VILLA DESCRIPTION
Villa Paradiso is situated on a spectacular white sand beach in Mammee Bay Estates. Surrounded by 1.75 acres of lush tropical gardens and lawns the villa comprises a large main house with 5 bedrooms and a separate 2 bedroom cottage.
Enter the main house through a spacious entrance foyer which leads directly into an elegantly furnished, 2-storey, 45ft. vaulted ceiling living room. The room opens to ocean views through French doors to the covered verandah. Off the living room is a private indoor formal dining room. The first floor also has 2 large bedrooms, 1 opening to the pool.
The covered first floor verandah fronts onto the pool terrace and overlooks the sea and beach. Comfortable seating and a separate dining area create a relaxing atmosphere for outdoor activities.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with private seaside balconies. This floor also has a large family room, overlooking the main floor, equipped with TV, computer with high speed internet access and a small library.
The separate air conditioned gym comes complete with table tennis, weights, treadmill, stationary bike and excise ball to help work off the extra pounds from Leila's cooking.
There is also a separate games room fronting onto the beach and pool terrace. The games room has air hockey, computer (with internet access), TV, a Nintendo Game Cube and Wii.
The 2-bedroom cottage is a short walk (20 yards) from the main house. Each bedroom shares the bath and comfortable living room. There is a small kitchen in the cottage for nighttime refreshments or early morning coffee.

For your extra convenience, your rental package includes the provision of a 21-seat coach and driver who will pick you up at the airport. The coach and driver will be at your service 8 hours per day throughout your stay. Ronnie, the driver, will be at Villa Paradiso every day and will take you wherever you want to go, including shopping and visits to many wonderful local attractions. You will be provided with one tank of gas as part of your package, with any additional gas at your expense.
At the end of your stay Ronnie will take you to the airport. For your return journey to Montego Bay it is best to leave Villa Paradiso about 4 hours before your flight departure time.
