services. Cable was restored but phone was never restored. The view was amamzing. There was plenty of room and comfort. Feel patio chair covers were old and needed to be replaced.
St Matin- Petite Plague 4
We had a great time. Villa was beautiful and the staff was great. Could have used more than 1 day of sun, but cant have it all sometimes. As a group we were very disappointed in the fishing charter. We were told the fishing would be "in Season" and not only was it off season but the Captain we had was very inexperienced in fishing the waters. Fun Captain, enjoyed his time, but he was not the professional we would expect for that type of finanical commitment. Half of our group decided not to go out the 2nd day because of the initial experience. We just recommend your team understand the fishing calendar, fishing charter's experience a little better for serious fishing groups as we clearly stated we are in our discussions about decistination requirements. Hope you understand.
A beautiful vacation - everything went off perfectly!
Our trip was fantastic. Villa Paradisso was a paradise indeed. One of my favorite times during the vacation was sitting on the huge deck every morning with my tea in hand and a spectacular view ahead. We definitely made the right choice staying in this lovely villa and choosing to work with Luxury Retreats. Everything went off perfectly. Your local representative was also a lovely person.
Best ever
This is our 3rd stay at Coral Breeze and each trip gets better and better. From the initial booking phase with Mathew and then the pre trip follow ups from Lucille we always enjoy our ladies week away. Grace the housekeeper has become a dear friend and we love the area.
Perfect location, perfect house, perfect retreat!
You never know what to expect when you rent online, but we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this villa. We didn't think that luxury retreats could out do themselves after a wonderful villa in Maui the year before.........but they did. Absolutely fabulous!

Relaxing Retreat
Villa was as described on the website. It was of above average quality with a few exceptions: The master bathroom shower had little to no pressure or hot water. Towards the end of our stay, my husband finally was able to tighten the showerhead which made the pressure better. The air cond unit in the master bedroom was very noisy which made it hard to sleep at night. The beds in all three rooms were on the hard side. Driveway was very hard to navigate. The positives were the awesome views from both decks/pool. Living areas were well decorated and comfortable. Location provided privacy and quiet. Benjamin and Marianne both provided excellent customer service and were wonderful to work with.
Wonderful Stay at Waverly
My friends and I had a great time staying at Waverly. The house itself was wonderful, as was the staff. I would highly recommend it to others! In addition, Amanda & Marianne both did an excellent job of getting me all of the information I needed and requested. They were both extremely polite and professional.

Paradise Found in Grand Case
Luxurous accomodations throughout...check. Spectacular ocean front views...check. helpful and diligent staff...check. Petit Plage 5 has all the righ boxes check and double checked.
Having traveled to St Martin before, our expectations were soaring when we booked Petit Plage 5. The villa does not disappoint. From the spacious and modern bedrooms, eack with spectacular ocean view to the state of the art kitchen and gatherin room, the villa is very well maintained, clean and superbly layed out for social events.
Absolutely Beautiful
The villa is wonderful. However, it would be nice to have a cooler or 2 to bring down to the dock area.
Also we had called Dinesh (?) and was told that she no longer worked there but then was told yes we should call her. So that was confusing. We also called because the front door lock did not work. That never got fixed.
Our week on Virgin Gorda at Bellamare
We were quite pleased overall, altho there were a few issues. The biggest issue, which no one could control, was the weather. It was horrible! We had only one day of sunshine. otherwise, it was overcast and/or raining all of the remainder of the time. The DVD player was not working, but they corrected that the next day. Our biggest issue with the house was the lack of access to the washer dryer. I realize it was not listed as an amenity, but who expects to rent a 4 bedroom house for almost $1000/day and not have access to a washer/dryer?? We are trusted with the house and everything therein...except the washer/dryer?? This one fact would preclude me from ever renting Bellamare again.

Vacations in paradise !!!!
The villa is simple great distribution, nothing fancy. The views, the kitchen and dinner table are what make this place expectacular, being so simple gave us an oportunity to experience life in the BVI's. Plus having the owners near by is of great help since Roz was extremly helpful and a great host. They are what really made or saty in the villa a great one.

We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Delirium.
The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday in St. Barths. Our villa, Villa Delrium, was beautifully designed and perfectly situated to enjoy the breezes and view. While 6 of us stayed at the villa several other friends traveled to the island for the celebration. Pascal , the concierge, helped to arranged 2 catered parties during the weekend. One was a casual cocktail party on Shell Beach and the other beautiful dinner party at the villa. He made all arrangements with the caterer, Fabulous Feasts - indeed they were fabulous!!!
I was a bit nervous hosting such events on foreign soil and Pascal took care all of the details so that I could truly enjoy the weekend. My husband and all of the guests had an amazing time. I could never have pulled it off without your help, so Merci Merci Merci!!!
Peaceful, Relaxing, Stunning Views, Beautiful Home!
Luxury Retreats was 100% right on through our entire process. From when we decided upon our villa, through the deposits, and setting up our arrival necessities the staff was right on all along the way. We had a beautiful vacation without worries or concerns because of the people we dealt with along the way at Luxury Retreats. There isn't a doubt in our minds we would choose their services again on our next vacation.

The Villa was exceptional and so very lovely!!
The Villa was lovely and perfectly set up for a large family group. Everything was impeccably kept and spotless when we arrived. Christina, the housekeeper, is THE MOST lovely, warm woman who was most gracious and kind. We loved having her come each day. We did have some problems with the hot tub and the "Caretakers" just coming in and out of the house - without warning, or calling to ask if it was a good time. We'd just turn around and they'd be inside the house. We felt, for the money we paid for privacy, they should have called before just walking in. We also felt that we were TOTALLY taken advantage of with the "grocery shopping" fiasco.
A perfect place to celebrate 25 years of marriage!
Villa Tichka was absolutely perfect. Every little detail was perfect, down to the huge white bath sheets. The kitchen was well equipped. The openness of the main living area out to the ocean was wonderful. The ease of getting to the beach was a nice surprise. We also love the air conditioned bedrooms after a long day of enjoying the Caribbean sunshine and blue water.

Encore was even better than I had hoped (which seemed very unlikely). Absolutely loved the layout of the villa and it was kept extremely clean. We were originally looking at another property, but the costs were double of Encore. Kirsten recommended Encore and I cannot imagine how the other villa could have been twice as nice (price wise). Kirsten had first hand knowledge of Encore and was completely accurate in everything!
Kyody was amazing!
We loved the villa. It was huge, had amazing views and the free calls to US and Internet were great. The greeter, Fred, was also helpful. The drawback for me was the geckos. I didn't realize the villa was completely open air and there is no way to keep geckos out. I know they are harmless but I have a fear of them. Screens on the windows would have given me more comfort.

Hi Lucille, the Murphy Clan returned to London this morning after 2 weeks holiday in Barbados - a place we know very well having spent plenty of time in Barbados over the past 12 years. The vacation was fantastic (even with 2 days of rain) and it was made very special by your team in Turtles Reach, notably Kay Lange whose meal preparations (and rum punches - these are to die for by the way) took a lot of pressure off us and gave us time to enjoy ourselves. The snacks and meals were excellent and when we couldn't choose what to eat that night, her suggestions were spot on!!
Sandria kept the house in order and spotless which was not easy with 4 generations (8 Adults and a baby) in the house - again she also lifted the load off us and made the vacation a very special 2 weeks.
Thanks to you also Lucille, for the preparation and support in getting us to Turtles Reach - all of which resulted in returning 9 family members home very happy!
Bamboo Villa- A Heavenly Retreat!
Our stay at Bamboo Villa was lovely. The facility itself was as described, spacious and beautifully furnished. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. It is located in a quiet, lovely area which well located to shopping and restaurants.

Clean, new, comfortable space with fantastic pool and view.
Palm Beach is a great villa. It is a brand new, very clean, modern space that retains a comfortable, communal aura. It should be noted that although the pictures can be interpreted as the villa being on the beach, Palm Beach is NOT on the beach. Lorient Beach is a short walk away. You have a rocky waterfront and road in front of Palm Beach. One could swim from the rocky point (or from Lorient) but with all the rocks and boats in the harbor, we found it better to stay in the pool and drive to nearby Saline or any of our favorite beaches for a good swim in the sea. Beach or no beach, Palm Beach is a great villa and we would book it again knowing what we know now.

A truly memorable experience
We loved the house, everything was top-quality yet functional. Felt that a lot of attention to detail was there, easy to understand instructions for things (iPod, internet, tv) while nice touches included too (olive oil, spices, etc.).
We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday with friends, the villa was everything I'd hoped it would be and more. I've traveled all over the world and I was very pleased with the quality of the decor and service we received while staying there.

we had a wonderful vacation.
Nicola is a great cook. Harriette and Val are very accommodating and friendly. Beach front accommodations were lovely.
One suggestion would be to instal an alarm system rather than security guard.
We haad a great time. The wx was rainning, but that didn't stop us!

Mahogany was a great experience. Fully equipped. The view of the sea was spectacular from the from every room in the house including the deck. The plunge pool was great. Easy access to Flamans Beach. Definitely need a car to get around the island.

House large enough to allow privacy for 11 people and spend some relaxing quality time together.. Beautiful location with private beach and swimming pool. House in need of some repair. Would have been helpful to have some written instructions on basic operations of the house when we arrived.
Great property, great location
Really enjoyed Matajagui. Perfect villa for 2 couples. This is my 6th villa rental in St. Barts and this villa is my favorite so far. No issues at all. If I had to give a negative, I would say proximity to road. Since on a steep incline, you could really hear the traffic climbing the hill. I was a bit confused when I arrived to St. Barts because the local company ICI did not have a booth at the airport. The folks at the Si Barth counter called Fred who promptly came to greet us. He was very friendly.

The staff was wonderful, the house was in good shape the we had a wonderful time. It did rain quite a bit while we were there, but we still had a great time.

We vacationed in Barbados Apr 22, 2011 to May 1, 2011. It is a wonderful island. Our villa was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was wonderful being able to just walk out to the beach and lounge or swim and snorkel. The condo itself was bright and clean and very well laid out. Our cook was exceptional, a true ambassador of her island. We really enjoyed her.
We went on this trip to leave stress behind and relax and we did achieve this. It did rain when we were on the island which was apparently abnormal but it wasn't that bad, it wasn't continuous. We still had good weather.
We enjoyed our activities such as the catamarn snorkelling and scuba dives. The only adventure that was disappointing was the horse back ride. When we arrived we were made to feel that we were not overly welcomed. A surprise with the island. However it turned out fine.
We would definitely return to Barbados.
We had a fantastic experience in St.Croix...
The house was beautiful. I have a few comments- several of the bathroom showers/sinks did not have hot water. In fact, the water was barely warm. Also, we stayed 5 nights and it would have been nice to have maid service one day. We have rented vacation homes throughout the Caribbean and this service is usually included at least once during our stay.

We had a wonderful time and the Luxury Retreats staff that worked with us were truly amazing. I truly can't say enough good things about Laura and the other staff that worked with us and I will definitey recommend Luxury Retreats to friends.
As for the house itself, it was as advertised. We loved our stay and I thought it was just what we were looking for (and expecting). I can't think of many "room for improvement" type comments as I really was quite pleased with the overall experience.

A very high end home away from home!
This is a fabulous property that exceeded our expectations. All of the photos were representative of the property - in fact, maybe a few more should be added to highlight ever more of its great features!
During our world travels, we often come across property features that disappoint us. But not with Fathom's End. This property is in fantastic shape - from the mattresses, to the shower pressure, to the quantity of hot water. And the housekeeper/chef spoiled us rotten and made our trip even better! We can't think of a single complaint with the property.
The villa is an end unit, with a large backyard that runs directly into the beach. There are chairs to sunbathe (some for the backyard, and others to take to the beach with you) and beach towels to accompany. The plunge pool is just the right size. The bathrooms are fantastic, as is the closet space.
The villa is a short drive to Holetown, with lots of restaurants. I'd recommend renting a car.

This vacation was probably the best vacation that my wife and I have embarked upon. Harmony Hill and its Staff made our stay with them unforgettable. Their attentiveness to every need and or question was un-comparable.
Great Holiday house
Great focal pool, nice open layout, great housekeeper. Awful mosquito problem in the house--swarms live inside all wooden furniture, from bookcases to baskets.
Our villa, Dragonfly, was the best part of our vacation.
We loved Dragonfly! The villa is very spacious and comfortable with so many places to enjoy. The pool was enjoyed morning, noon and night by our three boys. The large veranda is the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the view of the ocean and pool below. We also enjoyed spending time in the large open kitchen and movie nights in the TV room. Comfortable bedrooms and large bathrooms. A wonderful place for our family.

Hilly House Experience
Hilly House is a beautiful place, perfect for a couple. Great location and very quiet.
Great location, great little villa
On the good side - location right on the beach, wonderful gazebo for meals and enjoying the view. The home was well furnished with comfortable bedrooms, unique bathrooms and plenty of storage. The kitchen was also well furnished and large. The front garden was something we weren't expecting (not many pictures of this), but we really ended up spending a lot of time there.
On the bad side - because it's such a lovely beach, three times during our stay "party catamarans" appeared, one almost pulling right up to the beach. There's nothing worse when enjoying a quiet lunch on the beach than having 100 drunks suddenly appear. The road noise was also a problem early in the morning, was never really able to "sleep in". We also had three "holiday" days during our stay - banks, tourist sites, grocery stores, etc are all closed. Because of this, we also had "food" issues, the cook was good, but she could've shown more "initiative" in helping with this situation.
Bajacu = Amazing paradise dreams
I really can't think of a more peaceful, relaxing and beautiful place than Bajacu. We've been trying to figure out when we can get back ever since we left. The food was incredible, along with the accommodations, the view, and pretty much everything about the place!
Breathtaking view.....convenient drive to restaurants and beaches
Great place for a family vacation - lots of water activities close by, great restaurants, world class shopping. Arrowmarine Villa is a well designed space for a family; steps to the beach are too steep to really take advantage of although our sons did the climb daily to snorkle; car is essential; landscaping is impressive and view towards the water is amazing.

Great place to stay in Barbados
Our stay at Coral Cove 5 - Shutters was excellent. The villa is centrally located in Paynes Beach and is close to many restaurants (Holetown). The beach out front is beautiful and very calm. The accomodations were first class with everything that you need to make your stay a good one. All in all, it was a fabulous short vacation and we hope to be able to return in the near future. Thanks!
Nice and particular place
We had a nice stay everything was in order.The house is very well done and very comfortable. The only thing was that the kitchen equipment was not very clean but ok anyway and that we had not been told that the house was so close to a very busy road so it was very noisy in early mornng and all day long.

It was an amazing experience, as always.
This is my fourth trip to St Barts in the last 5 years. Luxury Retreats took care of everything, from inception to completion.
As we were leaving the island via ferry, our luggage was inadvertently left on the dock. After we arrived at St Martin, no one (literally no one!) was the least bit interested in helping us locate our things, never mind getting them to us after we left. I was able to get Nick on the phone, and he arranged for a representative on the island to go to the dock, find our stuff, and take it to the local office in Gustavia. From there, it was a matter of getting it shipped back to the USA. Without the help of the staff, our luggage would no doubt have been lost permanently. Nick, Jeremie, and Fred were a tremendous help and should be commended!
Spring 2011 Vacation
Overall, we found the experience to be extraordinary. From the web site, to our first phone calls with Amanda to review property options, everything was handled very professionally and by knowledgeable people. Amanda worked with us through the process with ease every when the two banks had difficulties with the wire transfers.
Once we got close to the date, Jordie helped us coordinate local needs including rental cars, food, and places to visit. This all went very smoothly and really was a great experience.
The property itself was exactly as described and as the pictures indicated. The only surprise was that the two housekeepers were such a delight (Chanel and Sabrina), that not only did they clean the main house and the rooms every day, they did all the laundry!
Ekaterina was on site when we arrived to show us the villa and to make sure everything was as expected. This was a great help and made the welcome extra special. When we had questions, she was always available to help
It was wonderful. Just like advertised.

The villa staff was fantastic. Kenroy and Heather are just fine people. The set up and the quality of the villa was first class. I will say , however, that the beach is poorly advertised. The description is misleading. there is no real beach and there certainly is no beach access to the water. All there is is coral and rocks and a very small , very small beach. The villa certainly is not "beach front". But other than that, we all enjoyed it a great deal.
7 days in paradise
Fantatic vacation! The villa position was super. The beach in front of the house was very well maintained, even if sometime too crowded.
The service was very good and Orpa was fantastic!
We really enjoyed the terrace and the private pool. Close to the house there were also many good restaurants perfects for dinnar.
I also appriciate that was very close to the Sandy Leane hotel were we went for dinnar one evening.
unfortunatly the wheater was not so good, but however we enoyed the house and the ocean's view
Casa Lupa Experience
Staying at the Casa Lupa in St. Thomas was a pleasurable experience. We have stayed at other places we found on line and as the pictures were worth a 1,000 words the accual site was at all what we were expecting. This was not the case at the Casa Lupa. On the plane ride down I joked with the wife about ariving at the Casa Lupa and it being like a place we reserved in the 1,000 Island in NY, the place smelt like a wet basement and was really out dated, we left loosing all deposits. The Casa Lupa was a changed experience, the pictures online acually didn't do it justice. I really enjoyed Casa Lupa and the St. Thomas experience, but their was a sence of insecurity, not understanding or not completely knowing the culture had me constantly looking over my shoulder. By the end of our vacation I had become a little more comfortable but not to the point of sleeping with the doors open at night, something that would of been awesome at the Casa Lupa. Still, I would surely enjoy going back.
the villa lived up to its internet description and met expectations
We wanted to get away for a peaceful, relaxing and beautiful week in a warm environment, and this place was really perfect. quiet, scenic. luxurious, and very beautiful---morning, noon evening and nighttime. The island was a nice context provided excellent dining (strongly recommend Grand Case) and a very "french" continental feel (on the French side obviously).

