Perched on a rock face amid a pine forest, the timber walls of The Lodge Mont-Tremblant have undeniable rustic charm. It continues inside, where the open-concept living and dining areas are laid out under high ceilings or tucked next to stately fireplaces. There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather around a dining table that seats eight, and a butler’s pantry and two breakfast bars make using the fully equipped kitchen a pleasure.

There are four bedrooms in the lodge’s main house and two in its guest quarters; all six have the luxury of en-suite bathrooms. In the main house, there are two master suites—one with a king bed and private jetted tub, and one with a queen bed—as well as a kids’ room with two double beds and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively.

Thanks to the lodge’s setting in the Mont-Tremblant Station area, you’re just a short drive from the base of the ski resort in season and from Le Géant and Le Diable golf courses when it’s warmer out.       • All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. You should immediately notify the on-site property manager of any problems relating to the Property . We will reasonably endeavor to fix the problems but will not consider complaints filed after you have left the Property. Excessive cleaning or damage may be billed back to the renter at owner’s discretion and/or deducted from the security deposit. Summary of such costs will be provided. Check In Normal check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Upon arriving, the driveway gate code is "2007". You may enter up the stairs adjacent to the garage or go through the Bamboo Gates to the main entrance. Check out: ·Leave the house neat and tidy. Do not leave food or dirty dishes on counters or in sink. · Strip sheets and place all soiled linens & towels in bathtub or shower. · Drop trash off at transfer station on your way out of Puako. There is no trash service. · If you require assistance with cleaning or trash during your stay please arrange for extra housekeeping with the house manager. Call Christian at 808-443-1685 for his services. Additional charges will be incurred. · Turn off all lights, fans, radios A/C etc. · Close and lock all windows, doors and sliders leaving only the kitchen door unlocked. Leave all keys and gate remote on kitchen counter. · If you accidentally pack any keys, please connect with Luxury Retreats to coordinate sending them back as soon as possible. · When leaving, always close the electric driveway gate, code is 2007. Your Responsibilities You are solely responsible for all damages, injuries and losses in connection with the occupancy or use of the Property by you or your guests. You must ensure that the Property and all furniture, fixtures and effects remain in the same condition and location as when you checked-in. Normal wear and tear excluded. Tropical Bugs & Pests Bugs and pests are a normal part of our life in the tropics both inside and outdoors. You can do your part to keep them to a minimum by keeping screens closed at all times. Also do NOT leave food sitting out or dirty dishes in the sink or take food into the bedrooms, as these will attract roaches & ants. We do have the house sprayed with organic and natural pesticides on a regular basis but our climate promotes unwanted pests anyway. If you are having a problem please call the house manager and we will do the best we can but please understand, pests are part of tropical life and we cannot refund due to pest issues. Beach & Spa Be careful when entering the ocean. There are many rocks you can easily lose your footing on or cut yourself on. There is a supply of many kinds of snorkeling and beach equipment, which you may use at your own risk. Life vests are supplied hanging in the detached garage. Foot protection is recommended for walking in the ponds or especially on lava. Please do not stand on any coral. It takes hundreds of years to re grow one little mistake. Thoroughly clean and rinse off all snorkel and beach equipment prior to returning it to the snorkel locker. Use care in and around the hot tub. No glass near the Spa. Rinse off any sand on your person before entering hot tub. Sand may damage pump motor. Please put cover back when you are finished using the spa. Latch small black latches on each side for safety. Never leave children unattended. Use at your own risk. Call the manager with any questions you may have about the spa. A copy of the Spa operations manual will be left for you reference in the House Binder. First aid There is a complete first aid supply located in the laundry room in cupboards marked may be used for all minor cuts & scrapes. Kayaks and snorkel equipment may be borrowed and used at your own risk. You must be accomplished in ocean sports, a good swimmer and have experience using ocean kayaks in order to use them here. Do not enter water without a life vest (The Coast Guard requires this and they do check and give out tickets) or when it is windy or surf is up. If you choose to use the kayaks, you will assume all responsibility and risk of using them. Rinse and clean off all equipment and place back where you found it. No sand in the house! Please take extra care to keep sand outside of the villa. Brush off sand from legs and clothing. Spray off your body with hose and use footbaths and foot towels provided. Do not assume you are sand free, as a quick walk on the beach will always get sand on your legs and feet. Lots of towels are provided on stairs and in snorkel locker for you to dry off with. Please do not come in the house with wet clothes on. Dry off on outside furniture first. Do not leave any wet towels on the wood floors. No wet clothing is allowed inside the house anywhere. It is advisable to sweep the floors every few days with the large blue janitors mop provided to pick up extra sand that makes it into the house. Many Mahalo’s for your efforts! Electricity is very expensive on the island. Please be careful to use it wisely. Turn off outside and inside (lights, fans, a/c) before you leave or when rooms are not in use. A/C is never to be used with doors or windows open. Try ceiling fans first before turning on A/C. Furniture 4 extra dining chairs can be found in the detached garage. Inside chairs do not go outside and outside chairs do not come inside. Do not move any deck furniture out to the beach. Leave all furniture where you found it. Noise We are in a small, peaceful residential neighborhood where noise carries easily. Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and no loud music, noise or disturbances. Noise curfew for this villa is 9:00 p.m. Maid Service Additional maid service or help with trash removal etc. can be arranged for you at your own expense at $30.00 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Please call Jocelyne at 808-989-9967. Yard Maintenance Yard maintenance is provided usually on Monday mornings around 9:00 a.m. The Gardeners name is Naaman Toko and he is a native who lives in Waipio Valley. Trash is not collected in Puako and dropping your trash at transfer station on your way out of Puako is required. Transfer station is open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday and Friday and is located just after you enter Puako on the south side to your left. Collect trash bins provided in detached garage until you are able to visit the transfer station. This is the only way to keep the home clean and free of rubbish and pests. There are two baskets supplied in the kitchen for rinsed aluminum cans, bottles, paper and plastic. There are also receptacles in the detached garage for overflow. If these bins fill up, please take them to the transfer station in Puako. A complete list of recycling is listed on the wall above bins. Traffic Please drive slowly in neighborhoods as there are many bikers, walkers, babies in strollers, dogs etc. The legal limit is 25 mph and strictly enforced. You may use the Property for vacationing only. The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified in this agreement. If the Property offers or has more rooms than you have rented, you agree that the Owner will have the right, at the Owner’s discretion, to decide which of the Property’s rooms will be made available to you and which will remain unused. Parties, weddings, receptions and other such functions that draw additional neighborhood traffic are not permitted at this Property. Any exception will require advance written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or eviction. Valuable and Personal Property Take normal precautions for the protection of your belongings. Homeowners and rental agents are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lock doors when leaving and use safes provided in each bedroom. Please use the safes available in your room. High Speed Internet Access The home has a wireless modem and can be used from any room in the house. Sign on to Puako Hylton Guest. The WEP key to access the wireless is 89abcde10b.
