The Hamptons have been an iconic vacation destination for America’s upper class since the late nineteenth century. Rich with historical significance, beautiful landscapes, and a distinctive architectural style, it’s easy to see why so many of America’s elite spend their summers in this region. Fowler Beach Seaside Manor is a classic example of the style and luxury that The Hamptons are famously known for.
Seaside Manor has accommodations for twelve, incredible indoor and outdoor spaces, and a private walkway to the beach. The balcony is the perfect place to host a summer soiree. Indoor/outdoor rooms with television, wet bar, fireplace, grill, and a refrigerator make it easy to have the luxuries of the indoors out on the balcony. Alfresco dining for twelve, the swimming pool and hot tub, and the amazing ocean view are all key ingredients to a magical South Hampton evening. Inside you’ll find formal dining for ten, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious open concept living room.
Seaside Manor is built in shingle style architecture, originally made famous in New England as a result of the English influence on their American Colonial style. Gambrel ceilings, plenty of windows and balconies, and the flat shingled exterior and roof are all staples of the style. The décor is lavish and elegant, yet still very comfortable. A cozy warmth is created by wooden furnishings and flooring throughout the villa. Leather couches and bright sunlight through the many windows compliment this warmth nicely, making an environment that feels instantly like home.
Each bedroom has a king or queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The master and junior master feature jetted tubs, walk-in closets, and dual vanities. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have their own unique styles and features.
Nearby you’ll find the Parrish Art Museum, Long Island Aquarium, and National Wildlife Refuge. All great places to spend an afternoon learning more about The Hamptons.