The high level of service we got from Luxury Retreats was impressive from booking stage to our stay at our chosen villa. Dimitri was very helpful in assisting us with our requirements and the villa exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival at our villa, we were made very welcome and whenever there was a problem, it was resolved very speedily. Our housekeeper Cecelia was especially lovely. We enjoyed our stay at Beau Rivage immensely and will definitely consider it again in the future. As for Luxury Retreats, we will certainly be using your services again. Thank you.

this unit is very nice. a bit far from red hook but right next to megans bay. nice views and breeze. pool is nice furnishings very very classy. beds comfortable and everything was in working order. i have been coming to st thomas for 20 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed so far. and we have stayed in really nice places. internet, t.v's, remotes, dvd players all worked full time. really a bang for the buck

We were all thrilled with La Josephine and Rose, the housekeeper. The kitchen was a bit small for our resident gourmand (my father-in-law) but it made for a cozier breakfast time. The rooms and view were pure luxury.
It was more beautiful than the pictures and the weather was perfect.

The location not so good it was like a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to a store or restaurants and alot of speed bumps everry 50 feet or so i'm car sick so did not enjoy the speed bumps in the lowerlands.

We had a wonderful time at Turtles Reach. The house was beautiful and well-maintained. The facilities were very nice, especially the private pool, and the beach was really close by. The staff, especially the cook, were so friendly and accommodating. The owners of the house provide so many amenities such as internet access, a safe, beach towels, etc. that make for a convenient worry-free stay.

The villa was wonderful. It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Marion was fabulous in keeping the villa clean as well as doing our laundry each day. Arlene was a wonderful cook and was very accommodating to our needs as well as our children (they don't eat fish so Arlene cooked them meat each night while cooking fish for the adults). We truly had the best vacation!

Complete relaxation at a beautiful villa
We had an amazing time once again in Anguilla. Our villa was fantastic. The villa itself was great but the pool and deck were the best. So much space for the kids to play while the adults relaxed!! The beaches and restaurants are incredible.
We had whale sightings right at the villa and took a zodiac out to get a closer look. Earl took the guys out to catch lobster and cooked them up for lunch.
We are ready to plan our trip for next year!!

Flor de Cabrera exceeded our expectations in regards of instalations, comfort, food and service. We are very happy to have chosen Luxury Retreats as our source for finding a house such as this one and are planning of finding another location through them for our next vacation. Getting there was a bit of a pain, but once we were there none of us wanted to leave. I would improve in the quality of the bedding and pillows in each room, for such a big group maybe one more person at the bar would be great for lunch time as well as someone to accomodate umbrellas, sunbeds or drinks once you are down at the beach. The person in charge, Elisha, could be friendlier given the nature of her job, especially if she is supposed to accomodate big groups wanting to do different things and making plans on a day by day basis. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Great relaxing vacation
First impression of the villa was average - some stucco and a coat of paint on the outside would make a world of difference!. Also, proximity to the main road was initially annoying with buses blasting up and down sounding their horns all day.Similarly, lack of downstairs A/C was surprising although became less of an issue as the week went on but having the front door permanently open to create a breeze and having the noise from the road was not ideal.
Villa was well furnished, bedrooms immaculate and very clean. Back garden area was extremely pleasant and view was fabulous with beach literally just through the back gate. Yvonne (cook) and Wendy (maid and laundry) were superb - a real compliment to the villa and their presence made our stay hugely relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall would probably recommend this villa to others with above provisos

The villa was immaculate and spacious. Each bedroom was beautifully furnished with plenty of closet space and private bathrooms. The closest beaches were Baies de Prunes and Bailes Longues. These were the most pristine beaches we visited on the island.
The sunsets were spectacular and we felt safe in the gated surroundings in Terres Basses.
Our vacation at Bleu Passion Villa was truly outstanding.
We absolutely chose the right villa for our vacation. It was a beautiful setting for our 45th anniversary wedding-vows renewal. We had 8 adults and 4 children in our party, and the lay-out of the villa was perfect. It gave all of us privacy when we wanted it, and togetherness when we wanted it. It was absolutely beautiful. The location of the villa was perfect also. We had beautiful views and total privacy, and we had access to anything we needed and it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. The caterers that you recommended for our special occasion also were wonderful. The meal that they prepared and served was top-notch. And so were the people who maintained the villa. Everything that we needed was taken care of in a timely manner. We had a wonderful time, and were sad to leave. And the woman who did the house-keeping became our friend, as she was so sweet and kind, as well as keeping the entire house clean and orderly. We will definitely return with our family.

Mariposa was incredibly beautiful and relaxing.
Our stay at Mariposa was more than we expected. There was so much outdoor seating, we gathered in a different place every day. The views were incredible and the photos on the website don't do it justice. We even had a couple of days of rain and still spent the time on the terrace. The kitchen had a nice selection of dinnerware and glassware. The bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome. The pool itself was the incredible with several floats that got a lot of use during our stay. It would have been nice to have beachchairs and an umbrella to bring to the beach. We think we'd have a hard time finding nicer accomodations.
An outstanding View Sets the Stage for Lovely Week
Five Little Cays has beautiful views, a gorgeous private beach with easy access to the shallow, bright turqoise water, and a wonderful floor plan for 5 adults and two children. Our only concern was the access to the pool for our two grandchildren, 18 months and 5. The five year old could stand in the pool, but we had to be very careful with the doors and the younger child. On the other hand, the proximity of the pool to the house meant the children could stay in the water all of the time. Our children loved the house, the outdoor seating and the fact that everyone had a private bath. The only negative was the about three mile drive from the Leeward Highway to the house.
A vacation of a lifetime.
The beauty of the scenery is unsurpassed, the food was impeccable and the service was more than one could hope to receive. Our family never dreamed we could stay at a place that would meet everyone's needs for privacy, exercise, good food, and friendly service. We recommend highly.

St. Somewhere, as you had said Matt, is really beautiful. The views spectacular. The Villa was very clean which is important and we liked the fact that there was just one maid service and no gardener or pool maintenance. The outdoor "living room" was the perfect cover from too much sun.

Make sure you tell anyone staying here that they will want a four wheel drive to get to this property. We were not informed that our trips to town would take 1/2 hour because the road was so bad. Be prepared that the road leading up to the house is steep and very uneven and rocky!
Mostly enjoyable, which could be excellent with some upgrades
Villa Patricia is a very well laid out cottage with a most enjoyable front porch overlooking the pool and ocean. The area has a sitting room and dining room which is where we had most of our meals. The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances worked well, with the exception of the barbeque. It seems to be suffering from the sea air, and definitely needs a complete cleaning and overhaul as the burners barely delivered enough heat on high. It took 40 minutes to cook a hamburger. One of the tanks had a faulty valve and would not shut off. The bedrooms are spacious and have screened windows and a ceiling fan, so running the air conditioning is not necessary. There are some electrical problems. Many of the outside lights would not operate, and we could not get the lights on the dock to come on. The wiring on the dock is dangerous as there are many bare wires. The stairs to the dock and the dock itself are in drastic need of repair. There are many loose boards and exposed rusty nails.

Ventana is starting to show it's age a bit, but overall an extremely well equipped, beautiful - beautiful setting over looking the harbour and the night time views were astonishing!!
Best Vacation EVERY !!!!!
Bel Horizon was spectacular in every way. The villa is stunning -- from the many large group areas with fabulous views, the pool/hot tub, the location and once again the views. We were thrilled when we got to the villa, while in the pictures it was amazing, it is even better in person. The caretakers, Rea and Lanny, could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend Bel Horizon and St. John !!
We were really well looked after.
We were bowled over when we arrived at the villa - just beautiful and a really welcoming staff in the guise of Eris, our maid/cook. She made us feel very at home and cooked us some magnificent meals. She also told us some really useful info on Barbados and gave us a lesson on how to cook rum punch! However the first morning we woke up to the sound of pneumatic drills in the property next door who were renovating the pool, which carried on (very very loudly) until the afternoon. Christine, our local managing agent (with Realtors) made it to us two hours after we phoned. However, once there she appreciated that we were not complaining without due cause, and sought to rectify the situation, which she did, very promptly and professionally. The rest of our stay was awesome, thanks to the villa itself and all the preparations Lucille made for us (such as booking our restaurants for the evenings) before we arrived. I would recommend the experience to anyone wanting to treat themselves!

Ideal location with small children.
We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villa very much.
The location was perfect, right on a beautiful, white sandy beach. The beach was inexplicably, but amazingly empty! The water is warm, shallow and never overly wavy, with nice tides that allow for some minor shell exploration for the kids.
The villa itself was nice as well. It was well-suited to two families: spacious, soundproofed (against crying babies), two comparable bedrooms both overlooking the beach.
Although it was nice to have multiple bathrooms, they were ok. The shower in the master bathroom had drainage issues, so that wasn't my favourite thing.
The layout of the house was well thought-out, roomy, convenient and large kitchen. There is room for improvement in terms of kitchen accessories, dishes, glasses, a dishwasher that cleans, and basic kitchen tools.
Front porch was wonderful, we used it constantly. Again, it was enclosed and thus childproofed and greatly appreciated.
We would return!

the home was comfortable for all of us. The cook make the house a home. She was great. We had a little hard time with getting the antenna up but we prevailed. Radio conditions were good so we had a good contest.

The location was gorgeous. The beach was fantastic. It was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The deck and the plunge pool were perfect for relaxing. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. The house was as advertised and suited our needs. Some suggestions would be to update the bathrooms; increase water pressure; fix leak in master bath (toilette); provide a stereo which accommodates an iPod or provide a CD selection; provide some basic water toys, life jacket, life preserver; floatation device, etc.; a working DVD player/tv reception; and, provide more comfortable pillows.
As close to heaven as possible!!
We absolutely loved La Tor. The villa was perfect for two. The view was absolutely spectacular. The concierge was excellent and their staff were very professional, gracious and accommodating. All services were beyond our expectations. We will absolutely use you again as well as refer your services.

We had a very relaxing week at the villa. Everything we needed was available. The general upkeep on the villa was not excellent, but it did not detract too much from our experience.
Wonderful trip -- as good as the first time
This is a great vacation home for either a group of adults or adults with children. We have rented this home twice -- once with adults only and once with adults/kids. Both times the experience was superb. I highly recommend this home to others interested in a laid back vacation.
Fig Tree House is a wonderful, relaxing vacation rental house.
We love Royal Westmoreland, and Fig Tree House is perfectly situated on the property, and a lovely, comfortable home.
Pallina Over Megan's Bay
Megan's Bay has to be the prettiest bay on St. Thomas. Pallina overlooks the bay with a phonomenal view. At night large yachts would pull in and anchor for an overnight stay. Their exterior lights would light up the blue water brilliantly. On the other side of Pallina was an outstanding view of the Atlantic and some small cays. We will return to St. Thomas and to the Pallina property.
Being waited on hand and foot.
We really enjoy getting the children and grandchildren together for a week of not having to go anywhere with swimming and tennis conveniently available and really good food, served with panache and graciousness.

The staff of Luxury Retreats handled absolutely every detail, from house selection, financial transactions, restaurant reservations, airport transfers perfectly. A Wonderful Holiday
One of the best holidays my family has enjoyed. The Villa was fantastic, the weather perfect and the island -Barbados, always a favorite of ours. From snorkling with the kids, to reef and wreck diving off the west coast, dining at some fabulous restaurants (The Fish Pot, & Daphnes), watching a Polo Match at Apes Hill and just taking in the rugged beauty of the northern and eastern coasts of the island, Barbados is a holiday destination that we love to return to again and again. I recommend booking through Luxury Retreats, who organized our entire island experience from start to finish. A thorough and professional organization that we would certainly use again.
Fantastic holiday experience in St Maarten with a private villa

Les Palmiers
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Les Palmiers is a very private and romantic location, and we felt that we owned a private beach in St Martin. Both Luxury Retreats and the onsite management folks were outstanding. We have absolutely no recommendations, as it was FANTASTIC.

Relaxing, great condos, stunning, and walking distance close to town
Seashore Allure is a hidden treasure on a beautiful beach in small quiet St. Johns. The condos are stunning with wood floors, granite, tile, and spa like bathrooms. The employees take wonderful care of you and help in evey way possible. You are walking distance to town, BUT, renting a jeep is a must to get around on the island and visit the local beaches. Every beach is breathtaking and has it's own characteristics. Great restaurants and food which includes locally caught fish. We will definitely be returning to St. Johns and stay at The Seashore Allure!!
St. John Coral Oasis Getaway
This fabulous villa was ideally located and outfitted with all the comforts of home. We did experience a few issues, though (see below).
Beautiful home in St. John paradise location
The house has all the comforts of home, but had a wonderful feeling of being outdoors, even when you were inside. The views of Peter and Cinnamon Bays were breathtaking. Everything you could possibly want was right at the house. The trek to the beach at Peter Bay was a bit arduous, but the views from the house made up for that!

Lovely, Unspoiled Eleuthera
Our family of 10, including 3 young grandchildren, enjoyed everything about our stay on this island. The house we rented was spacious without being ostentatious, and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. We went to a different beach each day and ran out of adjectives to describe how nice they were. The travel to and from the island was the only blot on what otherwise was a delightful vacation -- we would steer people away from a charter with Twin Air as we had a horrible time getting there and getting off the island.
Discovery of unique Bahamas
We loved location, house and beaches. It was a great experince to find an fairly "untouched" and virgin place so closed to the main land. We have the entire beach in front of the house for ourself. We rent a boat and explore the near by location (including a little isolated island) and we used our car to explore the entire island. It was a really great experience

Casa Cervo is paradise on Earth
Cervo is a wonderful villa on Baie Rouges. Each of the rooms are very large with large king size beds in each of them. The pool is fantastic with three steps - great for young kids to play on. The villa is directly on the beach, although at this part of Baie Rouges there is a large stretch of sand leading up to large flat rocks which make it impossible to swim directly out of the villa. No matter: down the beach is a beach bar with sandy access to the beach. The villa in general is party central: the gazebo becomes the nighttime focal point and there is plenty of seating around the villa for large numbers of people. Jean-Marie, the host, is very gracious and helpful. My only criticism was that I wasn't warned that one week wouldn't be enough!
Perfect Villa
From location, layout, design, furnishings, even the neighborhood, this is a really great place. The indoor and outdoor furnishings are all extremely well done, the large porch gets just enough breeze to keep the bugs to a manageable minimum, the pool is very private, and you could easily have a board meeting in the large shower.

Tuscany Resort Turks&Caicos
The Resort was so nice and every one that worked at the resort always made sure we were happy. The condo was awesome and very clean and the view of grace bay was to die for. We were very happy with Tuscany Resort. The only thing was we felt the resort was to quiet for us. Seven stars was a resort that was in the middle of all the resorts. and our style . I'm sure the price would of been a lot higher.
Wonderful, Quiet, Relaxing
The Blue Iguana is a great "Beach House". Right on the ocean, 3 good sized bedrooms with baths, a kitchen with everything you need, a living room just right for nightly DVD viewing, and a pool area where we spent most of our house time. Fairly new house and the crew keeps it very clean, which is very important to me.
St Somewhere was a dream vacation!
This villa was spectacular and exceeded all of my expectation! It had the most stunning view I have ever seen from a private home. This villa was luxurious and beautiful beyond words. Every attention to detail was included in the ammenities of this home! We lacked for nothing! It was so wonderful, we did not even want to leave to visit other sites on the island. We had a blast and can't wait to visit again.

A family vacation to remember.
We just returned from Anguilla and the Villa Azure, where our entire family had the most memorable vacation. Gorgious views of the colorful azur ocean from the Villa's multiple decks, swimming in the waves, and some great bonding time with the grand children, couldn't have been any better.
Amazing amazing amazing
We recently had the pleasure of visiting West Beach #104 for a week long vacation with our children. What an absolute pleasure. Without doubt, our most relaxing vacation ever - not an easy task with a 5 and 6 year old. The villa was gorgeous and meticulous...the staff was generous, thoughtful, warm and caring...and the location could not have been beat. Everything was perfect.
Elegant accomodation in a superb location
On-the-rocks provided the perfect setting for a relaxed vaction. The facilities were new, clean and everything was in working order. This is one of the few villas which advertise a sunset view that really delivers. Each sundown treated us to remarkable views over the Sir Francis Drake channel. Diving with BVI divers was with small groups and excellent dive staff. If this island had golf it would offer the complete package.

Great get'away stay
We enjoyed this lovely vacation villa very much. It had all the conveniences one could want. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the beach not far away for adults.
The pool was much enjoyed as was the shaded sitting area for reading or chatting.
We did have some very windy weather the first week of our stay, so did not do much sitting in the sun - probably wise in the long run as we did not suffer from sun burn.

