Noble House on the Beach certainly lives up to its name. This elegant beachside vacation home can be combined with two neighboring deluxe villas to create a 15-bedroom compound, ideal for social events and family reunions. Designed around a series of airy pavilions with peaked roofs, the house’s living spaces are separated by water gardens and bridges, lending it an Oriental grace which flows from the inside out. Rooms are cooled by ceiling fans and open to the outdoors through tall mahogany French doors via private porches.
The centerpiece of the 600-square-foot main pavilion is the Great Room, hugged by a wrap-around verandah with gleaming white Jamaican marble floors. From here, a Japanese footbridge arches over a reflecting pool to the formal dining room which gazes out to the lush tropical gardens and mesmerizing ocean views beyond. Adjacent are a full bar and powder room. Outdoors, winding paths lead through park-like gardens to an herb garden, wild orchid and several tropical fruit trees, while croquet, badminton and volleyball are popular pastimes on the lawn. A sculpted pool mirrors the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of the beautiful beach beyond and is the perfect spot for a lazy day.
