Information for our guests regarding COVID-19

Amid the uncertainties around Coronavirus (COVID-19) and changing global travel restrictions, the safety and well-being of our community is our top priority.

For reservations booked before March 20 with arrivals on or before August 15, 2020

We want to provide peace of mind for upcoming arrivals while also balancing the impact on our global host community. If your circumstances require you to postpone your travel, please contact a member of our reservations team and we will do our very best to satisfy your request.

For reservations with arrivals beyond August 15, 2020

We appreciate your patience as we prioritize guests with immediate upcoming travel. We will update this page with the latest information about our policies as the global situation continues to evolve.

For reservations made on or after March 20, 2020

We want to offer you additional flexibility when booking upcoming travel. We recently introduced a new cancellation policy, which allows for a full refund until 14 days before arrival. Look for villas designated as “Flexible Cancellation” or find a list of all flexible villas. This policy only applies to villas designated as “Flexible Cancellation” and for trips with checkout through September 15, 2020.