Great villa for the money
Our stay at the great view went very well over all. There was sufficient room for all 14 guests. The rooms were clean for the most part. Some of our guests got bit by some sort of bugs. We are not sure if they were bed bugs or bugs from the beach. The patio was a great spot for all of us to gather during the day and night. the view was amazing!. We did have some problems with the pool and water. We opted for the pool to be heated for the whole week and it did not seem to be turned on until the middle of the second day of our stay. Also the heater seemed to be turned off as well as the pool filter two days before we left the villa. Im not sure if the hot water for the showers were linked to having the pool heated because the first day and the last two days there was no hot water for showering.
The furniture in the villa was very nice. Overall I would give my experience of the great view an 8 out of 10, and I would most likely return.
Blue Lagoon Barbados
We had a wonderful stay in a location that can't be beat. The surf actually rolls up under the sun deck - which is where we spent most of our time. The house could use a bit of TLC and maintenance but it was more than compensated for by the proximity to the ocean and the beach.

Star Apple House was the perfect release for our stressful life. Miss Panzie, Lynette and Michael were most accomodating. My husband and I plan to return by ourselves. We were able to workout by walking the hilly roads each morning and decide what the rest of our day held. We cannot say enough about the property and staff. Carol and Marilu at Luxury retreats did every possible thing to accomodate us. We just loved it!
An amazing villa with stunning views...inspite of the power outages
The villa was gorgeous and well equipped. With the exception of a power generator (much needed) and more lighing in the bathrooms, all else was simply amazing. It is a beautifully decorated, spacious and very well maintained villa.
Exceptionnal vacations!!
It has now been the tird time that we are booking a villa with Luxury Retreats and every time we are even more satisfied with the location and the kindness of the staff. We are very please that the pictures on the website are reflecting the reality, so once we are there, we are not surprise of what we see and we are definitely not disapointed. It was an incredible vacations and we are already thinking of planning another trip next year!
Best spot on the island
Staying at les Palmiers was a pleasure. The location afforded us easy access to some of the finest restaurants on the island. We felt safe and secure. The staff were attentive to our needs and pleasant to talk to.
Fabelous - Oceane was a wonderful villa with all the amenities
When we opened the front doors of Oceane we were treuly amazed at the view, the openness of the floor plan and the amenities. We will deifinitely return to this villa. The pool was large, the bedrooms spacious and the location was idealy.

we had a wonderful vacation in st bart one of the best vacations ever I loved the villa even the roosters and the barking dogs because I felt that I was in a neighborhood and it wanst at all touristy... the beaches were gorgeous we had a great snorkelling day with Didier and his dog Cookie they took us out one afternoon. we enjoyed getting up early to see the fishermen come in with their catch and one day we bought fresh Mahi Mahi to cook at home I came home so relaxed and refreshed also we enjoyed going to a patisserie each morning for coffee and a pastry....

A perfect vacation at Sugar bay House
Everything was as or better than expected. The villa was fully equpped with many thoughtful detials and an open bar. All the linen and utensils you need were there and it was really home from home from a daily living standpoint
All of this was enhanced by the presence of Peter Reeves the Property Manager who cared for every detail, gave great advice and cooked up a storm with his special recipes for banana bread, black bean soup and muffins. A great character and asset.
The only real negative was that the pool was reallly too cold to enjoy swimming and floating. OK for Kids but not adults

L'Oasis is a lovely home, lovingly designed and furnished. The staff, including the chef, the manager and the housekeepers was extraordinary. The two pools and extensive pool decks were perfect for sunbathing.
It was the best time we have had as family.
The view from the villa is breath taking and we all found ourselves just staring out to sea. I loved having the room to spread out with my now adult children and we all felt we had enough privacy because of the separate bedroom wing. They need to install a light out by the grill so that the cook can see the food, but we all enjoyed cooking dinner together and then eating together under the stars. We like to sit down to a good movie at night but the TV is old and has a lousy picture, they should upgrade the TV in the living room. All in all the house is beautiful and very comfortable and we all want to make a return visit next year.

Beautiful villa, good location and excellent villa staff.
The housekeeper, Mary, is a great bonus for this villa. She welcomed us warmly and her efficient but relaxed manner ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The pool man and gardener were also friendly and unintrusive as they were getting on with their work. We didn't use the facilities of the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and feel that there would need to be more on offer there to encourage visitors to spend more time there, such as a hairdresser and bar/restaurant. Nor did we spend much time on the nearest beach as, although a beautiful setting, the tide comes quite a way up and doesn't leave much room for loungers.
Spectacular House with beatiful views from every angle
The family had the best time ever. It was our 1st family vacation as adults and everyone had a great time. The house was just beautiful and the views were awe inspiring. It was 5 min from town, but you felt miles away from the acitivity. We spent hours watching the cruise ships coming in the morning during coffee and then leaving in the evening with dinner and cocktails. We could have stayed for a few weeks. Very relaxing. We could not have asked for a better home to rent. We will come back again with friends soon. It was better then the pictures on line. Very centrallly located to get easily to other points on the island, since it was out of the main harbor activity.
The decor, the view and the locale of the villa was amazing.
I have never rented a private villa on a Carribean Island, so this experience has fulfilled my dream to do just that. It was a beautiful experience. Very luxurious.

A Villa with a View
We were delighted with our initial impression of the villa. The road up to the villa was a rough ride for one of our group who has a bad back,so trips in and out were taken with care. it is unfortunate that work cannot be done by homeowners to improve it. The villa is lovely, with breathtaking views. The best part is the veranda where we spent all our time. We did not use the pool very much because of its location which was not clear in the photos. We did walk down a couple of times to the little beach. Most of our time was spent reading on the veranda. About the beds. They are rock hard. Not one of us found them comfortable and for our friend with the bad back, if we had not purchased a foam mattress for her, she would not have been able to stay. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were great. There is no dryer so towels were a little rough.But overall, it was a lovely week with great memories

A relaxing time but with plenty of interesting activity
The hosue was great but on many florrs with too many keys! The staff were terrivfici and the cooks Bajan cusine was wonderful. Location was good as well since it was about halfway up on teh wesy side so close to many activites, restaurants and bars. Food on the island is fantastic! we recoemend botht The Tides and The Cliff restaurant both near teh house in Holetown. While transit seems plentiful adn covers teh island well, I think a car is recomended that and a detailed map as there are a lot of raods for such a small island.
Special thanks to Rochelel-our cook, Peggy the house manager, and Waveney the maid. They were all very freiendly and helpful. Rochelle went shopping with us and we discovered many new island spices and veg and had a lot of fun. Mark was also very accomodating.

The villa is wonderful, including the staff, whom we viewed as part of the family. The Tryall facilities are wonderful. From the time we were picked up at Sangster to the time, one week later, that we were dropped off there, we felt that we were being looked after by people who really cared that everything was going well for us.

We loved staying at Villa Alila. The house had everything we could possibly want- it was so comfortable and relaxing. And the staff made us all feel right at home. The location was great- just minutes from the prettiest beach on the island, as well as great restaurants and trendy boutiques.

The trip was magnificent!!! The villa was beautiful! The location was perfect! It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The weather cooperated with us every day. We had ample time to relax at the villa and ample time to participate in some activities outside of the villa. There was plenty to do. I can’t say enough about the staff at Villa Oceania (Augustine, “Chef”, Elsa, Miguel, Lucas and Juan). They were unbelievable. They attended to our every need, answered every question and were MORE THAN accommodating. Their attentiveness was just the right balance. They made us feel right at home and pampered us constantly. We didn’t have a care in the world.

A magical week that exceeded our expecations
A great week. Villa was excellent and staff were outstanding. Alfredo the barman connected with our kids and they very quickly got comfortable with him. Food was excellent with good variety and Santos the cook was very open to special requests. The pig roast on the lawn followed by the bonfire on the beach as a highlight. Nice mix of lazy days at the villa plus days out to go snorkeling, play golf, etc. Beach in front of the house was better than we expected and we spent many hours just bobbing in the surf. Silvia the villa manager was a great source of information. We had one child who got sick the first night 9something they had picked up before we got there) and Silvia quickly arranged a doctor to see him.

Estate Belvedere was far beyond expectation
Our family was celebrating a 3 generation 9 day holiday gathering.... 6 grandchildren ages 3 to 14, not to mention the 8 adults were totally occupied the entire 9 days with the site pool, with beaches, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, games, shopping and dining.
We cannot imagine how to improve on the experience....excepting to make it the first annual family holiday.

We enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere of the island--everyone we met was friendly & helpful. Although it is said that the shopping is not the best, we found it to be excellent and got some great deals on jewelry & watches. Brochures and any ads on sites are not very accurate--went on the ferry to visit North & Middle Caicos--not at ALL as represented!! They need to be more upfront about their lack of services, bad road conditions, and closed up businesses, attractions, etc. If you know when you go what is actually there, then there are no surprises or disappointments. We expected a good adventure but got practically a wasted day. Reading the writeups on the place, you would have thought much more was there. The house itself was great and lacked for nothing--weather was pleasant, restaurants were good, rum is fabulous, food out-of-sight expensive in the stores! But, what island isn't? Go to The Goldsmith--beautiful items and great deals. Can't get a better French bakery .

Ultimate vacation experience
Aquamare was fabulous. Wonderful views, great staff, and all the upscale amenities I expected. The o utdoor showers are amazing, and the rooms are beautiful as well as spacious. We were very sad to leave!

We stayed in the Five Little Cay villa from Feb 5th to Feb 12th 2011. Three couples stayed in the villa and found it very comfortable. The rooms are big, clean and quit. It has a great common area to enjoy both inside and out. The beach is great, aqua blue waters and white sand. If you have kids, you can feel comfortable to let them play in the ocean in front of the villa because the water is very shallow, a couple of feet deep for hundreds of feet from the shore. The villa is on a dead-end road so it’s very quiet and private. It has a big propane grill, washer, dryer two refrigerators and a cooler for packing cold beverage to tote down to the beach. It’s a short drive to the supermarket and liquor store.
the freedom of self catering with 5 star hotel style accommodation
penthouse apartment was the only one in Coral Cove without plunge pool but being on one of the better beaches in barbados we did not miss having one. good location for those wishing to be close to restaurants, bars and shops on the west coast. master bedroom ideally situated , other rooms suffered from noise from main road - nothing a few G & T's couldn't fix! Fabulous views of Paynes bay. Well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Sufficient beach beds and shade but no cushions to lie on. Beach gets busy on 'cruise' days with large catamarans bringing passengers to see the turtles - poor turtles! Have stayed at Gibbs Beach before which is a better option if you want peace and quiet but we prefer being close to restaurants and other hotels.

L'Embellie Villa is an amazing retreat from the harsh winters where we live. The villa is as beautiful as described. The island of Anguilla has so many beautiful destinations and the food is outstanding. Every meal was a wonderful experience. The beaches are some of the best in the world and you can always find a calm beach, even on the windy days. Anguilla and L'Embellie are a must!

Tara was a wonderful experience!
We loved our time at Tara on Tortola. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed it every night with the two other couples. Thank you for helping us arrange our vacation.
We just had a few issues while we were there...
1) Shower in third bedroom not having any hot water so we shared showers.
2) Sauna not working. We were told after we booked the villa that this was not working and we are wondering if we were going to receive a credit regarding this issue.
3) Air conditioner unit...we had to reprogram the remote every time we used it.
4) The oven looked fabulous but we needed the stovetop at the same time and it was too confusing switching over the gas to the oven, so we just grilled the pizza.
5) We flipped the breaker in the fuse box since we assumed this was the reason why the electrical appliances did not work on one side of the kitchen...however the dishwasher still did not work.
Nothing could have ruined our vacation but I just wanted to let you know these issues!

Villa Trouya was wonderful. The housekeeper and gardner were great. We could not have been more taken care of. That view is awesome. Being able to use the facilities at Windjammer was great. We rented a car, highly recommended for traveling around the island. You can get to the beach just a short walk down the road.

Seven beautiful bedrooms & upstairs bedroom in annex is more than satisfactory. Downstairs bedroom off the garage (9th brm) is livable but not in character w/other brms. Fantastic house construction/beautiful job on appointments/nice maint staff.
Heaven on Earth!
Upon arriving, we were all taken back at the sense of grandeur and simplicity of this villa. The view was something to behold. The infinity pool was perfect. Enjoying the sunsets, dining in the outdoor dining area and lounging by the pool were some of our favourite things to do. It was a peaceful and private environment. The gym came in handy and was appreciated by all - too much eating and drinking fabulous wines and champagne! We plan to return again next year!
Most Relaxing Vacation Ever! Great Views at Sunset
From the moment the six of us arrived we enjoyed everything from the well equiped kitchen the private bedrooms and baths the views the pool the private dock! We had a private chef twice and it was well worth it!! Easy to get around although we didn't want to leave. Would consider going back again.

We really enjoyed our time in the villa. It lived up to the pictures on your website. The concierge was very helpful in helping us book an adventure. We appreciated all the supplies the villa had which weren't listed on the website (unlike other vacation rentals we were glad to find toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) We did have a few suggestions regarding the villa itself and left those with the survey we filled out before leaving.

Chef is a definite upgrade. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is excellent.
Perfection
Greatly exceeded our expectations. The site is pristine and beautiful and the Cottage was charming. The exceptional staff is what makes this experience so special, however. We have rarely felt so well taken care of, and we regretted that we could not stay longer.
Tradewinds and View
The villa was just beautiful. everything you would want and need for two people. The views of the surrounding islands and sea were stupendous. The tradewinds were so brisk, we never used the pool. Actually needed long sleeves at times. The stars and moon and sunrise were not to be believed. The road going up and down was bumpy and that would be something I hope in the future would be improved on. It made coming and going a bit daunting.
We had a wonderful experience at Twelve Palms.
Twelve Palms is an excellent property, and there is little that we were not satisfied with. Probably the only disappointment is that the kitchen is a bit dated, but still very functional. The screened porch was very useful, and the pool and hot tub were excellent. Probably the best thing was the location. With a deck right on the ocean, we could wade out on the sandy bottom to throw the Frisbee, etc., and take the kayaks to Sapodilla Bay beach. Taylor Bay beach was a short walk away as well. Las Brisas restaurant was one of our favorite restaurants, and it is three minutes away. Most other attractions on Provo, mostly in the Grace Bay area, are only 15-20 minutes drive, so you do not feel isolated even thought the setting at Twelve Palms is very secuded. The bedrooms were comfortable, separated well for privacy. Laura and Jordie at Luxury Retreats did a great job of setting things up, and Kerry, or contact on Provo, was helpful too. A great place, and we highly recommend it!

Awesome time in turks and caicos!
We had such a nice time and the villa could not have been more lovely! Also, we loved the close proximity to Grace Bay. And,even better was how private the beach was!

The villa had been recomended by friends, very picky friends, who had stayed there before so we had a sense of the quality. The pictures on the web site can sometimes be a bit misleading so having the personal reference was good. Monica has worked with us for the last 5-6 years so we always go to her to make the booking even though our friends recomended someone at a competitor.
Villa 21 is just perfect.
Villa 21 was just perfect for our family. The location was good, we were pretty close to everything. The area around it was very nice and well maintained. The villa and property were very well maintained. It was very private and the views were spectacular. Villa 21 is so spacious and it really has 2 master suites, so it was just perfect. Great choice.

St. Bart's is a very clean, peaceful and low key Caribbean island. We enjoyed the many beaches and variety of restaurants.

Outdoor areas are beautiul which is where we spent our time. Interior seems a bit overdone for a beach atmosphere and while we understand the practicality of leather furniture, it does not feel beachy. The bathrooms are beautiful but the shower/tub combinations in many of them are dangerous. Marble stairs and water do not go together and the curtain sheers do not provide privacy, we had to shower in the dark adding to the danger. Carol and Remy are fabulous and we had a great time.
Great Holiday at Coral Breeze
Great! This is the third time we have been to Barbados with Luxury Retreats, and this villa was by far the best for our needs - and before we have stayed at some far pricier villas. Everything we wanted was there. The housekeeper was great, the villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and as usual the booking process was flawless!

The villa was really nice; just what I expected. It was so relaxing to be able to open the french doors to the balcony and enjoy the wonderful breezes. The roof deck with jacuzzi was great! The Sugar Hill resort community was beautiful and very well maintained. I wish I had know the restaurant was only open for dinner two days per week. That was a bit of a drag. The only other disappointments were that there was no mobile phone available, as I had expected, and the DVD player didn't work.

A private retreat with rustic charm.
I appreciated the thought and materials that was put into the cottage. We enjoyed the peaceful setting despite the bumpy road. One suggestion is that it might be nice to inform the guests as to the nature of the spiders (Tarantula?), millipedes etc. that someone may encounter during the visit.
Really a good time
We enjoyed our stay at Mahogany Villa. The common areas are spacious and it's great to be able to make dinner,sit out on the veranda with cocktails and watch the sunset. We were only 2 blocks from the most beautiful beach. Truely a delightful stay.
Great Island, Great House, Great View. The ultimate experience.
We just returned from Le Gallerie and it is everything you read about - and more! The photo's just do not compare to what you actually get. The view is fantastic, the house is breezy and airey, the grounds are wonderful and the staff superb. Le Gallerie is located in Souffriere, a town of about 9,000, away from all the mega resorts on the north end of the island. It is just ouside the rain forest and close to all the natural beauty that is St. Lucia. You are at one with nature at the house, wrapped into the local birds and flaura.
Paradise Villa
Paradise Villa is located on a lovely, all but empty, and very clean beach. It has great views, is quite secure, and is fully equipped.

