While giving the appearance of a iconic log-cabin winter retreat, Mountain Living Log Home is actually a versatile all-seasons escape, ideal for enjoying the active life or a slower-paced getaway. With sweeping views of Tremblant’s peaks, you’ll live a back-to-nature experience without sacrificing the luxury you expect. This grand eight-bedroom home features 7500 sq ft of living space and boasts vast outdoor living areas.

In the winter you’ll find cross-country ski trails two minutes away, and during the hot summer months, the shores of Lac Mercier are perfect for swimming. The rear facade supports a balcony and large deck. Your outdoor spaces are a home unto themselves, with lounge furniture, barbecue, al fresco table and fireplace. You’ll also find an immense hot tub that fits up to eight people: what better way to enjoy après-ski relaxation.

Inside, the villa’s rustic log-cabin feel casts a warming glow. Exposed beams make up the walls and hold vaulted ceilings aloft. You’ll even enter rooms through arches carved through logs. A beautiful stacked-stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the spacious living room, where a gorgeous Oriental rug adds color to warm wood surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances and a breakfast nook fitted within custom cabinets and surfaces. In the dining room you can savor meals, surrounded by inspired natural views. Keep active on cool evenings in the basement games room.

After a busy day, you’ll be rewarded by peaceful sleeps on ultra-cozy mattresses and linens. Bedroom décor includes a mixture of cabin-chic, with old ski gear repurposed as adornments, and sleek contemporary finishes. Five Queen suites and one room with two Twin beds are located on the ground floor. Each of these bedrooms have their own well-appointed en-suite. Three more bedrooms are found upstairs, with a mixture of Queen and Twin beds.

