The Silver Star community hosts a crystal clear outdoor swimming pool – heated so you can enjoy it at any time. A ski-vacation staple, you’ll also find a hot tub in the pool area, inviting you in for relaxing, social evenings under the stars. There’s no need for a vacation to get in the way of a good workout – visit the on-site fitness center to satisfy your gym cravings. An onsite café, ski rental shop and heated underground parking are other big bonuses of staying here.

Classic mountain décor gives you a truly authentic Utah experience. From the warm color pallet to tastefully exposed stonework and polished wooden floors, you’ll instantly feel at ease in this friendly vacation home. Ski to the lodge’s namesake - the Silver Star ski run - or take a one-minute stroll to the nearest lift. During the summer months, the area is also hugely popular with hikers and mountain bikers. For a more laid back activity, take a horse drawn sleigh ride from Park City through scenic trails up to a traditional mountain lodge, where you’ll enjoy a gourmet meal and live music before a relaxing sleigh journey back down to the resort. Salt Lake City Airport is a 35 mile drive.

      General rules

      Additional rules
      • All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. Client Rental Agreement – Supplemental Terms For any reservation with dates that fall within the Sundance Film Festival, a refundable security deposit may be required. Your booking agent will provide you with details. If the property is not vacated by 10:00 a.m. on departure day, a half to full day charge may be incurred. Complimentary luggage storage is available. Late check-out requests will be accommodated if and when possible. Guests must abide by the Maximum Occupancy Rule allowed for the property. You may not have more people in the property than the Maximum Occupancy Rule allows for at any time. Guests are responsible for any damage occurring in the residence as a result of their occupancy, with the exception of normal wear and tear. Damage shall include, but not be limited to, carpet stains, cigarette burns, missing items, damaged electronic equipment, broken items, damaged furniture, etc. If it is determined that any losses or damages occurred in the home while the guest was occupying the property then Company is given permission to charge the guest credit card for the losses or damages, and Property Management Company is not required to notify the guest of the charges before any charge is made to the guest card (Security Deposit section under Terms and Conditions of Luxury Retreats Booking Agreement). Guest understands that in the Security Deposit section, under Terms and Conditions, of this booking agreement it states, "Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made."; however, by signing this addendum, guest is waving their right to notification prior to charging credit card for losses or damages. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited by the Owner of the property and the Company unless written approval is obtained in advance and an additional security deposit paid. All properties are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply to guests that disregard this policy. Should a guest refuse to pay this cleaning fee, the fee will be charged to the credit card presented upon check-in. Vehicles are not to be parked on subdivision streets or in any areas other than the driveway for the designated property. Any vehicles parked outside these designated areas will be towed at guest’s expense. The Company may enter the home for inspection purposes related to the enforcement of these rules. Violation of any of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction. By signing above I authorize the Company to apply to the credit card indicated above, any and all charges incurred from any violations of the above rules. If for any reason any such credit card charges are not paid hereunder, I, the above signed, shall remain liable for payment in full of such charges, plus interest thereon at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum. This home is subject to a $30(+tax) daily service fee.