We loved the house... had a few functional problems but they were addressed promptly. I highly recommend the chef services!! This allowed for a much more relaxing holiday and left the shopping to others! :)

Home away from home
The villa was extremely comfortable, welcoming and spacious. It was an ideal venue for a relaxing family holiday in a superb location. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and always accommodating however I feel there is room for improvement in the kitchen in as much as there appeared to be a lack a organisation at meal times. The imagination in food preparation was somewhat limited. Furthermore we felt that dinner being served 7pm latest was unnecessarily early.
Despite these small reservations it is our intention to return to villa Aurora in the next 12 months
It is highly likely that we will return to Aurora.

Villa Lynda was secluded, elegant and great access to the water
The house, as expected from Luxury Retreats, was represented well. The beds were comfortable and the outside area was laid out well. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked. Beautifull setting, comfortable, relaxing andvgreat access to the water, what more couild you want.
It was stunning !
The villa was fantastic, the perfect size, as I like to say, "human scale", with everything you need, great decoration, great colours , very confortable, and very nice to stay at. The kitchen is fantastically equipated and we coud prepare great lunchs an dinner, for we are all amateurs but though great cooks !!! ( ja, ja). Nothuin to say against our stay at Villa Patricia, j
Just a little comment about the cleanleness: the clads were not as clean as they should be, the sheets were not changed when the maid came, she diidn't lay the extra bed in the guest house and really, she didn't do much. We were planning to hire she for 2 or 3 days more, but we realized she did almost nothing. This is the only "negative" point at Villa Patricia, and I tell you because I think it could be improved.
The staff was very gracious and attentive and the villa was cozy
The villa is a good value. The villa is located in a gated community with lots of trees and places to walk. My family, friends and stayed for 12 days and we enjoyed our time and would return without hesitation for a second visit. The staff - Michael, Lynette and Ms. Panzi were extremely attentive and took excellent care of us while we were there. We enjoyed the grounds which had several varieties of trees and a hammock in the yard. This was a relaxing amd enjoyable trip for all of us.
Beautiful relaxing family week
We all had a wonderful time and the house and Luxury Retreats provided an effortless way to have a beautiful week in St. Martin. We were all surprised at how easy it was to do nothing but spend time because the house and the property were so conducive to enjoying the natural beauty of the environment. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, having daily maid service delightful, and the house extremely well designed to enhanced the views, the sunset, the vegetation. It felt completely private and quiet and nothing intruded on our space. We loved it! Thank you.

Cabofino was beautiful and relaxing but we wouldn't go back.
Cabofino is located in a remote part of the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. The house is beautiful, view breathtaking, staff amazing, and food incredible! However, if you do go here don't plan on leaving often. There is a beach and a well-known Robert Trent Jones golf course nearby but other activities are at least an hour drive. The house is huge and will comfortably fit a very large family. There were 17 of us and we had bedrooms we didn't use. Expect to relax and spend lots of time with the family at the villa and eat all meals there. There is a mandatory meal plan but it is worth it. The food is excellent and will be tailored to your family's wishes/needs. Luxury Retreats did a great job coordinating everything, and was very attentive. Having not ever been to the D.R. before, however, I felt like I didn't know what I was getting myself into. The people are very nice but the country has a lot of poverty. Plan on staying at the villa!

Elegant island house with all the modern conveniences of home. Incredible views, wonderful beach, quiet, peaceful, scenic. Each bedroom on the fist floor had incredible views of the water and the main house easily accommodates a large group. Wonderful indoor and outdoor seating areas and plenty of lounge chairs by the pool.
My family decided that this was the perfect vacation location for us, so all reviews were positive.

We loved the Casa Kimball property ans staff. this is a very well run property by Monica--who has put together a superstar staff. Wellington and Rosa are the best we have ever had at any property. The nearby beaches are fantastic and day trips like Dudu Lake's blue lagoon and Monkey Jungle ziplining were alot of fun.
Vacation in paradise.......
We were a group of 11, including me & my family, my sister & her family, and our parents. From the moment we stepped in the gorgeous villa (or should I say, the moment we passed through the gate!), we were speechless at the beauty of the villa itself, but also the beauty of the blue of the pool against the backdrop of the sky & ocean. We continued to be amazed at the ever changing color of the water from different locations on the island. We took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen and never lacked for a single pot or pan. We had the luxury of the great supermarket nearby. We enjoyed sightseeing & visited many different beaches for waves, snorkeling, exploring, & relaxing. We visited many restaurants & had some fantastic meals.....& my father was on the hunt for the best conch chowder! Wherever we went on the island, from a pirate & snorkeling tour, fishing excursion, a tour on middle caicos, & an evening glowworm boating trip, it was always nice to be "home" at the villa.
Great villa, so-so location.
The condo complexwas beautiful. The assistance that we got on island was first rate. However, the small town with in walking distance looked like the South Bronx. Also, we could not swim off the beach in front of the condo - neither one of these was accurately described.

Our villa was exactly as pictured, well located near all the action of Orient beach but in a quiet area. Everything was explained and we felt well cared for and housekeeping was excellent and our food from Gourmet Feasts delicious. St.Martin is a picturesque island with amazing beaches, great dining and as an added bonus, good shopping too.

Tranquility at its best!
We loved our stay at MLO Cottage Breeze. The SIBarth folks were jsut wonderful and took very good care of us. The villa was well appointed with everything we needed and the view was beautiful. We especially love the turtles that joined us in the afternoon at dust for a taste of the grass! I only wish the pool as warmer and the mosquitos were less hungry!

The villa was fantastic.
We were very impressed with how well stocked the villa was. The house was immaculate, there were towels, kitchen supplies, etc. in abundance. We had high expectations and the reality was exceeded. We were particularly impressed with the professionalism of the staff as they met us at the ferry, helped us get oriented, and responded quickly to any problem.
Total relaxation
When my husband and I first arrived at Lan Y Mor we were a little concerned to learn there was no television, we had poor cell connection, we had nothing but internet connection. The villa is very remote and forced us to really be on vacation and spend time with each other. It turned out being one of our best vacations ever; the days went by quickly just relaxing in the sun and watching the magnificent sunsets together. Our only disappointment was the pool, it really isn't a pool. It's more like a jacuzzi. The food on the island is very expensive for mediocre quality at best but we had a wonderful time overall.
THE PERFECT VACATION FOR A FAMILY OF 13!
Two grandparents, their three children & spouses (and one of their mothers) plus their four grandchildren made for a lively, fun-filled Christmas vacation in Jamaica. After being spoiled by a having a cook, butler & housekeeper, I don't know if we'll ever be able to do without them on our next family vacation. The size of Sweet Spot along with all the amenities worked very well for us.

Villa Azure -- ten days relaxing in a breath-taking oceanside setting!
Villa Azure is a well-appointed, well-designed, oceanside home that beautifully accommodates nine or ten guests. Spectacular views and incredible ocean breezes. Plenty of spaces for reading, eating, drinking, or conversing on a deck. Great sheets and towels -- and although that's a small detail, it does make a difference. The villa staff was accommodating and professional, but also personal. The concierge was also top-notch. (Negatives: The hot tub was not hot, and the description of a walk down the stairs to the beach is a little misleading as there is no sandy beach on which one can walk.)

The island of Eleuthera is extreemely underdeveloped and this is not a place to go if you want a lively,full service holiday .There are a few lovely resteraunts/bars with an excellent live music scene of local musicians.There is not alot of sign posting if you are trying to find beaches /caves /shops so be prepared to search for them .And there almost no retail shopping .The beaches, however, are SPECTACULAR.Long deserted crescents with the softest sugar sand with almost NO ONe on them.The natural beauty of the coast-line is breathtaking but you have to be prepared to rent a car and drive.Governors Harbour is very run down and can be noisy at night with barking dogs and crowing roosters.The Bucaneer Hill house is exquisite ,perfectly appointed ,with no detail overlooked .There is no boundary wall so I did feel a litttle trepidatious esp.at night.Pool area could do with a little more plantings to make it more tropical feeling and in keeping with the high standard of the house.

Wonderful Choice!
This location was beautiful, quiet, welcoming and relaxing. The staff was fantastic and our added driver was "the best"! He was prompt, friendly, informative, humorous and always available. The villa was pristine and the view magnificent. Our personal chef was excellent as was the housekeeper who prepared a lovely breakfast every morning and a spectacular Dominican dinner the last night. We enjoyed the trip immensely!
A Wonderful Vacation
Villa Lazy Heart is a lovely place to spend a vacation. The staff is what makes it truly special, particularly Raylin and Santos the chef. And the people in the Dominican Republic in general couldn't be nicer. The few drawbacks to the villa are:
It's not right on a swimming beach and the television, internet and music systems are subpar. Also, there's not a lot to do outside the villa.

A wonderful family holiday at Bon Vivant!
My immediate family of 10 adults and 9 children, ages 14 — 2 years, spent 8 marvellous days at Bon Vivant Villa in Barbados. The staff and facilities are superb. Despite the rain, which, went from light showers to heavy torrents at times, the temperature remained very warm so we could remain outdoors under shelter — and were able to play some of the indoor games until we could return to the sunshine. This was a beautiful, though very expensive, family vacation.

The PERFECT Destination Wedding Week in Paradise
This is the first time i've ever rented a villa. So planning a small destination wedding in a place i've never visited and going to a vill as opposed to hotel had me very nervous at first, but Ryan and especially Lucille really did everything they could possibly do to make this process sooooooo smooth and I am very grateful. Really the service was amazing and top notch. Kamique Villa and the staff there also was like a dream come true - they did everyting to make our stay as memorable as possible. Chef Kumakie is also in a league of his own. The food everynight was delicious and everyone loved him and his staff. The villa was spectacular to say the least. My fiance was not involved in any of the planning and he was absolutely floored from the minute he stepped foot inside the villa. He really loved everything. My family was speachless when they woke up in the morning to the spectacular views from each and every room. thank you Luxury Retreats and Kamique Villas!!

our greater made us feel welcome. The villa it self had a great view and all the privacy we hoped for. There were a few problems with lights not working. Bonny our greater had mentioned them so when things didn't work it was no problem. New owners and they ran out of time to get them fixed.
Expectations were Superceeded, and its nice to be pleasantly surprised
The villa far exceeded our expectations as sometimes clever photography and careful wording can mislead. However, after trying to scrutinise the actual beachfront location which doesnt look that good in the photos, it was easily accessible and quite a large beach which you could walk along and around for miles. Perfect. The Housekeeper was inobtrusive, and very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were larger than we expected, and each had dressing areas which were a nice surprise. The lack of sunbed cushions was a disappointment, and the transfer was a total disappoint considering the type of property we rented, a beat up old toyota minivan was a come-down!
Staying at the villa was a fabulous experience.
Our family needed some time together with no outside stresses. The property gave us a place to be together and enjoy each others company in a totally relaxed atmosphere. The staff gave us the luxury of never having to think about the ordinary chores of daily life. I can't say enough about the staff. Each and everyone was thoughtful, friendly and extremely competent. They made us feel welcome in a new and different place.

Accommodating and private villa that met our needs

The villa is beautiful. I had the best sleep ever with the sounds of the ocean in the background and very comfy beds. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. We hired a local lady to take care of our 4 month old and cook for us so we had a worry free vacation. There is a dog, Blackie, on the property which belongs to the caretaker who lives in a seperate house on the property. The dog is very friendly and playful. We had a fabulous time!

1. The outside speakers were not working and had to be repaired throughout the week
2. The evening of the reception, 11/27 the light on one of the gazebos was not working which limited access
3. The evening/early morning of 12/3-12/4, the power went out in the area and didn't return for about 8 hours. This kept us from being able to enter the property through the gate. Six of us had to climb over the fence in the dark
4. The keys labeled for the front door (metal double doors) did not work, which left it unlocked
5. The corner of the living room rug is upturned causing a couple of people to trip; no injuries though
6. On 11/27 we were confirmed for a 1pm arriv
Great family time!!
We all enjoyed our trip in Anguilla. The villas and staff need some improvements, but generally it was a wonderful trip. The stuff was courtesy and warm.
Gourmet views in St. Barts
We loved the villa. It was the perfect place for us and our little one to hang out for a week. The kitchen is gorgeous, equipped with any gadget you can think of to create delicious meals. Top of the line everything, we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine! The living room leads seamlessly onto the patio, equipped with lots of places for lounging. We used the Bose stereo throughout the house/patio so we could listen to music everywhere. The infinity pool overlooks the hillside and ocean and although I wish it could have been warmer, it was great for a quick cool off after a hot day around town. All in all, the perfect place for a couple or small family - we can't wait to go back! Thanks to Luxury Retreats and the on location staff for making sure no detail was left unattended - we were well taken care of throughout the entire trip.

The best family vacation in paridise
We love the Villa. We went for our anniversary with our family and we had the time of our lives. We thought we would go out more but we loved cooking and relaxing at the tiki bar so compelling we stayed in. We would wake up to sunshine . lay at the pool, walk the beach, then snorkle right our back. Using the outdoor shower at sunset was wonderful.

Villa was GREAT. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to spend Thanksgiving
Great Villa. Beautifully laid out. Credit to the Architect. Our major complaint was the dangerous driveway,long and steep. Took taxis to town at night. Taxis would not even drive down. We had to walk up to the street. Suggest some kind of barrier/curb be installed where dangerous.
A fun and relaxing trip!
Everything about Flor de Cabrera was perfect! They rooms were amazing and beds super comfy. The pool was perfect for the kids with its shallow areas. Generally we don't like to stay in homes with a full staff however Flor de Cabrera was an exception. The staff was friendly and fun to have around. It was also great to have the tennis court and game room to satisfy our competitive nature. The beach was beautiful! Great for walking and exploring (not ideal for swimming). Roasting marshmellows over a beach bonfire was definately a highlight! The massages that we has were wonderful! My husband and I get massages almost everywhere we go and we rank the massage in our top 3 best! Overall a wonderful experience at Flor de Cabrera.
AMAZING, AWSOME, WONDERFUL!!
High View is the perfect retreat for a large family or four couples. It's conveniently located, immaculate, has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need, and very private. The house was comfortable, everything updated and lovely! absolutely beautiful pool and deck over-looking Charlotte Amalie. Definitely recommend having a car though, as the east end beaches are a good 15-20 minute drive. Otherwise, SUPERB!

Our stay went way too fast!!!!!
We loved our accomidations. Our villa managers at the Aslantic House ran circles around our villa manager in Turks and Caicos, Christmas of 2009. Tortola was a great island to visit and the people were very friendly. We went on an all day sail charter and and an all day power boat charter, both were a great way to see the surrounding islands. We'd go back :-)
We loved the villa, amenities, security, and especially the pool!
It was our annual family vacation, and once again Luxury Retreats helped us find a special place (our fourth year working with Luxury Retreats). All aspects of our stay were well thought through, and the local support from Eddie Hunt was wonderful. The housekeeper - Rhumene - was extremely nice and helpful. We were less enthralled with St. Martin than we have been with Barbados, Grand Cayman, and St. Lucia - but that was mainly due to the lack of good snorkeling and the island's congestion. But the villa was awesome, and we really enjoyed our trip!
Another great trip to a place that feels like home.
Great trip once we arrived in St. Martin. Too bad that Delta does not fly there more often as our travel itinerary was not very satisfactory.

Not much to say, besides that it was the best vacation I have ever had. I take my family on vacation 2 weeks a year, one week at Easter and the other for Thanksgiving. We have traveled to Cabo, Bahamas, St Maarten, Key West and now Barbados. Everything was fantastic. weather, house, staff, scenery, beaches, ..........

The long bay house was amazing!
we had a wonderfull and relaxing time
villa was very clean. the pillows on the beds were very flat and uncomfortable so we needed to take all the pillows from the other bedroom to make it comfortable. View was great. people at ici and la were very nice...Fred and girls in the office. Christiana the cleaning woman was very nice and did a great job. The wine you left in the fridge for us was delicious and the fresh flowers put in the villa was a nice touch.

Sol e Luna is a wonderful house with a great view on the ocean. The bedrooms are very large and clean. The pool is huge and gorgeous with a lot of chairs. The flowers and trees around the house are wonderful. We had a great time

An idylic experience - The Reeds House Staff are superb! Our Housekeeper/hostess - Marguerita,was wonderfull - bajan meals were a real treat. Mark, Lisa & Adrian made our experience restful, very relaxing & very service oriented, fullfilling every guesty need promptly with courtisy & politeness. This was our 3rd trip to Reeds House - an vacation dreams are made of !

The villa was wonderful - a perfect size for 12 couples to have big enough communal spaces, but diverse enough spaces so you could be independent as well - great beach, pool, garden, staff. Overall a wonderful experience in a well equipped and designer villa! Very helpful too was Marilu in pre-planning everything which made the whole experience exceptionally smooth!
Trip of a lifetime
Villa Maria is so much better than the pictures can show. The setting is awesome and the grounds are beautiful. It is clean and well maintained. I would reccommend it to anyone!
As a side note, there has been a large home construction project ongoing for 4+ years now, just below Villa Maria. It can be a little noisy for the two guest bedrooms. It is an on again, off again project though.
Perfect Villa in SBH
All was perfect except that we had to leave - wish we had another week in paradise. The villa could not have been better - it was everthing we expected from the pictures and descriptions.
A great 50th Anniversary Surprise. Everyone had a fabulous time!
The Sweet Spot is even sweeter than the pictures. The house was fabulous and we were all very impressed with the superior attention to detail and the fine upkeep of the facilities. The staff was friendly, helpful and un-intrusive. We very much valued the help we received from Marilu in securing a priest to come to the house for a special celebration mass/vow renewal for our parents. Thanks for the great memories

Ceiba is a nice spacious villa
In summary, Ceiba is a clean, spacious property. The service was great.
Unfortunately, our only complaint is with the property itself. The air conditioners and the showers did not work, properly and we did not have hot water for showers. To have a plumber and air conditioner repair person come out on the first day a renter is there is not acceptable for the fees paid for this type of property.
Other than the issues with the property, our experience was wonderful. Service was over the top. We received acceptable responses to all our inquiries, proactive phone calls to assist us in any way, the property was clean and well cared for with the exceptions noted above. I appreaciate having Christine's number and her availability to call her if I had a question.

