VILLA MODA PALM SPRINGS

Great service, great villa
Everyone I dealt with prior to our arrival was responsive and on the ball. The villa itself lived up to our expectations and we had a fantastic time there.
Our stay at Murry Canyon Golf villa was absolutely wonderful my family and I were very satisfied with our stay there the home is very clean spaciouse and breathtaking the home comes equipped with everything you can possibly think of needing our four Day stay there was great and I would highly recommend this home to Any family looking for the perfect luxury vacation home
SANDACRE WAS THE BEST HOME I HAVE BEEN IN BESIDES MINE-AND A HECK OF A
THIS YEAR ,THE ORANGE AND LIME TREES(I THINK IT'S LIME?) WERE STARTING TO BLOOM AS WELL AS BEING LADEN WITH FRUIT. THE FRAGRANCE ON THE TENNIS COURT LATE IN THE DAY WAS INTOXICATING--I WILL NEVER FORGET IT!
The house was nice there are things that could be improved. Robes and slippers would be nice. there were a few things broken or not working properly. The man who checked us in was not very familiar with the property and was not the best help.

This home was clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable and had all of the luxuries we needed for our stay. It was wonderful.

It was a beautiful home and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend the property to friends. Kathleen was helpful and answered all our questions before we arrived. Our on-site manager William was available throughout the weekend if we had any further questions.
It's a great property
Only 2 things bothered me. The windows to the back yard were dirty. They needed to be washed. Also, the 2 vinyl lounge chairs were dirty as well. I had to wash those myself.
Our trip to Palm Springs was nothing short of amazing.
We rented our villa for my wife's 30th birthday and brought our 12 closest friends for a long weekend. The villa was MORE than we expected and the process of dealing with Luxury Retreats from the first phone call to leaving the property was stellar. Our booking agent was prompt, curteous and professional, as was our onsite concierge attendants David and William. Can't speak highly enough about the entire experience.
Martini Rose was the perfect home for our party celebrations. Most suitable for couples as all bedrooms have king/queen beds. The home was in excellent condition, well maintained and great for relaxation. Luxury Retreats are very professional. William Sayegh should be commended for his excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of the local area. William was always available and willing to help out. The reservations group were also extremely helpful and most of all listened to my needs. I can't wait to reserve another home in another town/country. Thanks to all at Luxury Retreats
The villa was lovely. It was ideal for our group of 7 people. I think the cleaning staff needs to do some checking as one room did not have a hair dryer; one room did not have a bath mat. Also in such a nice place I would expect to find six matching place mats for use at dinner along with six COTTON napkins. We had four polyester ones that were like wiping your mouth with a piece of waxed paper and didn't match the placemats which were not washed after the last visitors.

Family vacation in style!
This is our second stay at Lot 24 and we just love it. The house is chic yet practical and perfect for two couples and children. We also love the location which is just outside of the busy section of Palm Springs but close enough for easy access. We had great weather and spent a lot of time in the pool.

Very beautiful, spacious and relaxing!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room and accommadations. Grounds were spacious and beautiful. Convenient location. It was a perfect place to go and have a family gathering. We appreciate your fine service and look forward to staying with Luxury Retreats again!

Great Palm Springs Vacation
The Contemporary Dream Villa made our stay in Palm Springs restful and relaxing. The view of the mountains from the home is to die for and the privacy afforded by the landscaping made it feel like we were on a private estate. Every amenity is provided and the home is tasteful and comfortable.
Fabulous trip to Palm Springs
We rented a large house for a group of seven to stay in while we golfed, went to the spa and enjoyed the weather in Palm Springs. This house was perfect for several couples. The rooms were private, the pool and patio areas were perfect for hanging out and the location was great for the activities we wanted to take part in.

Our stay at Sandacre
We had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor area was fantastic! Beautiful, functional, comfortable, and quiet. Please see below for comments on what was missing/less stellar.

Truly a lovely house almost exactly as the pictures represented it. I would say though that the pictures made the kitchen and the area where the TV was both look larger than they actually were. Also, most importantly, the listing for Canyon Green says that four of the bedrooms have king beds. This is not true--only two do. William, the property manager was totally available. Did a great job--very impressive! The backyard was really cool--great lounging areas. I would suggest adding an outdoor dining table though.
Wonderful family holiday in Palm Springs
The house was perfect for our family. The pool and yard were a big hit with my 3 year old. The open plan layout gave us lots of room to play and enjoy our stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the neighborhood and yard were secure and safe.
perfection & luxury
9 friends decide to fly into palm springs from far and near: hawaii, new york, philadelphia, san francisco, phoenix, texas and LA. we spend 3 days lounging poolside and enjoying time together celebrating our 25 years since college. we acted like teenagers and had a blast. this property was perfect, all the bedrooms were spectacular, the pool, hot tub, gathering areas -- clean and gorgeous. the concierge service provided by David was also wonderful. highly recommend!

It was great. the kitchen was spacious and a joy to cook in. The outdoor patio a delight for meetings and the pool was refreshing.

40 yrs old vacation
Property was exactly what was stated on website and communicated verbally. Pool was the greatest feature.

Everything went so well! Groceries were waiting upon our arrival. Home was so clean and the concierge was very accomodating. And the villa was very nice! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We loved it.
It was a terrific house. The only thing we'd say is that there is 1 bedroom that is not nearly as spacious or nice as others so that should perhaps be advertised better.

The house was very comfortable. The furniture was relaxing and user friendly. We didn't have to be on the edge all the time, while using the facility. The welcoming agent was very very courdial.
Palm Springs retreat
Hacienda Las Palmas is a large estate with beautifully designed and appointed interiors. The concierge service provided is top drawer, and the house has all the amenities. The pool area is run down and definitely needs some upkeep. For that resaon, I would not stay there again.
