Villa was advertised as a Ski in and Ski out. It was not. Did not have to walk to far but still a little misleading. Other than that the place was perfect.

The hoause was amazing, the wetaher was amazing, the skiing was amazing!

The property was amazing. We loved the location and amenities of the home. However, I would suggest a few ideas to make the experience complete. I think providing robes for guest use is a nice option. Our luggage was lost and not delivered until the following morning. With hot tubs robes are very useful too. It's a luxury, of course, yet something that travelers appreciate. You could charge for missing robes.
On a more serious note, the housekeeping service was so disappointing.
First, if you only offer light housekeeping once a day I would make certain that housekeeping are performing those minor task. I would return in the afternoon and find breakfast plates left out on counter, counters that were not wiped down, trash on floors,etc. I don't think anyone on vacation wants to spend their time cleaning and I'm certain the owner would appreciate proper upkeep. The home had no cleaning products. I'd suggest maybe providing products or tell renters to include them on grocery list.
It was nice but it wasn't ski on ski off...down the street as describe
I thought the property was nice, but the cleaning aspect was below standard. All they did was take the garbage and replace towels. Only one day did they make the beds or even pick up kitchen. No vacuuming...not what was expected for the price of the villa.

The villa was in excellent condition and outstanding ski in and out location. The private concierge, Rachel Lando made the stay extra nice with great and hard to get restaurant reservations.
Perfect location for fantastic skiing!
Deer Valley provide excellent service and amenities to ensure fabulous skiing. The ski school is great providing a fun and enthusiastic environment for all level of skiers!
The kids loved the theater!
We were thrilled to spend our winter vacation with our extended family in Deer Valley. The house was so big that there was plenty of room for the 15 of us. A few of the men were very disappointed, however, that most of the time, the five t.v. sets were not fully functional.
Simply amazing...makes you feel at home, but in grand fashion
Casa Nova is an amazing home. It's well deserving of all the accolades it has received. Never did I imagine such a big home could feel so quaint. We had 26 people stay there for a week and it never felt the least bit cramped. Everything you need is in the house and Jenni will see to it that anything else you require will be provided. A truly wonderful place.