The in-villa staff was beyond wonderful - they made you feel so welcome and comfortable, the meals were so wonderful, they happily assisted with all of our needs - basically, they were more than I ever could have expected.
The villa was more beautiful than I expected, everything about it made you feel right at home and very relaxed - the views were amazing - it was a dream come true !!!
The villa was just as good as we expected, interior and exterior.
Our vacation was very good, filled our expectations fully. We were also lucky to leave just before the tropical storm began.

Le Caprice exceeded our already high-expectations. The pictures don't convey how beautiful the location and views are. The rooms are better than any luxury hotel. There was an unexpected private path to the beach... and the villa had almost anything a vacationer could need.

This villa was spectacular. The view was incredible. It looks out over a salt pond where a rainbow formed after every little rain shower. Beyond that is just beautiful sea views and other islands. It is nice and private where you can feel away from it all yet get to civilization in no time. There was plenty of room for our group. The kitchen/living area was very spacious and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed.

Everything was wonderful. From the attention and service of the folks at Luxury retreats who listened to what we were looking for and a great recommendation that met our every requirement to the partners that met us and helped us on-island.

Our Villa experience at Casa Lupa was wonderful
The house and grounds were lovely. Our overall vacation was great. A birthday celebration for my husband, boating, snorkeling, going to Meghens Bay, beach at Secret Harbour. The only disappointment was that lots of places were closed because of hurricane season, Foxy's, Bitter End, Marina Cay. We did have a nice lunch at the new marina on Srub Island, and visited the Soggy Dollar, next time we will go on season.

The Villa was EXCEPTIONAL; Better than expected
Our weekend stay at Villa Decaj had all we could have asked for and more. The house itself was spacious, and all the amenities were just as described. Our cook was phenomenal (thank you Angela!) and our housekeeper had a big job to do and she did it well. The view from the top balcony was one we couldn't get enough of, and we made use of the pool everyday. There was a decent amount of privacy, and the grounds were very well maintained. Since the weather was still hot during the day, the upstairs den and kitchen area were very hot most of the time, but the downstairs area and all the bedrooms were cool and comfortable.

The splendid view, combined with the quiet location of the Villa certainly added to a very relaxing time. The villa is very mordern and its open plan allows for great entertainment. One can spend many romantic evenings sitting by the infinty pool, drinking a pina colada and watching the sunset! A chef in a five star restaurant would marvel at the size and equipment of the kitchen . The bedrooms and bathroooms are huge with lots of closet space. It felt like "a home away from home."

Hurricane Earl Couldn't Even Ruin Our Trip
The Villa was beautiful, spotless and very well maintained! The ocean views were stunning. An excellent villa for a family with adult children or two couples! The staff were second to none!!!! When Hurricane Earl hit, we were prepared thanks to Angela and Evan. We had water coming in through the roof, light fixtures, windows in the master suite, and under the door. Great idea, tile floors. Angela and Evan were there in a moments notice.
It was wonderful.
Generally the villa was a little less modern than I would have preferred, but we had all the amenities we needed and overall we were quite pleased.

The property was very clean, in great location, and accessible to activities on the island that we wanted to engage in.

Most beautiful villa on the island! We saw some bigger ones, but this one is by far the most beautiful, and has the best location. Property is in great condition, and has a very luxurious feel to it.
Everyone from the property owner, to the property manager, to the travel agency representatives, and everyone in-between, provided excellent service. Anguillans are the friendliest people I've ever met. Add to that the professionalism and kindness of Alcyon caretakers, and we felt like royalty for our entire trip.
During our last day, we were hit by a hurricane. The owner, property manager, Luxury Retreats representatives, and even the propery architect, contacted us to make sure we were prepared and felt safe prior to the hurricane. The owner even extended us one free nights stay!
Overall, best vacation I have ever been on! And everyone on the trip agreed. Thank you to all involved!!

Villa was exactly as on web site, very nice. Everything worked: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, grill, no problems whatsoever. There were even a cook and a made. One should have a car, although buses to surrounding towns and Bridgetown are quite frequent. I have not used LuxuryRetreats service while renting, and probably should have, as the car was not in top shape, although quite workable. Overall, highly pleasant experience, we are going to repeat it, and I recommend the villa and the service.

A wonderful experience!
This was one of our best vacations ever, and Andreea and Sylvie made it so easy. Renting a Villa was a first for us, but we'll be back. It was a lot of fun to "live" rather than "vacation." We enjoyed having our own space and especiialy enjoyed having the choice of cooking or eating out. That made a big difference. This was also our first time to Virgin Gorda, but we'll be going back again I'm sure!

overall, very, very nice. the house, pool and beach are fantastic. Some suggestions for improvement would be in the kitchen: utensils and equipment were lacking a bit for in-house cooking an dining. Knives needed to be sharper, utensils for lobsters would be nice to have, a larger pot for pasta/lobsters would be helpful, etc. Another comment is that the concierge did not know about Catholic Mass times in Marigot. We could not find it online and so had to spend 2 hours driving back and forth to Philipsburg. It would have been nice if the maid had left more than 2 beach towels. We had to ask for clean ones whenever we were using them in t he morning. Finally, it would be helpful to have access to the pool and jacuzzi filter. at some points it would have been nice to have cleared the water of bugs and fogginess in the jacuzzi.
These however were minor and overall the experience was great.

This was our sixth time in Barbados and we have always stayed either at Bluff House or Landmark House. We absolutely love the location of the house, close to restaurants, shops and a great 24 hour clinic. The situation of the house is also fantastic--the beach is our back yard, water sports just show up and it is true relaxation without ever having to leave the house. We are now watching the second generation of kids get into the magic of Barbados. Denise did a fabulous job with our laundry every day. The rooms are fantastic and we even got a price adjustment since the master toilet was broken for three days. The one and only negative is the hours of the staff--we wish that they could at least work longer in the afternoons on the evenings where we were eating out. The cook did a decent job feeding 18 people but we often ran out of food during the course of a meal. The butler was accomodating, but needed very specific instructions (we had worked with him in the past).
stunning villa with gorgeous views on a very quiet island
Villa Patricia is a beautiful 3 bedroom (2 in main house, one in a bungalow across pool) on the quiet side of a fairly quiet island. Most beaches we visited, we were the only ones there, or had only 2-3 others on them. If I returned to the island, I would prefer being on Grace Bay - where most of the resorts and restaurants are. Food prices in the market (beer, etc) were high. But restaurant prices were comparable to those in the States. Snorkeling was a disappointment. (After visiting St. John several times, we are probably spoiled). Very little shopping or night life here. Best for those looking for just beautiful quiet beaches and peace and quiet. Lots and lots of mosquitos. A bit disappointed that only 1 bedroom had cable TV. (others got 4-6 channels, total)

A great experience with only one major glitch
1) It was the best vacation (bar none) I have ever taken
2) The pictures don't do the house justice....it was even more gorgeous in person
3) The staff was patient, flexible and anticipated many of our wants and needs accurately
4) Only glitches:
a) we had to go to the ATM many times because we couldnt only use our credit card for the first (before we arrived) supermarket run
b) some things were not consistent between what we heard from Kelly and what we found locally
first, the PlayStation did play BluRay movies (it was a PS3) – when I asked, we heard from Kelly it was not and did not bring the movies we really wanted as a result
second, the local villa management did not recommend a rental car given that we were there for less than a week – the butler referred us to a friend of his that had an excellent car service given that we only left the villa 3 days out of the 6 – we actually also preferred his transportation to the transfer service (more deluxe)
the villa lends itself to whatever your needs might be.
villa serena was a perfect balance of quiet cozy spots and openess to enjoy everyone's company without feeling cramped. it has a very peaceful air to it. the beach is quiet and kept impecably clean. the rooms are very welcoming and easy to consider "home" for the time spent in st marteen. the dressing rooms are every woman's dream come true and the windows in the baths are a wonderful way to experience showering in an outdoor setting. the pictures don't do villa serena justice. it is an extremely special place.

Back to nature experience
Beautiful location with no crowds. Beach was great for snorkling and very private. Great opportunity to get to know the locals. House is old with great character. Fauna is beautiful and bountiful. LuxuryRetreats was professional, informative and patient. Staff is well trained and a pleasure to work with. I never got to meet the onsite manager and there was some mis-understanding with the food arrangements. Portable fans are a must for this house since the only rooms with air-conditioning are the bedrooms. LuxuryRetreats took care of our car rental and transportation from the airport to the villa. The car rented was excellent and met all of our needs. The driver was also excellent and also helped us with chartering a boat for the day. His connections are solid and everyone he put us in touch with were professional and very friendly. Overall a great week and I will go again with a better plan around the food.

It was the most incredible vacation we have every had!
We were overwhelmed with everyone and everything!! From Jay and his prompteness, to Emma and her ability to make everything happen to Foluso and the staff at the villa amaking us feel so welcome and comfortable our experience was amazing and one we will remember for a very long time. Everything was first class and we will definately use Luxury Retreats again and again. But I cannot stress enough how wonderful Foluso, Richard, Eds, Eugene and Maya were at the house - everything was amazing!! Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable!!!!

Rose Cottage is the best experience we have had in a villa so far. The amenities and comfort of the villa and the experience and professionalism of all the staff were exemplary. Our villa was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The pool was perfect for our little ones. We were initially concerned about visiting St. Martin in July, but it was great. It rained at night, or maybe VERY briefly during the day. We didn't have to deal with high traffic associated with High Season travel which was so nice. (We were told that some of the places we traveled to in 25 min. would take over 2 hours in high season.) The location of the villa was very nice also, and we always felt safe there. Having a driver pick us up at the airport and take us to the villa where our cars were waiting was very reassuring on arrival (in the dark especially).
An Amazing View
The Villa was fantastic. It overlooks the ocean directly into St Maarten. The accomodations were top quality - TV, appliances, furnishings, etc.

The house was amazing, with an equally amazing view. No complaints about the house, property or the proximity to the beach. It was such an easy walk to peter bay and the fish were great. We saw more variety in Peter Bay than we saw around the whole island. It was so memorable for the grandchildren to snorkel for the first time and see fish!
We would change the rental car company and the cars that luxury retreats booked for us. It was recommended that we went a SUV, not mandatory. Upon arrival we found out that it is impossible to drive anywhere on the island, especially down sea cove's driveway, without 4 wheel drive in the rain. This was very frustrating and took away from the enjoyment of our vacation, considering a topical storm was in the forecast. Also, the rental company took 2 hours to rent the cars, had dangerous dogs, and tried to get into our luggage.
Overall the trip was great because of the amazing home. We felt so fortunate to stay at such a gorgeous and detailed home.

Total Relaxation at Elegant Villa
Tamarind house was a really exqusite villa. First of all the views were astounding. The house itself is so lovely and unique, I loved the decorating, lush gardens, overflowing potted plants and beautiful artwork. I also loved the thoughtful design of the home thick stone walls and beautiful vaulted ceilings, magnificent wooden doors, many open walls. In two of the bathrooms you can shower with beautiful Piton views. This home had an abundance of space and comfort for my family of five. The staff was wonderful and fixed us many lovely meals. We bought a beach club membership at Anse de Chastenet Beach resort just below the house. We rented kayaks and explored the island via water most days. Two of my children learned to sail using the resort's sun fish sail boat. We also enjoyed snorkeling in the protected reef right off the beach. The only negative things for me did not have to do with the property, The roads scared me to death and the island itself was a little run down.
A dream holiday made painless in its execution
It normally takes 2-3 days to get into a family vacation due to the stress of arrival arrangements, find your way around etc. LR made this part almost non existent by attentive support through arrival and beyond. Of course the superb Villa, amazing location etc helped a great deal but that is why it was selected. It was having LR a phone call away at any time before and during the holiday that made the difference from another luxury holiday. The only part that required some refinement was the accuracy of the pre-stocking which was a little hit and miss and the local contact who was hard to reach but with Emma's backup at the LR offices, this really did not mar the overall experience.

Another wonderful family vacation at Dudley Wood!
Our stay at Dudley Wood was fantastic all over again. The villa staff is wonderful. They took all of our needs into consideration and made sure the children were always happy. The villa itself is in an amazing location and the pool is a great size...especially on the island of Barbados where most pools at beachfront locations are small. Although the furnishings are a bit outdated and a little worn the villa is still very comfortable and suitable for young children. We would definitely consider retuning to Dudley Wood again.

Villa was excellent,bt there were two small things which are realy not good and being considerred as a small reduction on our rent.
1.the airco in the living room was two days out of order,livingroom temperature was 90
2.The shades in the bedrooms were NOT going down.Not good for sleeping and privacy.

The only slight negative is the home is located in a beautiful neighbor with gorgeous,pristine mansions. Oceania is a lovely home it however could use a bit of sprucing up. The home was clean and the staff was remarkable.

Location, location, location..and a very nice, simple villa
We have been at many islands in the Caribbean, and St Barth definitely wins by far! Beautiful, clean, safe, perfect beaches, really really nice and happy people. Very expensive, but not gas or supermarket, so budget can be adjusted. The villa was far less luxurious than others we have been at, but it was just great. It is located in a very secluded beach, so although it is on the water, remains very private, with only occasional surfers walking by. Rocky and difficult to get to the sea just in front of the villa, but beautiful beach with waves for surfing or boggy boarding just 100 m walk to the right. There is always a sea breeze, which keep mosquitoes to a minimum. The living room does not have a ceiling fan, which would have made night movie watching more comfortable. I would rent the same villa again. Overall, the best Caribbean vacation we have had.

I have been doing villa rentals now for several years with Luxury retreats. I love the fact that a villa is very different than a hotel because it isnt about waiting on lines to eat breakfast at the buffet or looking for chairs at the pool. We do it up everytime we go with the private chef service and we spend our time together as a family enjoying each other rather than going from line to line. The space aspect of it is also great, in a hotel room you are confined to a few hundred square feet, but in a villa you have a great home that you can enjoy. we also like to take long vacation and staying in a hotel room more than a few days is not an easy thing.
A real vacation for everyone in the family
We can't stop telling our friends about our amazing vacation in Barbados at the Sandalwood House. The house was gorgeous and the layout was such that everyone was able to have as much privacy as they needed. With two teenagers, a grandma, and a five year old, it is sometimes difficult to keep everyone happy, but during our stay in Barbados this was not the case. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing, very attentive and a delight to be around. We all missed them when we returned to the United States. We love the island of Barbados and we loved our stay at the Sandalwood house.

Gorgeous, exotic, magical, tropical paradise!
Having stayed at Unicorn before, we were extremely pleased with the upgrades made by the owners. The place was fantastic. The stainless steel appliances stand out, as do the upgrades for windows and doors to hurricane standards. We weathered the beginning of Tropical Storm Bonnie with 7 inches of rain in 15 hours, a 4.5 earthquake centered in Charlotte Amalie and the bugs were never a problem inside the enclosed areas. We felt very safe from the elements. The equipment provided with the villa was astounding- snorkels,boogie boards, barbeque appliances. We felt like we were walking into someone's home, which we were! All of the living room and dining room furnishings were comfortable and very nice. We took advantage of the extensive library to look up sealife which we saw on our snorkeling adventures and used the books and movie collection to entertain ourselves when the weather turned foul. The food provided by our host was very much appreciated and enjoyed!
The only way to vacation in Barbados...
I can't understate how the staff did their utmost to make our stay enjoyable. We could not have asked for more and they did their best to rectify the aircon problems we encountered. having said that, the aircon system should have been attended to prior to our visit. I would also say the house as a whole is in need of a bit of redecoration. It is beginning to show its age.

