Casa Tranquila, built in 1997, is a 3,750 square foot private vacation home situated on a hillside 200 feet above the ocean. The home features five bedrooms and 4.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 12 people. It is equipped with individually zoned air conditioning, a water purification system, satellite TV/VCR, and a CD stereo system with surround sound. The fabulous vaulted ceilings, tiled floors, and numerous windows yield a superbly bright and open atmosphere.
