Estancia is a beautiful house that has all you could possibly need.
We stayed at Estancia for three nights (with a few other families) and thought the house was a lovely destination. Of all the positives -- and there were many -- I think we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor section the most. We barbecued and willingly enjoyed several meals on the patio while our kids played on the grass and in the pool. The pool shelf where kids could stand in ankle deep water while having fun was also a huge plus -- leaving the parents feeling safe. Overall, it was a very memorable weekend.

It's a great property
Only 2 things bothered me. The windows to the back yard were dirty. They needed to be washed. Also, the 2 vinyl lounge chairs were dirty as well. I had to wash those myself.
Our trip to Palm Springs was nothing short of amazing.
We rented our villa for my wife's 30th birthday and brought our 12 closest friends for a long weekend. The villa was MORE than we expected and the process of dealing with Luxury Retreats from the first phone call to leaving the property was stellar. Our booking agent was prompt, curteous and professional, as was our onsite concierge attendants David and William. Can't speak highly enough about the entire experience.
A magnificent villa
The house both inside and out was exquisite; and exactly as had been reflected in all photos and literature looked at prior to our stay. We loved it! The house, grounds and the bells and whistles of cutting edge embellishments. David, our local contact from the managing company was very welcoming and helpful both prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. He was accessable to us at any time to help with any questions or concerns we might have had whether it be to talk us through opperating instructions for the outdoor "crystal" and indoor "stone" fireplaces or swiftly scheduling six spur of the moment on site massages! We were thrilled to have the benefit of David's "concierge" services while staying in a luxury villa and not having to be tied to the limitations of a hotel. Our stay and experience at the Avalon Villa in Palm Springs exceeded our expectations!

The house was very well appointed. plenty of accessories, towels.
Needs a little updating but the grounds and layout was very nice.
For a party of 10, it was very comortable.

Family vacation in style!
This is our second stay at Lot 24 and we just love it. The house is chic yet practical and perfect for two couples and children. We also love the location which is just outside of the busy section of Palm Springs but close enough for easy access. We had great weather and spent a lot of time in the pool.

Very beautiful, spacious and relaxing!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room and accommadations. Grounds were spacious and beautiful. Convenient location. It was a perfect place to go and have a family gathering. We appreciate your fine service and look forward to staying with Luxury Retreats again!

Great Palm Springs Vacation
The Contemporary Dream Villa made our stay in Palm Springs restful and relaxing. The view of the mountains from the home is to die for and the privacy afforded by the landscaping made it feel like we were on a private estate. Every amenity is provided and the home is tasteful and comfortable.
Fabulous trip to Palm Springs
We rented a large house for a group of seven to stay in while we golfed, went to the spa and enjoyed the weather in Palm Springs. This house was perfect for several couples. The rooms were private, the pool and patio areas were perfect for hanging out and the location was great for the activities we wanted to take part in.
Our stay at Sandacre
We had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor area was fantastic! Beautiful, functional, comfortable, and quiet. Please see below for comments on what was missing/less stellar.

Truly a lovely house almost exactly as the pictures represented it. I would say though that the pictures made the kitchen and the area where the TV was both look larger than they actually were. Also, most importantly, the listing for Canyon Green says that four of the bedrooms have king beds. This is not true--only two do. William, the property manager was totally available. Did a great job--very impressive! The backyard was really cool--great lounging areas. I would suggest adding an outdoor dining table though.
Wonderful family holiday in Palm Springs
The house was perfect for our family. The pool and yard were a big hit with my 3 year old. The open plan layout gave us lots of room to play and enjoy our stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the neighborhood and yard were secure and safe.
perfection & luxury
9 friends decide to fly into palm springs from far and near: hawaii, new york, philadelphia, san francisco, phoenix, texas and LA. we spend 3 days lounging poolside and enjoying time together celebrating our 25 years since college. we acted like teenagers and had a blast. this property was perfect, all the bedrooms were spectacular, the pool, hot tub, gathering areas -- clean and gorgeous. the concierge service provided by David was also wonderful. highly recommend!

Amazing!
The home was absolutely georgeous, spotless and as peaceful as could be.

It was great. the kitchen was spacious and a joy to cook in. The outdoor patio a delight for meetings and the pool was refreshing.

The house was to die for! It pretty much made our trip the greatest it was! We had so much fun in the pool and just lounging around. Nothing can compare! Not even Vegas!

Property was exactly what was stated on website and communicated verbally. Pool was the greatest feature.

Everything went so well! Groceries were waiting upon our arrival. Home was so clean and the concierge was very accomodating. And the villa was very nice! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
An amazing property
I celebrated my 40th birthday with my husband and 4 other couples at the Villa Bella Madrona and was just amazed with the property. It was a beautiful and pristine location at the bottom of the hill leading up to the Newton Winery, a must see! John was a welcoming and informative host. He gave us lots of good suggestions on where we should go. The villa was perfect for our large group. It was a fantastic place to stay in in the evenings, grill and enjoy all the wines we picked up during the day. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for the warm days and cool nights of June. Everyone was impressed and wants to go back again.

It was a terrific house. The only thing we'd say is that there is 1 bedroom that is not nearly as spacious or nice as others so that should perhaps be advertised better.

The house was very comfortable. The furniture was relaxing and user friendly. We didn't have to be on the edge all the time, while using the facility. The welcoming agent was very very courdial.

Great house and great amenities for cooking, etc....
The ONLY thing we would have changed is the quality of the pillows, which was quite mediocre. That is really the only thing because everything else was fantastic. The cleaning team was super fast and effective. Gorgeous mountain views, great house, great pool and amazing location.
Palm Springs retreat
Hacienda Las Palmas is a large estate with beautifully designed and appointed interiors. The concierge service provided is top drawer, and the house has all the amenities. The pool area is run down and definitely needs some upkeep. For that resaon, I would not stay there again.
