Due to the compliance with California drought regulations being enforced, misters and fountains at our rental properties are not being used at this time. Landscape watering is limited to 3 times a week, in consideration of requested water restrictions.
Photo ID is required prior to arrival.
Every guest above the age of 18 is expected to review and sign the Good Neighbor Brochure upon arrival. Non compliance with the policies in the Good Neighbor Brochure may result in fines from the city of Palm Springs.
Music is prohibited outdoors.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
Only four additional occupants are permitted outside of quiet hours.
The number of vehicles parked outside the unit must not exceed the unit's total number of bedrooms.
Any supplemental hours in excess of 12 housekeeping hours (4 staff for 3 hours) shall be charged additional $65 per hour for the staff of 4.
Guests are required to pay a utility fee of $50 USD per day, plus applicable taxes.
The pool will be kept between 80-85 degrees between the months of October and May. Should you require the pool and/or spa to be kept at a higher temperature, additional fees may be applied based on the additional daily utility usage necessary for the pool and spa.
The cost of home gas and electric utility costs will be charged for all reservations booked for a stay of 29 nights or longer.
The cost of all gas and electric utility costs that exceed historical amounts by twenty percent (20%) or more will be charged for all reservations booked for a stay of 28 nights or less.
Dogs, at reasonable size and weight, are welcome – pet fees may apply.
