The house is beautiful, the service is SUPERB!
Exellent villa, extraordinary service. I would recomend that the food service can be charged to a credit card, is a lot of cash to be handling. There is no need to go out from the house all day!! Maybe a golf cart service to the entrance of PlayaCar would be nice.
Aqua Villa- Playa Del Carmen- A Luxurious Villa
Truly a luxuriously appointed and serviced villa. The staff was superb as was nearly everything about the house. From the beautiful bed linens, robes and towels to the scented soaps and shampoos you felt as though you were in a spa. The house has beautifully modern furniture all kept in perfect condition. Huge closets and bathrooms, multiple comfortable entertaining spaces and best of all great outdoor spaces. The siting of the pool alllows for sun all day while the shadows fall on the house keeping it nice and cool.
My only complaint is that the lighting was somewhat complicated and we could not always find a way to turn on the lights that we needed. Pool is not lit, so night swimming is somewhat dark and the hot tub never really got hot. That being said, my family spent enormous amounts of time enjoying the pool at all hours.

The villa looked exactly as represented. The service from Kirsten and Marilu was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their help made the experience much easier and was a big factor in our deciding to book a villa. They answered all our questions quickly and followed through on every request. I would definitely recommend the company and especially Marilu and Kirsten to my friends.
Relaxing week on the beach.
The house was a perfect venue for our family gathering. We were able to cook in, drive down to Tulum and Akumal for the day, walk into Playa del Carmen and walk on the beach several times a day.

Fantastic Fiftieth Birthday Celebration
We had a fabulous time at this gorgeous Casa Buena Suerte. We found the staff to be most helpful prior to our trip and once we arrived. The owner and management staff was most accomodating when a hurricane shortened our vacation. I would recommend this fabulous villa and Luxury Retreats to anyone looking for confidence in booking a vacation in this area.
Amazing life changing vacation. couldn't have been better!
Our vacation/celebration for my husband Jason's 30th was amazing! Great time to visit Playa del Carmen. The house was amazing and the staff was amazing! Luxury Retreats was great to work with and helped us having everything perfect. Everything went smooth from the planning to the week at the villa.

Great house, home does need some maintenance but overall a lovely property and we thoroughly enjpyed our stay.

My family had a wonderful relaxed week of sun & beach.
the saying goes "You never get a second chance at your first impression". The groceries and drinks pre-ordered were not at the villa upon arrival. The chef arranged was there with prepared afternoon snacks but there was no water, beer, Margaritas drinks of any kind after a hot drive from airport until I called local contact. After this the villa and stay were good.

Was a great time wonderful house the Breakfast Preparer and Chef were very good.. Service was good... Could of used a better concierge.
Very few issues but a lovely casa and good management
We had some issues with the oven not working, no AC in the billiards room, lack of pool cleaning while at the villa, and with some of the areas of the roof leaking substantially when it rained. However, Elena was very helpful. She told us where the buckets were when it rained and to use the mop and towels to help stop the rain coming in from under the doorways. The ceiling fan over the dining room table leaked the entire time and was full of water so we placed a bucket in the center of the table hoping it would not warp. The rest was ok and the house was very nicely laid out and close to the beach.
AN ADVENTURE!!!!
Our vacation was a great adventure. We saw 4 Mayan sites, visited 2 islands, a cave, a cenote, many beautiful beaches, shopped, eat and partied throughout the Yucatan area.
Marilu, the van you recomended was great and all your other suggestions were very helpful. During the vacation the family would say "John, how did you know about this place? And I would say "Marilu told me" and they would say "who is Marilu?" By the end of the trip everyone knew who Marilu was! THANKS AGAIN
Perfect setting for the perfect vacation
The house, service, location and all the amenities were perfect. Only possible recommendation is to add snorkeling masks to the rest of the snorkeling gear and some quick directions for the oven portion of the stove.

We spent a perfect vacaction at Villa Saasil.

Mexican Holiday!
Terrific time in Mexico! Villa was beautiful, nicely located and well-appointed! Maid service was exceptional! Senor Abel was always there in the am and available to fix any problems. Catering service was exceptional! Very personable, professional and talented!
Only complaint was the rowdy neighbors occupying the adjacent villa. They (2 couples) had a very loud, drunken fight the last night of our stay. Security was called.
A beautiful and quiet sanctuary only a 10 minute walk along the beach to Playa del Carmen's 5th Ave. with all it's restaurants and shops. A very well-maintained villa with wonderful service by Marcella and Senor Abel. All 6 of my party had a thoroughly enjoyable week and were less than anxious to return home.
AMAZING
It was more then we expected the villa! WE had an amazing time, and we thank Andreea grigore, our agent for helping chose this villa. We had a blast! the maid service was good, and the overall experience was great. The only part that we wish we didnt have was the rain for the first few days. But the spot of the villa we loved!
