VILLA DESCRIPTION

Seven Seas is a 5,000 sq. ft. luxurious waterfront vacation island home that is perfect for families or couples. Technically considered a coconut plantation, the property consists of 3 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical grounds with lush Zoysia grass lawns, assorted fruit trees and over 200 coconut palms. Hanging between some of these huge coconut palms, you will find several hammocks for afternoon napping and a couple of swings where you can cool off and let the Caribbean breeze blow through your hair. Don’t forget the 350 ft. of white sandy beach – and to top it off, a full service staff to attend to your every need!

Seven Seas provides accommodations are for 8 -12 guests or 4 couples in 4 spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite private bathroom, with beautifully tiled walk in showers with rain shower heads and hand held shower units, elegant fixtures and vessel bowls on custom made vanities. Hairdryers are provided. Unique area rugs in tropical patterns and colors sets the motif for each bedroom. Artwork adorns the walls from Jamaican Artists, some original pieces! Custom made closet systems which includes a safe to lock up your valuables and important documents. Each bedroom also has a 32” television. A tropical crisp, clean spa feeling is our intention with white bedding accented with throw pillows in an array of colors and patterns. All bedrooms offer an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea.

In the evening, landscape accent lights makes Seven Seas magical and romantic for dinners or simply relaxing under the stars..