The holiday was just about perfect - the Villa was spectacular and even better than presented on the website. We enjoy a lot of family holidays and it was agreed by all 4 of us that this was th best holiday we had experienced and this was in no small part due to the Villa, the Island and Luxury Retreats! A Luxurious Work in Progress With the Best Staff Available
What a magnificent location and facility. The staff is what truly makes this place an outstanding vacation. The beach here is SPECTACULAR although access is challenging for those that can't handle stairs. The building itself is beautiful. It does need a few upgrades if it is going to be touted 5 star +. We had many problems with power being able to run all the air conditioning and the elevator. We needed these as 1, there are no ceiling fans or screens in the rooms so opening up the rooms for breezes is not possible as the bugs are an issue. Also, the elevator being out was a problem for the older guests. The balconies on the third floor being torn up and awaiting jacuzzi installation was a bit ugly. The closest hot tub not heated was also disappointing. The roof being under construction was ok, but still made it feel like the villa was not quite 5 star.
Very nice place well worth the value.
House was very nice, and meet our needs perfectly. Was a bit out of the way but we were told this upfront so no suprise. Only issue was we had to go to the stone cottage to get extra towels as we ran out after three days. So more towels would be good.
Mariposa Experience
We found the home to be a good place for our family to use as a base to explore the island. It was very pretty and furnished nicely. The layout was unusual. The fourth bedroom upstairs has no access to the main living area without walking around a path. It was not lit well at night and none of the flashlights worked. We mainly used the deck and pool area. It was spacious and had lots of lounging areas. We used the kitchen facilities everyday and found the fact that there was not working microwave, dishwasher or hot water in the kitchen annoying but not totally distracting while eating on the deck with a view. The pool was lots of fun. The beaches, Plum Bay and Roughe Bay, were close and very lovely. Directions given on the first day by Molly were helpful.
The housekeeper was very friendly and adjusted her schedule to fit our needs. We appreciated that.
We had a great time
We had a great time once again. There were a lot of maintenance issues though. The washer/dryer didn't work, but access was given to the housekeeping machines downstairs. the water went out at one point but service technitions were quick to get it back on. Overall, it was a fun fun time!
Great space, great view.
We were all surprised upon our arrival at how nice everything was, not to mention the trek required to get from town to the villa. The pictures just don't do Sea Forever justice. The great room is beautiful, and both levels of outdoor space are uniquely equipped to provide comfort. I looked at every villa on the island it seemed like, but few measured up to Sea Forever just in description and photos, let alone how much better it was in person.
Our only complaint was in running dangerously low on water the last 2 days of the trip. We had a maintenance issue with the power going out and an AC quitting, but the maintenance man was quick to arrive and fixed it immediately. All in all, we're 110% satisfied with Sea Forever.
LA VIE DES GENS RICHES ET CELEBRES...
We really loved our stay at the Villa Belle Fontaine this summer. Everything was perfect fron the view on the ocean, the pool and the outside terrasse. It's the first time we rented a Villa and will reiterate the experience for sure. With the perfect set up (kitchen, Charcoal) we decided to mix resto and home cooking.... It was reaaly not a pain to cook a nice dinner in this environment. The made was also very nice a gave us some good advice for the beaches and stores. everything was very clean and if there was something broken, it took maximum 1 day to fix it.

Savvy Sixx in Barbados
Upon arrival @ BGI airport my group and I all agreed the welcome could have been a whole lot warmer. We were determined to leave those attitudes @ the airport and chalk it up to airport customs. Our taxi driver Donald was waiting outside the airport for us, what a delightful man. Our flights were slightly delayed so we waited for the rest of our party to arrive while soaking up the warm Barbados sun and warm breeze. When we arrived @ the Coral Cove we were greeted by security then directed to our villa. All of the ladies loved our accomadations. The villa was absolutely beautiful with attention to detail and high end finishes. The location and view was the icing on the cake just georgous. We enjoyed the abundant water activities and met some interesting people.

great villa on very nice island. food was incredible through outside company arranged by luxury treats. the food service staff was great also. The general villa staff was fine and the villa manager was barely ok. luxury retreat conceirge Lucilee was fantastic.

The house is very beautiful! I would not stay there again though. The company that manages it on the island has done a poor job maintaining the house. The house was not ready for our arrival and for the price we were paying to stay there it was very disappointing. The water was not turned on when we got there. We were ready to shower and go to bed by the time we got there, but had to wait on someone to come and turn the water on because he could not explain where it was. The hot tub took three days before we could use it because it had to heat up. The floors had been swept but not mopped. After walking around the house for ten minutes both of our feet were dirty. I could definately tell that the house had not been rented in awhile. It should have been cleaned before our arrival if it had been that long since last use. Also, there were so many rules on there kitchen aid refrigerator in order to use it. The owners need to consider purchasing a new one. Beautiful house,poorly maintained

Malatai...."A vacation of a lifetime"
Unbelievable beauty, impeccable service, and incredible experience.....Malatai exceeded all expectations from the time we first walked in and saw the villa, pool, beach, and the awesome view until our last hour with the staff where we hugged and cried and were sad to leave such a wonderful place and great people...The attention to details on the property were overwhelming (kudos to the owners), nothing was wrong or broke, the staff prepared 3 delightful meals per day and we were treated with the utmost respect the entire time at the villa.
The house was great and Mono the housekeeper was the best !
The speakers in the rest of the house did not work...and should for this price. Pool needed to be cleaned during the week due to rains etc and no pool guy showed up.

Even better than anticipated and we had high expectations!
The website photos do not do the villa justice. It was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected. The staff (Fayann, Beverly, and Lisa) were professional and welcoming. Fayann's cooking was most memorable; she catered to our every need. Beverly's and Lisa's services were outstanding. There were no surprises--Peter Cheasley and Kelly Pearson did an excellent job of preparing us for our visit. Chantelle Yearwood visited us personally three times during our stay--we had no issues to raise with her. We will certainly book another villa vacation with Peter. Thank you!

Wonderful trip to Barbados
Had a wonderful time a Whitegates! Barbados was as beautiful as we remember and having a villa on the cliff overlooking the ocean was wonderful. It was a real treat to be on vacation and not worrying about cooking or cleaning - as the staff was there to do both!
A beautiful house in an awesome setting
Open Deck is a beautiful house with a fabulous setting. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool, expecially at deck level. Betsy, our housekeeper, was very nice. We enjoyed her and her cat "Tango". Overall, everything about the house and setting made our vacation memorable. One disappointment was the house was advertised for Wi-Fi and we seldom were able to pick up a signal. It was not worth lugging our laptop along. The side by side refrigerator did not cool and we reported it. Maintenance brought a temporary refrigerator immediately so that was nice.
The most relaxing vacation!
Seven Seas has done a wonderful job with the renovations. We visited 4 years ago and thought that it was beautiful then, but it is over the top now. We loved the new covered seating area with the ocean view, and enjoyed breakfast there every morning. The Staff was very accomodating and made our vacation most memorable. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family.

Pretty island. House had amazing views. The roads were terrible and there is minimal signage. People were friendly and helpful. House alittle bit older than I expected and not having a washer/dryer was an inconvenience. Property manager was very friendly and helpful.
Also, was not aware people can not consume the water. We went through many gallons of water purchased at the store.

The villa was great! John and his wife Claire took great care of us. Two of the nicest people we have ever met who did everything they could to make our trip a success. Villa was exactly what we were expecting based on what we saw online and from talking with the sales representative.
Lovely island experience
We enjoyed our visit to St. Martin and our stay at Lotus. The bedrooms and the large bathrooms were very inviting and comfortable after a long day at the beach and touring the island.

It was the perfect family vacation spot. We were taken to the dolhin market by the on-site greeter. Yuck! I would take your guests to the Starfish. Also should let people know there is only one gas station on the island now and it closes at 8. Important!
Memorable family vacation in a beautiful country, wonderful villa!
The villa and staff exceeded expectations. We were very comfortable and felt safe and at home. Our housekeeper, Sonya, Troy the Chef, and Amy the Manager were so professional and attentative. We would recommend this villa and would love to return in the future. Everything was well kept and the grounds and villas were maintained very nicely. It was always clean and manicured, and in an excellent location. The beach and ocean were beautiul! Our first visit to Barbados was a treat, and we left with wonderful memories of the beautiful Island. The locals were all very friendly, and we loved that the island is not over commercialized. We really felt like we had gotten away from it all!
We're back home and we have said over and over....We miss Barbados!
Villa 21/ St. Barths
Villa 21 is located in Lorient, which is a great location for stores, restaurants and beaches. The views are lovely and the villa has everything that you need for a basic stay. Bedrooms are the only rooms with a/c with the rest of the space being open air.

We had such an amazing time! Our vacation started of great with wonderful help from Lucille! We arrived to our villa greated by Mary Ann....She 100% made our stay very comfortable and relaxing! Everyone that we had contact with was very helpful and very nice! The villa was clean, beautiful and we would stay in this villa again! Chef Troy was amazing as well..His food was amazing!

Peaceful and enjoyable
This is a beautiful home with a view that is quite enjoyable. My wife and I had a chance to calmly get off of our daily pace and rest. Our needs were well met. I would love to return again next year. The greeter Nakira was delightful and informative and Lucille is marvelous. The air conditioner not working in the kitchen was a challenge but since we ate out regularly it was not a deal breaker. Please thank the owners for sharing their home.

The trip was wonderful! We really enjoyed having groceries there upon our arrival and the Fabulous Feasts food was, in fact, quite fabulous! The chef prepared meal was great. We had several special requests and everything was perfect. My husband loved his Father's Day massage (it put him to sleep) The jeep was at the villa for us, but was just a 2 door. The rental agent said he didn't have any 4 door jeeps, even though that was what we had reserved. It was uncomfortable for the kids, especially our six foot teenage son. The Scoobi Too was awesome, really fun and wild ride! And the staff was great! We found several great beaches really close by. We enjoyed lounging in the pool and relaxing at the villa as well. There were a couple of days of loud construction though, jack hammering across the street from 7 - 11:30am We enjoyed the french side of the island the most, it has better restaurants and shops. We had a great time and have gotten lots of compliments on our tans!

We enjoyed the villa very much. It was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The weather could not be helped so we just did things we wanted to do anyway. We found lovely beaches and fun bars and restaurants. Evenings spend by and in the beautiful pool were highlights or our week. We enjoyed the villa so much that we chose to buy wonderful food and cook in almost every evening.

PERFECT
Rockworks was the perfect location for our 40th birthday girls' retreat. We didn't have to think about anything...everything we needed was already there. We enjoyed waking up to the breathtaking views, spending time cooking our favorite meals, grilling out and relaxing in the pool, and watching movies. It's the perfect set up for an island getaway!

A piece of heaven!
The villa and it's location are heaven and the staff are the angels! We are a family of 5 and we just spent 2 weeks at Harmony House. Everything about our stay was perfect. The 3 bedrooms are large, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is exactly like the pictures. We loved all the outdoors living space. Best of all is the gorgeous beach-Gibb's Beach. We visited many and think it is the nicest on the island. Juilet, Christine, Carol and Derrick are the mot amazing staff. Juliet is an amazing cook! They are kind, caring and friendly.
We will return to Harmony House on our next visit.
Paradise in Virgin Gorda!!
We stayed with our family of 15 total in the Aquamare Villa 1 and Villa 2 for 10 days in June 2010. The villas are lovely...every detail is exquisite! The villa kitchens are supplied with every possible utensil or appliance you could need. The bed linens are high quality and plentiful and there seems to be a never ending supply of beach towels which is wonderful because we spent most of our days in the pool or ocean!! One of the best things about Aquamare is the staff. Gino, Paulina, Martine, Katie, Candy and all the rest of the staff go way above and beyond to satisfy your every need and want. The views from both villas are picture postcard perfect! We loved our vacation at Aquamare!
Amazing Views, Good Friends and lots of Relaxing
The house is in a great location, with plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the veranda and view. We took walks every morning and the hills helped compensate for all the beach time. Would highly recommend La Tete Rouge. Make sure to bring extra bug spray and some calamine lotion - some of the kids had bad reactions to the mosquitos. Bring extra beach towels to save on daily washing - but, loved having a W/D.

We could not have asked for a more relaxing or beautiful two weeks. However there were a few issues related to the villa. The location of the villa was superior in respect to the beaches/bays it provided. We had an absolute feeling of seclusion & it was easy to pretend it was our own private paradise. The size of the villa suited us perfectly. The kitchen was outstanding, but the bathrooms....

The setting and the company made for a wonderful vacation. The grounds are beautiful, the house was great, lots of room and clean and comfortable. However, the staff at the house was absolutely wonderful. Such attention to detail, great food, and Lorenzo who became like family and took care of all our needs. Do recommend hiring driver, glad we did.
The staff at Sea Haven made our trip a complete success.
The villa was quite charming; Guy Harvey, the marine wildlife artist, has visited Sea Haven several times and the villas actually has some of his artwork on display. We were able to use the tennis court next door, which was a big positive. Overall, everyone enjoyed the trip. There are a few things that could be improved; the ice maker is not working and the staff had to fill it with bag ice. An additional beverage refrigerator would be most helpful and would keep everyone out of "Alfred's refrigerator". Many of the houses in the area have motor boats on the premises; adding a Boston Whaler or similar boat would be a tremendous added benefit. Alfred and Elva are indeed wonderful!!!
Wonderful villa, spectacular views from every angle
Mango Hill Great House was the perfect villa for our group of 7. All of the rooms are spacious and the furnishings are both beautiful and comfortable. The a/c's work great and the house is situated so that the rest of the rooms have a breeze flowing through when all of the french doors are open. I wish we could transport this villa to all of the islands we still want to visit!
St John get away just what the doctor ordered.
We enjoyed the villa very much and our friends were equally impressed. The staff was very attentive. When we arrived the master bathroom was locked and we had no key to get into it. We were able to contact the emergency number and Roy called back and was there to get the door unlocked within the hour. We were a little disappointed at the general up keep of the villa. Since the last time we were there (5 years ago) the villa is showing quite a bit of wear. It does not appear that there is any set schedule for preventative maintenance. The trim around the patio needs repainting, numerous floor tiles were cracked on the deck, the facet in the half bath fell apart and maintenance was unable to repair, the ice maker was not operative and we were told that they would have to remove it soon. and the villas entrance gate collapse and fell apart due to rotting wood. All in all we had a great time and do not want these comments to give you the impression that our vacation was not wonderful.

Provo has changed much since the last time we went there 13 years ago. Many more activities and options for boating, sailing, scuba and good food. Villa Lynda was a very good house that met out expectations.
Overall an enjoyable getaway; no regrets.
Overall the experience was great. The property was exactly what was advertised; new, clean, luxurious, etc. Transportation/Maid service staff was professional, prompt, and accommodating. Guest Services and local concierge ensured that whatever requests we made where fulfilled. Overall we where extremely satisfied and even impressed with this experience and would do business with Luxury Retreats in the future. One observation is that it would be helpful that maps, local tourist guides or destination description materials be available in the villa. Using phone books and the internet was fine for us to investigate our entertainment/dining/shopping options however if a packet was provided that included details such as local food delivery options, recommended attractions, and maps it would have been ideal.
We had a fantastic time, my only regret is I couldn't stay longer!!
This was my first time staying in a villa. I had no expectations but I was very excited when we walked through the front door and realized how big our villa was. (2 bedrms and 3 baths.) The decor included a bouquet of fresh local flowers which looked just as nice when we left.
Unless you plan to stay on the property for your entire trip you should have a car. Ours was delivered right to our villa. (Locals use the buses which come frequently).
The villa grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. There were grounds keepers on site at all times ready to help us with deck chairs to and from the beach. Everything we needed was in the kitchen including someone to do the dishes. Cheryl was a sweetheart.
I would recommend Schooner Bay for sure!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I felt very safe with the 24 hour gated security.
If you can afford a villa it is the way to go. I'm spoiled now for life.
A Little piece of Heaven
Were were 2 couples that needed to get away for a relaxing vacation. We had no idea of just how perfect this villa was going to be for us. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It is truely heaven. The staff was wonderful. Everyone took care of us. the staff was at he house waiting to greet us. I can't say enough good things about it. If you are thinking about this villa and or Luxury Retreats, you will be very satisfied!!!
Beautiful and enchanting vacation!
So many times you go on vacation and the pictures in the advertisement do not at all resemble what the place actually looks like. Well, La Bagatelle is exactly what the pictures show - an absolutely enchanting, open air villa that overlooks the sea. The trade winds sweep across during the evening - lulling you to sleep. Valinda and Paul took great care of us. The house and pool were cleaned daily, shopping was done, meals were prepared. This is definitely a slice of heaven.

We and our friends recently had a great time at the Banana Villa in St. Thomas. The property had amazing views from the deck as well as the pool. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful pool on the property. The house also was very clean and comfortable with many amenities. It really felt like a real home. We found it fun that other guests had left things back from their visit so it felt like it has a homey feel. We also enjoyed the extra services that we got from luxury retreats. We provided them a grocery list and they stocked the kitchen with all of the things we requested. We also ordered some flowers to spruce up the place and they were gorgeous. Also, all of the reference services the suggested worked out great including an evening with Chef Romeo for a personal dinner experience at the house. We would definitely suggest this property to others for a visit to St. Thomas.

Very nice place, little remote and needs Air Conditioning.
Overall, wonderful experience. The villa was everything it was claimed to be and even a little more. However, we would have preferred to have air conditioning in the main rooms and to have been informed of how remote it was to the rest of the island, ie road conditions.

Beautiful! The view from EVERY place in the Villa, was Breathtaking! Complete privacy from the other Villas, and amazingly close to the Ocean. Gorgeous, super clean and perfect location. Gated community and then gated entrance to the home. Just wonderful! A perfect place to fall in love again!

This villa was great and we were happy with everything.
The views were incredible and all of the other features made for an excellent vacation. I would recommend luxury retreats to anyone. Everyone involved in our vacation planning was very helpful. We are definitely planning on returning to this villa.
A beautiful home in a beautiful setting.
The villa is large and well appointed. It is in one of the most spectacular settings imaginable. It is close to shopping and great restaurants.
Wonderful but.....
This is our 3rd year at Bajacu and each year I give the same feedback but the issues are the same so I really feel like I am wasting my time but I will try once more. This villa is amazing but the following items i have experienced all 3 years. Master A/C does not get cool enough and bathrooms & closets in all the rooms have no a/c so are always very hot. Downstairs left guestroom all 3 years has had the a/c break. I should be refunded 4000.00 for this year's breakdown, technically. The chef is a darling man & we love him but he is not a chef, he is a cook. The same menu for 3 years has been presented & we are bored. He needs more chicken dishes, many do not like seafood and beef on the island is not great. He needs salad dress recipes that don't include mayo. He needs some dairyfree desserts & some glutenfree snacks. There are a myriad of food allergies in the world now. He needs to be given some cookbooks & come up with some new creative dishes, please!! Kelly Pearson couldn't have been any better. She was totally on top of everything, returned phone calls immediately and was a pleasure to deal with. All her recommendations exceeded our expectations!!
Edmund and the entire staff at Aliseo were FANTASTIC! They helped make our trip one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. They catered to our every needs and always had smiles on their faces! They couldn't have been any better to us.

