Commissioned in the early 1900’s to accommodate dignitaries from the court of King Leopold II of Belgium, this villa has been radically reconstructed to provide the ultimate contemporary comfort and technology while maintaining its old charm thanks to an abundant use of noble materials, all of which enhance the day-to-day living experience.

ROUND SUITE - Sleeps 2 (plus 2 children on the pull out sofa bed), 500 sq. ft., with a semi circular array of 5 bay windows, giving to the terrace and amazing theatrical views. A round 220cm double leather revolving bed by “Frau” complements the dramatic scenery. The sofa converts to double 140cm wide bed for occasional extra accommodation (e.g. a child).

Family Room: A large casual space consists of a fully equipped professional kitchen, a professional bar with all its accessories and saloon-style dining arrangement to create a gourmet party atmosphere. Large sliding bay windows extend the space on to the vast terrace for Al fresco dining, partying and resting.

Lobby: Elevator landing, guest WC, door to terrace.

Second Floor (Entertainment Level):

Lobby: main entrance from street level patio, elevator landing, emergency stairs for penthouse, guest WC, wardrobe.

Living Room: Interior designers’ professional bar, Italian furniture by “Poltrona Frau”, “Biancone di Trani” marble floor with “Berti” parquet incrust, collector’s art, Steel CVO fire-place, mood-lighting, home cinema and quality music system.