The home includes a storage room for sporting equipment. During the winter, get your skis shined up and drive 10 minutes to the base of Mt. Tremblant. During the warmer months, pull out your golf clubs to play some of Quebec’s most challenging courses or a mountain bike to explore local trails.       • All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. DAMAGES TO PROPERTY a. Guest agrees to take good care of the Property and its contents, keep it clean, and to leave the property in a similar condition they found it upon arrival, and to behave lawfully at all times whilst on the premises; otherwise an additional cleaning fee or applicable penalties may apply. b. Guest will be responsible for the cost of any damages and/or any additional cleaning of premises incurred by Guest during the Rental Period, along with any additional costs that may result- which are caused by any Guest or third-party allowed in by Guest. Damages to the Property include damages/ breakage to its grounds, furnishings, and equipment and household items therein, which occur during the Rental Period, excluding normal wear and tear. c. Guests are responsible for maintaining the conditions of all linens, quilts, blankets, pillows and towels. Guest understands that linens are intended for inside use. The amount of any damage to the linens due to burns, make-up stains, permanent markers, hot tub chemical stains, blood or major food stains, tearing, removal of the linens from the unit, are at the Guests cost. d. Guest should avoid dragging furniture around the house to avoid damage on wooden floors. No shoes (especially no high heels) inside the house, or banging sharp objects or toys please! e. Guest understands that if the premises appear damaged or in need of additional cleaning upon Check-in, Guest shall inform LR within the next 3 hours of arrival. f. If damages occur during the Rental Period, it should be reported immediately to LR staff. CLEANING SERVICES AND FEES a. Property will be fully clean and in order prior to Guest’s arrival. Guest should inform LR’s team if they are unsatisfied with housekeeping conditions upon arrival. b. There is no daily housekeeping/maid service included in the rental rate, unless previously arranged with LR staff (at an additional cost). c. Garbage must be placed in the appropriate containers outside and soiled dishes cleaned before departure. Used towels should be placed in the bathroom. d. Following departure, cleaning is covered within the rental price. In the event that the rental unit is left in a condition that requires additional/ intense cleaning beyond our regular allotted time or if Section 5.2 (c) above is not fulfilled, the Guest shall be liable for an additional cleaning fee: minimum charge of $100 and $50/hour plus tax if more than 2 hours of extra cleaning are needed. Charges will be applied to credit card on file provided that LR notifies Guest beforehand. e. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental unit. Refund Policy a. In cases when damages or repairs are discovered during the Rental Period such as frozen pipes, plumbing malfunctions, heating problems, appliance malfunctions or the like, thereby causing the Guest’s stay to be severely affected, they must be immediately reported to LR. IF LR is unable to secure timely repairs and/or alternative solutions within 48 hours, Guest will be given one of the three following solutions: b. Depending on availability, Guest may be relocated to another comparable rental unit managed by LR, or; c. An appropriate compensation of up to 10% will be reimbursed to Guest provided that Guest immediately reports such failures or malfunctions upon arrival or at earliest time possible. Examples of related malfunctions include: Hot Tub, Sauna, A/C, heating system, plumbing or pipes. d. In the event that your rental unit is not in an habitable condition due to such reported damages or breakages, and Luxury Retreats is not able to relocate Guest to another unit or repair the situation, LR will reimburse Guest 100% of rental charges (if affected the whole stay), or will refund charges for every night the unit was unavailable to Guest. e. Except as set out in Section 5 a) regarding fixture malfunctions, there will be no refunds for occurrences beyond Luxury Retreats’ control. LR assumes no liability related to situations caused by the natural environment in which the property is located such as extreme weather or presence of wildlife. LR will exert the utmost efforts to prevent animals common to the area (i. e. house mice, squirrels, bugs) from entering the property, and implements safe measures to prevent and eradicate the spread of animals inside. i. Neither LR, nor the property Hosts, are responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises and related costs that result from it. j. Guest understands that this rental property belongs to a private Host, not to LR. In the event that LR is unable to accommodate Guest in the property subject to this agreement (for example if a property is sold by Host), it will attempt to relocate Guest to another property in its inventory with similar or better characteristics. If we are able to relocate Guest (with his/her consent), LR will apply all payments to the alternate property. If unable to relocate Guest or if Guest does not approve the proposed property (ies), we will refund the total payments in full. QUIET ENJOYMENT AND PARTIES a. LR maintains an atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of Guests. We rent to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties are allowed. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb neighbours and other residents of the area. NOISE POLICY a. Noise levels must be reasonable at all times as this is a quiet neighbourhood. We require that you adhere to a low exterior noise policy after 9:30PM. As outlined in greater detail below, Luxury Retreats has the right to terminate this Agreement and ask the disruptive Guest to vacate the premises. NO SMOKING a. Smoking inside the property is not allowed. Guests will be charged $500 to de-ozone the Property should this be detected and necessary. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY a. That Guest and invitees may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time unless approved in writing by Luxury Retreats. If the maximum capacity of the unit is exceeded, the Guest may be subject to being removed from the property without refund. PETS a. No pets are permitted in the Property unless specified by Luxury Retreats in writing. If a pet is allowed by Luxury Retreats – the following rules must be respected by the pet Host. i. Pet will be kept in a cage or in the garage when the Guests are not in the property. ii. The pet cannot sleep or lay on furniture, beds, etc – thus Guest should be bringing their pet bed. b. By signing this agreement, the Guests declare that the information given on the pet is accurate and that they will take full responsibility for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. A pet fee may be asked by LR and included in this agreement. ILLEGAL DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS a. Guests shall not use or permit to be brought into the property any illegal substances or articles deemed hazardous to life, or property. USAGE OF COMMON AREAS a. Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not disturb or to offend neighbors. Guest may not hang towels or garments from windows and balconies. ONLY use appliances as intended. HOT TUB AND SPAS a. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB/SPA COVERS. Covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person. They may break and Guest may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Please shower before use and remove all make-up, body creams and perfumes which affect the water quality. Intense/extra cleaning to be performed either during or upon check-out will be subject to additional fees. WOOD a. LR will provide firewood for reservations from September 15th through April 15th for reasonable use and enjoyment of Guests. However, fireplaces and/or fire pit are not to be left unattended. Note that LR maintains a large firewood stockpile equivalent to several weeks / Guests worth of wood so Guest and group are expected to use it moderately and be mindful of future Guests. PERSONAL PROPERTY OF OWNERS a. Locked closets are reserved for storage of the property Host’s personal items and are thus not available for Guest usage under of this Agreement. SUB-LETTING a. The Property may not be sublet and this Agreement may not be transferred without prior written consent of LR. NON RESPECT OF RULES a. LR must be satisfied that all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement will be adhered to by the Guest and invitees, failing which LR and Property Host reserve the right, at the Guests’ expense, to call a security firm (of LR’s choice) to verify if rules are respected, to impose the respect of rules or ultimately to have the Guest and invitees removed from the Property if necessary. The costs associated with this security measure shall be borne by the Guest from the credit card guarantee and any shortfall covered following a written request (transmitted by mail, by fax, or by e-mail) to the Guest. In such situations, Guest will forfeit all funds paid under this Agreement. Guest booking -Groups of adults must be 30 years old in average to reserve and stay in our properties and are subject to approval -Maximum number of adults allowed is less than the property capacity Noise rules -Any kind of party/loud noise and music is strictly forbidden -Minimum noise required outside after 9h30pm Deposit -50% deposit or full payment and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 2 days of making the reservation