2 B at Peter Bay Review
villa experience is still the best value on the island, particularly in Peter Bay where the views are outstanding, beaches available at the foot of the villa's steps and accommodations that are excellent.
Paradise.
The house is wonderful. The island is wonderful for great seclusion. We did have one pool not working....too bad as it was the larger pool and offered the best views and was not in the direct sun. Your best assest were Howard and Irma. The trip would not have been any where near the experience if it had not been for them.
Phenomenal
We had the perfect vacation. Hilly House (our villa) was so much nicer than it appeared in the pictures on the website -- e.g. there were no pictures of the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a very pleasant suprise.,
Relaxing, enjoyable, great to be with family
Overall the house was great. However, a few things would have made it better. With my husband having asthma, it would have been better for more rooms to be air conditioned. Also, having glass windows would have kept the air conditioning in the rooms better and several of the louvres did not work due to the humidity. The cleaning staff was great. We had several issues and the maintainence crew was quick to respond. However, we thought he fixed one of the doors but did not. The screen got did not fit one of the windows and bees got in, mosquitoes came in through the screens. I would reccommend that the owners take some time off from renting and take care of some of the normal upkeep that comes with having a house, expecially one in such a hot and humid environment. I had a good experience dealing with the people of lunxury retreats and would rent throught them again.
Wonderful villa
Our villa had been double booked for our first night. We were given another villa in the same area and once we were moved into our original choice we recieved free AC, extra maid service, and the guest house to use. It was inconvienent, but we looked at it as an opportunity to experience another villa for a short time. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with Villa Patriica. They cleanliness, the upscale decor, the unbelievable VIEW! We had a wonderful time.
We also did not have our rental car reserved for us the day of our arrival and had to wait 30 minutes for the rental company to make other arrangements.
Great honeymoon retreat in paradise for a couple who wanted privacy.
We had a great time at Rockworks. It was a great private retreat for the two of us. We didn't want the hustle and bustle of a resort, but still wanted some of the amenities like a pool and a view. The pool was nice and the view was nice, even if mother nature decided to make it hazy all week. The villa, garden, pool and patio were all clean... something that was very important to us as well. We enjoyed the ability to do what we wanted, when we wanted. It was well stocked with everything we would need for entertainment, cooking and enjoying the villa. There was plenty of privacy. The only issue was access to the major activities was distant... but that can and should be expected with the privacy we were looking for.
Sherri and Jeff have a wonderful villa and were very hospitable with any requests we had. We enjoyed the villa so much that we are considering a return with another pair of friends for a couples retreat. The villa and guest house will be very accommodating for our needs.

Paradise on earth..
Loved the Full Circle Villa with all the wonderful ammenities. Pool was always clean and fresh next to the seashore. Villa offered great accomomodations with great views from every window!! Will definately be thinking of Virgina Gorda for a long time...
We found the, "Garden of Eden" in Anguilla
Due to the minimal flights into Anguilla, every change with connecting flights caused issues with our flight. We then lost a day in Puerto Rico because of the flights. That is not all we lost. The airline lost our luggage. We recieved them back 1.5 days later and on the way home there were so many delays, by the time we made it to PHL we had to drive to PIT with 4 other perfect strangers. So, the begin was not good. Then end was not good, but the middle was paradise.
Livin like rock stars on the Northern Jamaican coast at Sweetspot
It was a great vacation. Our families were able to offer our two graduating son's a vacation of a lifetime at an amazing resort. Almost every day I found myself living in a postcard world. Everything was amazing; From Donnie's drinks and professional serving demeanor to Rose's amazing Jamaican cuisine. Rudolph (our driver) was outstanding and provided us safe and relaxing travel to and from all of our excursions.
This property was very safe and the area was gated and kept unwanteds away. The turmoil in Kingston was not felt in Runaway Bay.
Scoties, (pron. Skot-ches) is the best place to go for Jerk foods.
Only one thing of note: If buying clothes and trinkets, go to OchoRios shops as they beat the prices of those that stop by and offer their products.
just right, perfect location on the beach, great pool
this villa was certainly no match for Aquamare, which is where the rest of our party stayed. however, it was charming and lovely and the housekeeping staff was good. if the budget was low, we would certainly come back in the future - the beach is INCREDIBLE!
amazing view, attentive and lovely staff, perfect accommodations
Our stay at Aquamare far exceeded our expectations from the welcome greeting by Gino & the property staff, to the bedrooms and other accommodations, to the pool & beach park... we loved it all! There were only 2 things that all our guests would have preferred: less biting insects and daily cleaning of the pool rather than just one time during our weeklong stay. Martine was INCREDIBLE and so helpful. Gino was the most lovely person, always trying to make our vacation EVEN better than it already was! and beach was simply perfection.
My fantastic St. John vacation
This was truly a wonderful vacation. The staff at Luxury Retreats was extremly helpful and contributed highly to the positive aspects of the experience. Our only issue was an I-Pod that went missing during the mid-week cleaning process. It was intentionaly put in a drawer along with other items upon the arrival of the cleaning staff so it would not be left in the open. Within an hour of their departure it was noticed as missing. We decided not to persue the issue because it would have injected a negative experience into an otherwise perfect vacation. We also realized that there were safes provided which were not used, so in a way it was our own fault. We also figured that the person who took it must have needed it more than we did. It is important to note that we considered this a minor issue in what was otherwise a great experience.
Beautiful, tranquil location
Fantastic secluded location. Neat architecture, beautiful landscaping - you could spend the whole time outside weather-permitting. Plunge pool is a great addition.

Other than the water being out we had a wonderful time at Round Hill! Luxury Retreats made booking very convinient and did a great job addressing all of our needs!
Excellent Villa!!
This was an excellent villa where every detail of living is covered and all possible thought was put into designing, building and running the villa! Excellent quality throught every piece of the villa and a joy to live in and cook in!
Due to weather, air conditioning and bugs i do not think we got the full enjoyment from the windows which opened around every room as there was little breeze and a lot of humidity and bugs. This is unavoidable at the time of year but wanted to share.
Paradise!!
Villa Shambhla was better than the pictures .. Everything in the villa was first class..Furnishings were not rental at all. A beautiful home and a very secluded beach.

Perfect wedding reception and honeymoon spot!!
We rented Villa Ventana for our May 28th wedding reception (we were married on Magens Bay). The villa was PERFECT for the wedding reception.Our wedding party that stayed at the villa with us had an awesome time as well. There are several ways to set things up for a reception. We had rain, so the Buffett, Bar and dinner tables (three 60 inch rounds) were all setup on the Veranda, and it worked perfectly. Had we not had rain we would have put the 60 inch rounds on the patio off the veranda. The views both during the day and at night are AMAZING. Marilu was extremely helpful. Many of my husbands family still lives on the island, and his uncle was able to get a tour of the villa a few weeks ahead of time, so he could help us with planning things.
A relaxing, spacious, yet private environment.
The villa was in a great location. We felt secure in the privacy of the property, yet enjoyed a great view of the planes coming in and out, the water, the hillside as well as a beautiful horse not far from the property. We also greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the concierge and maintenance staff.

Great location and set up
The location of "On the Rocks" is perfect. Close to the Baths, Trunk Bay and the grocery stores. The bathroom/bedroom setup was perfect for eight people. The kitchen facilities were very good - everything you need to cook and serve. The staff was great - the house was clean and they came if needed. The TVs all worked and, as the island lost power while we were there, we were glad to have the generator. They need to do something about the bugs. The open air idea is great for the main rooms, but in May, the bugs were horrible.

We were in St. John on our honeymoon and could not have had a more gorgous villa to stay at or a more beautiful location. Everything out our honeymoon was wonderful and we could not have asked for anything better.Truly amazing!!
A slice of paradise
This villa was amazing. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and the privateness of the villa really was "a secret garden". The stretch of beach around the grounds was absolutely wonderful and the other guests were very friendly at the pool! Excellent experience and place to stay!
Great time at Villa Patricia
The location is perfect. It is close enough to town so that shopping is convenient. but it is far away from the hustle of the resorts where the crowds congregate. It's an easy drive from the airport, and the roads are quite nice.
The main house is where the kitchen, dining room and gathering areas are located. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking, storing foods, etc. We had all that we needed, including coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. Also, hair dryers in each bathroom for the ladies
The A/C was a welcome respite from the heat and humidity following an occasional thunderstorm. On other days the ceiling fans did a good job of making it comfortable.
The pool was inviting, and we used it many times each day. We also made use of the beach, with several swims in the warm Sapodilla Bay each day. Relaxing with a drink, or a cup of coffee under the gazebo was a daily event as well.

Beautiful Barbados
Barbados was out first island vacation, and it was perfect in every sense. All arrangements and staff and associates along the process were very considerate and helpful. Our villa made the experince even more unforgettable. It was a beautiful home on a beautiful island. We look forward to returning to barbados!!
The trip was a totally relaxing experience
The location was second to none and the home was beautiful.However due to such demand for this unit it probably is ready for some refurbishment.Some of the doors would not lock and it could use some fresh paint and updated appliances. The grounds, the pool, and service were tremendous.I must mention that the staff from Carimo was outstanding and handled all issues promptly and professionally.

A great week at a beautiful villa in an exceptional location
St. Barthelemy is among the best destinations in the Caribbean and the Blue Indies villa must be among the best locations on the island. Access to the Guanahani Hotel is a unique amenity, and one which we found to be worthwhile. The villa is just beautiful, with exceptional open-air architecture and craftsmanship.
La Favorita: A Favorite Among Favorites!
We can't be sure what was the best part: the pool, the view, the outdoor showers, or the spacious rooms and high quality finishes... it might have, in fact, been the great care we received from Lucia, the most competent housekeeper among the St. Martin villas. From our initial booking to our return home, our vacation was stress-free and made perfect for us. Monica and Emma made everything quite simple and guided us to a memorable, care-free trip!

We so thoroughly enjoyed Whispering Waters. The location on Discovery Bay was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and the snorkeling right off the private beach was amazing. Most of all, the staff AJ, Oneill, Alton, Ken, June and Latoya all made our stay the best. AJ's Jamaican cooking was delicious. The best chicken ever. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grounds were perfectly manicured and covered with more varieties of flowers than I could count. Everything about the trip was just perfect.

GreatView is GREAT!
We loved our experience at Greatview. Aaron, Damion and Ricardo were just wonderful! The villa is even prettier in person than in all the pictures! We lived in the pool and could not stop looking at the view.
Amazing staff! Location could not be better!
This was our second stay at Westshore Villa, and we knew it would be great to return. It was fabulous to know the same staff would be there as they were outstanding last time, and we were not disappointed! They make fabulous food, make you feel at home and are so efficient. If you have questions or concerns they can usually help, if not they can find someone who can. It is so relaxing to be comfortable and confident you are safe and so well taken care of.
The location is wonderful, literally only steps to the beach and ocean, wonderful snorkelling out the back door. Beautiful sunset view out the balcony, every night as you eat dinner, what more can you ask for! Wonderful food, friendly staff, amazing view!
Located close to groceries, stores, and two towns. Air-conditioned bedroom so always a restful sleep!

A perfect getaway for the entire family
we thoroughly enjoyed the villa, the staff, and the location on Barbados. The staff were very friendly, very capable, unobtrusive, and fun. My wife's concern about having someone cooking all our meals was understood and well handled. We ended up having only 3 dinners away from home, 2 at Oistins for the party atmosphere and one just to try a restaurant locally. The beach was very nice, uncrowded. Still a little bit too much coral to walk in easily in some spots but easy enough to move over 50 feet and get in. calmer water than at the Gap where we stayed before. Villa was in good condition. A fan blade broke but was repaired within an hour! Rooms were spacious, air-conditioning worked well. Wireless internet and printer were not functional and that was a minor problem for us.
Overall, extremely good vacation.
HIgh Quality
Very nice job all the way around. Property was in very good shape for an older home. Staff was friendlly and attentive. Emma was very repsonsive on the front end.
We do travel upscale quite frequently and so if I was to search for constructive criticism it would be on making sure I know exactly how things are set-up on the ground. For instance, we brought tennis gear but found the tennis facility to be absolutely lovely with its own nice rackets and brand new cans of balls. We did no bring our own snorkel gear and found the gear onsite to be spotty. I was unclear on how the taxi thing would work and was thrilled to see we had our own 10 passenger van with driver at our beck and call, but hadnt factored in that I would need and extra $800 in cash to pay Teddy.
Also not something I would expect you to figure out but it would have been impressive if you had. The dinner at Pimm's was nice but very loud. Cap Juluca rented out Spice for a wedding and there is no wall between
Enjoyable, beautiful, safe. Very happy we rented Cala Luna.
Cala Luna and the overall trip to St. Martin were fantastic. We visited during off peak season. Not only did a May visit allow us to save some dollars on the cost of the villa, the weather was perfect and we loved the fact nothing on the island was crowded. Renting Cala Luna was a great decision because it provided us a beautiful environment, privacy, a non-hotel feel, and excellent guest services. Upon arrival, Steve provided transportation from the airport to Avis, then he led the way to the villa. Next, Molly arrived to walk us through the entire villa and she offered excellent recommendations regarding the island. The beaches were beautiful, the restaurants amazing, and the service in and out of the villa were exceptional. Renting this villa came with excellent support services from time of booking to last day on the island. We were impressed and we look forward to booking our next trip with Luxury Retreats Pierres Caraibes.
Five Little Cays - Great stay with small kids
Five Little Cays is perfect for small children. The waters are calm and very shallow most of the day. Easy to enjoy a kayak ride out to the Cays. Plunge pool is perfect for kids still getting their confidence in the water. Villa is about 15 minutes from children's playground, restaurants. Air conditioned and enclosed bedrooms are also comfortable & convenient.

The experience was seamless as usual. From airport transfers to welcome of villa staff, nearly perfect. The house was beautiful, the beach location fabulous, and the service impeccable. The on site manager Antonette was very professional, the driver Ronnie was fantastic. He went out of his way to provide convenient service when we needed it and provide general island information. Laila worked all day cooking our group great homemade meals. And the house service from nightly turndown service to 4 course meal service was exceeded our expectations.

LeCaprice
LeCaprice is a fabulous oceanfront villa, with a very, very short walk to Bais Rouge beach in the Terra Bassa section of St. Martin. The house, staff, location were perfect. We found the house so comforting that we spent most of our time there and only left to go to the market. Top of our list for next years getaway.
Keela Wee - A first class experience.
The villa is as lovely as the pictures indicated. This was a pleasant surprise as often this is not the case. Working with Dolly to tailor the menu to our tastes is a great feature as not all guests like the same foods.
Lawrence and the others were very friendly and helped in every way. One guest bought something that needing special packaging to be able to take on the plane and the boys went all out to have it done right. It really wouldnt have been the same without them.

Fabulous trip!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Villa Patricia and could not have asked for a more luxurious, romantic get-away! The cliff side, ocean front location of the estate came well appointed, a relaxed-elegance design: high end furnishings and linens, Viking appliances, granite counter tops, private beach-frontage, pool and gardens -- great spot to unwind --we felt right at home. My husband is an avid kayaker so the property's boat was a hit
Taylor Bay Beach was a short stroll away and it reminded us of the movie, "From Here to Eternity". Sugar white sand and crystal clear water the color of the light in newborn's blue eyes. Such natural beauty so exquisitely perfect it left us thinking we walked into a dream.
Las Brisas restaurant, right in our Ocean Point neighborhood was great our first night. White table cloth dining in a gazebo that juts into Chalk Sound. Bay Bistro in Grace Bay was our favorite dinner out with WONDERFUL food, cocktails and fire-red sunset. LOVED IT!
Les Quatres Saisons is paradise in the Caribbean
We have visited LQS four times - each one better than the last. This villa is without doubt the most relaxing and pampered spot on St. Martin which, in turn, is the most delightful, low key, and sensual island in the Caribbean. LQS is well laid out for privacy and common activities, has a sumptuous pool - large enough to swim laps and drift on a float - overlooking the ocean. It would easily hold 3 couples and probably up to 8-10 people without being cramped. The villa is open to the air yet bedrooms are private and comfortably air conditioned. We cook nightly and find the kitchen well appointed for preparation of simple or fancy meals. Best of all, the villa staff - which has been stable for the years we have come here - provides outstanding housekeeping, rapid on site maintenance when needed, and lots of peace of mind. Villa is well set up for electronic connectivity/entertanment. You couldn't do better! After a 14 day stay in spring 2010, we are already planning our next trip.

