Every guest above the age of 18 is expected to review and sign the Good Neighbor Brochure upon arrival. Non-compliance with the policies in the Good Neighbor Brochure and house rules may result in fines from the city of Palm Springs and eviction from the home.
Music may not be audible outdoors at any volume, at any time of the day or night, from any device, including a phone.
Outdoor noise limited to quiet conversation during the day - quiet hours are effective between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
Only four additional occupants are permitted outside of quiet hours.
The number of vehicles parked outside the unit must not exceed the unit's total number of bedrooms.
Dogs, at reasonable size and weight, are permitted. Pet fees may apply.
This property has a pool heating usage fee of $50 per night, or $250 for 7 nights, between October 1st - May 31st.
No sales tax is charged on bookings of 30 days or more.
The cost of home gas and electric utility costs will be charged for all reservations booked for a stay of 29 nights or longer.
The cost of all gas and electric utility costs that exceed historical amounts by twenty percent (20%) or more will be charged for all reservations booked for a stay of 28 nights or less.
Due to the compliance with California drought regulations being enforced, misters and fountains at our rental properties are not being used at this time. Landscape watering is limited to 3 times a week, in consideration of requested water restrictions.
