How much does it cost to work with Luxury Retreats?

We believe in a pay-for-performance model. You pay a commission based on the dollar value of the booking that we send you – and nothing more. There are no upfront membership fees or set-up costs to work with us. In fact, we take care of everything that’s needed to showcase your property online – including professional copywriting and ensuring that your photography looks stunning.

Then, once your property is live on our site, you will be included in our extensive email and web-based campaigns as well as our third party marketing initiatives, also at no cost to you.

How does Luxury Retreats work with me and my guests?

Our Homeowner Experience team provides you with all the necessary tools to be successful. They are available to assist with any questions you may have and are eager to offer suggestions on how to maximize opportunities for your property.

Our team of Villa Specialists carefully matches each guest with the destination and property that best fits their needs. When a guest selects your home, you simply confirm the availability and we’ll do the rest. We’ll coordinate all the paperwork and will secure payments with the guest. We’ll keep you updated at every stage of the process and will ensure that you receive payment for each booking in advance of the travel date.

Guests are assigned a personal concierge, so pre-arrival planning and communication is also managed by us, significantly freeing up your time and resources. We continue to stay in touch with our guests, as they travel to your destination and during their stay, we also provide additional support should they – or you – require it.

How does Luxury Retreats choose new properties?

We adhere to a rigorous set of standards when evaluating a potential home. Only the finest properties are selected to be part of the exclusive Luxury Retreats Collection.

All properties under consideration are reviewed by a committee of Luxury Retreats executives and Villa Specialists who understand what our discerning guests are seeking. After evaluation, we accept fewer than 5% of homes.

How do I apply to the Luxury Retreats Collection?

Please tell us more about your vacation home by completing our online form. It is particularly important to include your website details, if you have one. Should your property fit the criteria we are seeking in your destination, a Market Manager will reach out to you to discuss how we might partner up. If your vacation home is located in a destination which is not currently offered by Luxury Retreats, we’ll save your details for future consideration.