Exceed our expections! Wonderful Staff!
The Beausejour house is an amazing property with an incredible staff. My only negative comment is it's very difficult to find, I would advise all future clients to be picked up at the airport rather than advised to rent a car.
Vacation in Paradise!
We loved Barbados and did not want to leave! The villa was lovely and Matt was right when he said that the outside covered balcony was a plus we would enjoy.Joyce and Marion were gems and we miss them! Marion did a great job discreetly and Joyce, well all her food was wonderful, particularly the shrimp curry and the roast potatoes.Such lovely ladies!
We all loved the dipping pool and the large pool and the beautiful flowers and trees in the grounds.The sunsets and the stars and the palm trees and sun of course.
The beach was small but we enjoyed walking along to other beaches in the morning looking for shells and then coming back to a an amazing breakfast.
We absolutely loved the Bajan people who were so friendly and always pointed us in the right direction when we were lost in the car.We mostly loved everywhere we visited, Harrison caves, St.Nicholas Abbey, Welchman Hall Gully, Bathsheba and Bottom Bay stand out.Can't really think of anything bad except the mosquitoes!
St John Solaris / Catered To
Good trip overall. The house was ok. This property is a bit tired and is in need of maintenance...a lot of it, which is why it is probably for sale. Overall, it met our needs and we had a nice trip; however, I would not stay at this particular property again. Catered To was good; however, the landscapers showed up at 9am on Thursday, which was a bit annoying.
Excellent location but Villa in need of refurb
The Villa is well designed but in need of maintenance to the aircon, plumbing, and insect screening on windows. The kitchen could also do with renewing. Outside on the terrace the furniture could do with replacing.
The beachfront location is excellent but there maybe issues when the plots on either side are developed - I would not like to stay there when this happens.
The maid, Ingrid was very pleasant, helpful and met all our expectations. We did not get chance to enjoy her cooking because we enjoy bbq on the terrace ourselves.
It was noted that the villa was up for sale which may explain why basic maintenance has not been undertaken.
We had a nice time.
We enjoyed St. Lucia, but the villa Sur la Mer wasn't quite as comfortable as we had expected.
Beautiful, private 4-bedroom villa on Tortola's west end.
This villa has a a great pool deck area. It is a very private setting, high above the west end. It is well maintained and even has a pool table room. The outdoor dining area is great. The views are unbeatable but the access road is not for the timid.
Perfect Honeymoon Location
The view was beautiful and everything was clean and well maintained. Villa could have easily accomodated a very large family with rcommon rooms and also enough space to have privacy.
The Best Trip of our Lives!
The staff at Crystal Springs made our wedding and our vacation the best it could have ever been! The vibrant, beautiful staff was welcoming and so vivacious we couldn't help loving them! Every meal was delicious, every moment so special! The staff accommodated our large group for a full 7 days with smiles on there faces and a gracious hand to help every moment! We will be returning very soon with our friends in tow to the beautiful paradise called Crystal Springs! The villa was amazing, it was spotless, and the beauty of the grounds must be seen in person as no pictures can do this villa justice! We were so fortunate to get married in one of the most beautiful places on earth! Everyday our rooms were cleaned and tidied and each morning we woke, to the conch shell music letting us know breakfast was ready! How can you beat that!!

We love this place. It was nice that they finally got an internet based phone service so we could call back to the USA free of charge. The refrigerator/Freezer still has problems and has never cooled properly.
Great island, outstanding villa, wonderfull people.
The location of the villa is key for our group...all the amenities we were interested in were very close and the villa and staff were the best.
We would like to have a safe in at least two more of the bedrooms. We would also like to have the mosquito mister work for the whole time we are there.
This is the only villa we would continue to rent on ayearly basis and we have been coming to St. Martin for 16 years counting this year.

Perfection- Just what our group wanted!
La Josephine was perfect in every way. We had such high expectations going into it based on the pictures and we were not disappointed in any way. Villa's location is perfect. The villa itself is amazing...great property, quiet, relaxing...like no one else exists. Fantastic view, pool can't be beat. Villa was clean with nice furnishings, more than enough room for our group. Stereo, TV, ipod dock were great. We used the BBQ and kitchen. Maid and caretaker were great too. It was the perfect choice! We couldn't have been happier.
Seabright Review
Overall, we had a great experience at Seabright. The villa was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was a great home away from home. We absolutely loved the views and the scenery. It was really amazing. The pool was nice too but it was a little colder than we had guessed it would be. The only thing that could have made it absolutely perfect was if there had been a hot tub. But, otherwise we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and would go back in a heartbeat.
A Tropical Paradise
The most beautiful place that I have ever stayed. You could see Ladera resort from our patio/pool area, and everyday I was soooo happy that I was in this gorgeous villa, and not in a cramped hotel room witha miniature plunge pool. We loved our stay!
The villa was beautiful and we were immediately relaxed and at home.
It was the first time in Anguilla and we found the people to be very nice, the food was incredible, and the island was not crowded, but very laid back. It's the perfect spot for a family like mine, that is looking to simply cool-out. Aquamarie was the perfect accomodation. The view of the sea and St. Martin was spectacular, the little "private beach" below was perfect, and the staff, especially Ken, were very accomodating.
I also want to point out a very simple, but significant accomodation that impressed me. When we arrived Ken informed us that all phone calls anywhere in the world were free. I had never seen that before. It's a simple thing, but it's those simple things that make the difference. This small thing shouted out to me that this place has class. It's like going to a resort golf course and paying $300 for a round of golf and then being asked for another $10 for practice balls. I would never play there again. It was a wonderful family trip. The villa was so gorgeous and had so much to offer that no one wanted to leave it! We swam, snorkled, ate. played games and just enjoyed the surroundings and each other for 5 days. It was very relaxing!!
The only problem with TCI is the travel to and from the island. My son's flight was cancelled getting there and our flight was cancelled leaving. He was able to get in on a later flight the same day but we had to spend an extra night there after leaving Avalon. The air travel is shaky at best to and from TCI. We saw way too much of a not so great airport!!
absolutely divine, the best house and staff around
this was our second stay of what will now be an annual trip simply because of the house, staff and location. it is ideal for a group as with the pool (s) and beach so near people can come and go as they please and you don't need to drive. the convenience of the local property manager stocking the house with groceries also saves time when you arrive and is a great service. the house is modern, clean and well kept.

The villa and surroundings were beautiful. From our departure to transfer from the airport everything was flawless, the staff at the villa were curteous, friendly and professional. We are already planning our next vacation.
What a magnificent time spent!
This place was truly incredible. We rented out the Reed’s House #1 with #6 (rooftop apartment) as a 4-bedroom apartment. We had a blast of a time! The secluded beach which was just a few steps from our house was just perfect. It was very safe to swim in and we just could not believe that we were able to enjoy snorkeling there as well. The crystal clear water was simply amazing. We hardly used the lounge chairs on the beach as we were constantly in the water. If not on the beach then we were in the Jacuzzi.
The apartment was very spacious, though I must say the AC did come in very handy as it was very warm and humid. The rooms and bathrooms were very neatly kept and clean. Thanks to Peggy for her attention. Elise, our chef, is such a sweetheart. Everyday she would ask us what we like, and if she can make some of her specialties for us to enjoy, which we did!!! She even went to the Fish Market, a few blocks away, to get us some freshly caught fish. That we really enjoye
Great Villa - Great Staff - Great Vacation
The Villa was very well kept and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and Roseline and Susie were excellent cooks. The view is unbelievable as always. Eight people from 3 - 53, all had a great time.

Fabulous
I explored virtually the entire island while I was there and this sure seems like the best spot onthe island to me. The house has direct access to the beach (30 feet away), and fromthe back porch, where I spend a lot of time, you can not see any other houses. I never saw anotehr person in the community the entire time I was there.
We had an absolutely lovely time in Turks & Caicos
Our whole experience with Luxury Retreats was fantastic. Kelly Pearson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Turks & Caicos. She made my planning of the trip very easy and was there to guide me through everything. She was prompt and gave many different suggestions. All of which were fantastic and made our trip a very rememberable one! The villa was gorgeous and felt like paradise. Thank you so much!
Villa Manon - peace on earth
Staying at Villa Manon gives all your senses a workout! The driveway certainly wakes you up and the final approach to park the car is as smooth and quiet as the rest of the drive wasn't! The peacefulness of relaxing on the lounge is unreal. Birds singing all day. Turtles strolling through the grasses. Mega yachts and sailboats silently cruising along the Caribbean. Constant sea breezes and the warmth of the sun. French bread and pastries from the nearby Le Petit Columbe. All the amenities one could possible need in the villa. Truly a spectacular property. And if that weren't enough you have Irma to answer all your questions and take care of your daily cleaning!

A beautifully located villa, some updating needed.
We have had a lovely time desipte suffering at delayed departure due to the volcano. Saline Reef is in a magical position and is a well proportioned house. Significant updating is necessary however - all sun loungers were broken and house seemed to be quite tatty in places. The staff, even by Caribbean standards were 'lazy' and this was brought to the attention of Tropical Villas locally.
However, we have been very happy and enjoyed our holiday immensely.
Celebrating turning 50 has never been more fun!
The house and the island were amazing! We did have two problems which made our visit a little uncomfortable. The Villa Lune de Miel had some serious plumbing issues. For some reason the water pressure in the house would fluctuate to the point where you couldn't even brush your teeth without bottled water and forget taking a shower. This did put a damper on some of our plans as we would have to wait for the pressure to come back before we could shower especially after the beach. We also had issues with the outlets in the main bathroom. They would not power anything even the dryer that came with the house. The maid service was wonderful and we always came home to a beautifully clean house(which now I am not sure how they achieved that without any water). The location of the house and the Island are amazing and the food is to die for. I don't know that I would return to this house having had the problems we did but I did enjoy our trip.
Beautiful Barbados
We have had a wonderful experience with our holiday in Barbados! We enjoyed the island the sunshine and most of all Reeds House.. set in a gorgeous location, with staff who looked after us very well.. all in all just a perfect place!!
A Vacation to Remember
We had a wonderful vacation....the villa was perfect for the 4 of us. The outdoor living area was a nice mix of both sun and shaded areas. The property was exceptionally well cared for and our housekeeper was very attentive. We enjoyed the pool every day for a portion of the day.....after 3 days the pool needed maintenance...it took a couple of days to balance out the chlorine. The dining table was outside only.....and we had a lot of biting bugs which was quite bothersome.....we ended up eating in the living room for breakfast, and went out to dinner most nights..They were present all times during the day......If there is a remedy to this, future guests would appreciate it. We also had a problem getting the stove to work properly.....it took 40 minutes to boil a pot of water for pasta! Other than these minor problems we absolutely had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this house to a family that needed just 2 bedrooms.
A plantation style villa with old-world charm nestled between Pitnons
Walk to beautiful Jalousie beach everyday for swimming, SCUBA, snorkeling, water taxis, water skiing. Hiked the Gros Piton for great views, toured the caldera and swam in the active sulfur springs, went for fishing excursion, Soufriere is closest town for grocery shopping. No need to ever leave the property because of the magnificent pool with waterfall, beautifully manicured grounds, well-appointed rooms, and excellent friendly staff. Chef Michael prepares delicious breakfast (JohnnyBake cakes, island fruits, eggs, bacon), lunches (burgers, salads, gourmet sandwiches), and sumptuous dinners (mahi, chicken, steaks, even a Friday night barbeque). Staying here will avoid the congestion of Castries and the North. Appx 1 hr drive from Hewannora airport. Last 1/2 mile is on steep but mostly paved roads (difficult at night). All provisioning done to perfection by Febs. Perhaps the best location and villa in the entire network. British and US electricity. US dollar accepted everywhere.

The villa was superb. We loved the view, and the music system really made the atmoshere there wonderful.

My only complaint:
The shopping could have been better for the money. No water, not knowing that we could not drink the water, and only one days worth of food was not worth the shopping fee, especially with things closed on Sunday (our first full day there)

We had a wonderful vacation: villa, staff and setting were great.
We loved the house, everything we needed was there and it was very secure with the young children. The view was great ant the staff very welcoming, devoted and kind. The cooking was also great. The service at the house was perfect and everything kept perfectly clean.The pool was a little small, but we knew it in advance, so it was not a problem for us.The beach Anse Chastenet was at 5 minutes from the house by car and very quiet with all the facilities. Snorkling there was easy from the beach and wonderful.
IMPROVEMENTS could be made by:
1. Adding an air conditionning unit in the major bedroom downstairs. The 2 fans are not enough(one is in top of the bed net-no air is felt-, the second one not effective and very noisy). So, at 27Celsius,we were not able to sleep there and had to use the second air conditionned room upstairs. This was very regrettable because the room was very nice, and the mattress much better tahn upstairs.

The home was lovely. Lots of extra conveniences, extremely clean. The property manager had cheese and crackers and rum punch ready for us when we arrived. She was delightful. There were wonderful views from every room. We had ample beach towels and other than the staff, it is very private. The snorkeling around the home was great, more fish than Buck Island. I would recommend this home to anyone!
Relaxing and tranquil.
Waterfall is a lovely villa with a great location. I did feel that there were some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as doors not working quite as well as they should or the internet service being down off and on all week. Also, the house was not dirty but seemed as though it could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. The pool deck should be swept up and the outside of the cabinets in the kitchen could stand to be washed. The mid week maid service was non existent. They did come but other than put clean towels in the bathroom, they did not do much of anything else. These things did not ruin our vacation by any means and Viva Villas did respond tour internet needs in a timely manner but the internet soon went down again and we did not bother to call again. We also had an issue of running out of water and Viva fixed the problem quickly.
excellent overall experience
Wonderful place. Very relaxing. Immaculate. One suggestion. Neither the internet nor the CD were working when we got there. It took several days before the internet was fixed and the CD never did work. It would be nice if these items were working upon arrival. Music was a big part of our plans and we had none. Other than that ,, it was great.
Why would you stay in a hotel?
We went to St. John USVI for my sister's wedding. Most of our family opted to stay at the "best" spa on the island and the cost was almost double our rental. They were so disappointed in their own accomodations when they saw our beautiful villa. Everything was perfect. The home was just amazing. No expense was spared in decorating or provisioning the home. The view was amazing. Each room was a suite. None of our party felt as though they got the small room. They were all perfect. Luxury rentals was incredible in setting up chef services, provisioning and anything else we could have wanted while we were in St. John. We will definitely use their services again. The restaurants on St. John were amazing. We loved La Tappa and Asolare.
A fun, relaxing and truly enjoyable vacation in Anguilla
We just had a wonderful vacation in Anguilla. Our stay at Triton - Kamique was relaxing and enjoyable. This is a lovely villa with a great layout for vacationing. The open entertaining area provided more than adequate space for our party of nine (including 4 children). Everyone found a place to play, read, relax and have fun.
Every bedroom was spacious and provided a pleasant place to sleep. The beds were very comfortable in all rooms. The highlight of the two Master Bedrooms was the outdoor showers. If we didn't live in the Northeast, we would definitely need one of those! A fantastic way to relax at the end of a day on the beach!

Constructively, we would have liked to have had better functionality of the technology. While there were nice amenities (internet, Wii, DVD player, IPod hookup), we had issues all week and had very little internet access

Beauty, comfort, stunning views and great staff.
Le Gallerie was the perfect fit for out two families (2 couples, each with a teen 15 years old - High School- and one active 89 year old grand mother). The staff greated us with a wonderful snack, and we gratefully ran around the villa, getting oriented, sorting out rooms, admiring the views, and jump in the beautiful pool. The pictures on the website were accurate, the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The staff would have done more for us, but we really only asked them to do some grocery shopping, fix a number of dinners and make fruit and vegetable platters. The dinners they fixed were wonderful, including special salt-free food for our elderly mom. Everyone on the island called our mother "mommy" and treated her with love and respect. She loved it! The views from the villa are wonderful, and the villa itself had breezy rooms with mosquito nets and fans, which we found very comfortable, and two air conditioned rooms. The place is set-up for entertaining and relaxation.
An excellent Villa rental, an island similar to Hawaii's ammenities.
I enjoyed the Villa, the location on the beach allowed us to watch Kite Surfers and look for Conch that grow everywhere. I loved the Turks, the quality of the infastructure is similar to what you would find in Hawaii, with a great culture and wonderful options for dining and entertainment. The local people were also very accomodating and provided a great experience. I would go back for sure, and would consider it on my short list for potential property purchases.

we rent villas all the time when we go on vacation so we were a little disappointed with this one. it needed a lot of updating........just one small tv in the house, no microwave and it just looked a little tired. it was a very nice resort but next time we know it makes more sense to stay on the beach than on the golf course.

Beautiful house. The staff at the house is excellent. The location is amazing.
The island however is not that desirable. Too much traffic on the Dutch side, seriously high prices for food on the French.

Fabulous Accomodations - Lousy Roadways
Magnificent dwelling, matching view, but our favorite impressions of the dwelling cannot overcome the ridiculously destructive roadway access. The road conditions alone would make a return visit seriously doubtful.
Easter Holiday 2010
My husband and I love the VIs; our favorite is St. John. We have stayed in a villa about 5 years ago, when our oldest was only 20 months old. We had a wonderful time, however we found the amount of travel, (from NJ) was a bit much with small children. Two years ago we stayed at the Ritz, in a three bedroom. It worked out well for us, with our kids being 5 and just 2. HOWEVER, after staying at Le Virage on St. John, we would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else, (even the Ritz). The set-up of the villa, the location and the company who managed it, (Cater T0) were wonderful. We will be returning and staying at Le Virage.

The staff was amazing. The food was the best we have ever eaten. We loved the beach and the island. Such a great place to visit.

The house was great..Long Bay was beautiful but there were a lot of broken Conch Shells everywhere that would cut your feet without shoes.
One of the best vacations ever!
The villa was beautiful, and beautifully furnished. The pool area was great, the scenery beautiful, and Marc and Pol, who took care of us, were fantastic! We had gourmet baking every morning for breakfast. Any question that arose was answered immediately and expertly. Marie's housekeeping was impeccable. I almost cannot say enough about this wonderful property.
In addition, the Terre Basse neighborhood where it is located was convenient to both the Dutch and French sides of the island. We could not have made a better choice!
I also want to mention Lucille MacDonald who was so very helpful to us before we arrived. Molly and Enkatrina were also a great asset when we were at the villa.
