Cascading waterfalls flanked by a row of coconut palms mark the entry to the 4,200 square foot villa. The strikingly-designed great room features travertine marble flooring, 30’ vaulted ceilings, and walls of patterned Asian pearl-stone tiles. Stunning ocean views fill the room, which expands through pocket sliders to the large pool terrace overlooking the sea. A concealed granite bar with icemaker, fridge, 2 wine coolers and hydraulically raised 50” plasma TV with music center complete Balinese’s great room experience.
The master bedroom wing sets a new standard of indulgence. Adjoining the swimming pool, step or plunge directly into the pool for a morning or late night swim, or breakfast in bed enjoying the ocean view from 90-degree glass doors. The suite includes a raised bathtub with waterfall showerhead and separate shower alcove. A double vanity with vessel copper sinks, separate WC and walk-in closet lined with custom mahogany shelving complete the arrangement. A private terrace offers a carved Indonesian daybed to recline and bask in the scenic surroundings and southeastern breezes.
Two guest en-suite bedrooms occupy the opposite wing, each with ocean views and glass doors providing poolside access. Each room has a private balcony furnished with handcrafted Balinese daybeds.
A state-of-the art kitchen is outfitted with Viking appliances, a 6-burner stove, black granite countertops and center island counter with stools for informal dining. The dining area provides formal seating for 6.
The stunning centerpiece of the villa is its angled infinity pool constructed in emerald green stone, with arched pool bridge at one end. Spanning the breadth of the house, it connects with an infinity edge heated Jacuzzi; both cascading pools form a magnificent visual flow to the ocean below.
Furnished with impeccable taste with a mixture of imported contemporary and antique Balinese handmade pieces, ornamentals and artwork, the villa is replete with custom design elements of innovation and functionality.

What Our Guests Are Saying
Beautiful house and location
It's a house and with it comes some maintenance problems....but, it has a very attentive caretaker who did her best to address what didn't work and needed to be fixed in an immediate fashion. The hot tub had some heating issues. One heating coil had been replaced prior to our arrival. After our arrival, the second one needed to be replaced since the tub didn't heat up. Then a cover plate was replaced and the timer switch would get stuck, and the tub became overheated. It took several days, but eventually all got sorted out. The stove and oven didn't work properly. The exhaust hood for the Viking stove was installed backwards. Could not be remedied while we were there. The oven did not function properly as a conventional oven, but it worked better as a convection oven. It could not be remedied during stay. It did present a challenge for the chef prepared meal on Christmas day. The TV sound was not connected properly through the Bose system. That was corrected within the day.

More than adequate
This was my 10th trip to t&c 5 time renting a villa
Villa Balinese was a lvely unit for our group of 4 adults but has some serious flaws and is not kid friendly
Master bedroom very nice but two guest very small and for a luxury house lacking a powder room is not satisfactory
Water two cold in pool and extra cost to heat is a deterant.
