Airport Info

• There are a number of ways to reach Lucca: the closest airport is Pisa's Galileo Galilei (PSA; www.pisa-airport.com), which is served by several American airlines from JFK, among other carriers to and from London and other major European destinations. From there, Lucca can easily be reached by train, bus or car.
• There is a smaller airport in Peretola, west of Florence, with scheduled service by carriers such as Air France and Lufthansa: Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR; www.aeroporto.firenze.it). From there, it is a short train ride into the city.
• Using trains from any major airport is highly recommended. Lucca's central station is located very close to the center of the city.
