      Additional rules
      • All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
      • Additional bedding is available upon request and at an additional cost.
      • Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
      • Maid service is not provided with the rental, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement. Please advise the property manager to schedule a cleaning. Additional services can be requested with advanced notice at an additional cost.
      • A Property Condition Form must be completed and returned to Agent within 24 hours of arrival, wherein any existing damages or deficiencies must be reported.
      • Excessive cleaning will be billed at $30 per hour.
      • Hawaii is a tropical environment and it is common to see various insects and animals around and inside the Property. There will be no refunds or cancellations from insect or animal sightings, bites, or stings. Guests may not leave uncovered and unsealed food out of the refrigerator as it will attract pests.
      • If necessary, Host or Agent or their designated vendors may enter the property in order to inspect or make necessary or requested repairs. Host or Agent will give Guest at least 24 hours minimum notice before entering the Property, and will only enter during reasonable hours except in the case of emergency.
      • Regular vendors to the property including, pool, yard, and cleaning services shall be allowed to enter at normally scheduled times.
      • When and if the spa is used, Guest will be responsible for turning on and shutting off the spa. Failure to shut off the heater for the Spa may result in an excessive utility bill.
      • A utility charge is applicable and may be subject to variation.
